      I got one bed with a small side table. The total value may be $2000. I have been charged $400 a months rent for the past 5 months and now Acceptance Now account says I have an $8000 loan! I still owe $6000! Yet my agreement just says "rental, bed only". I thought it was rent to own for something roughly comparable to its actual value. I am getting calls demanding money every week. I will go broke for sure. Credit ruined. Please help.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings they may have experienced regarding their billing.

      At some Rooms To Go locations, Acceptance Now (RAC) offers a rent-to-own lease option as an alternative for customers in lieu of traditional financing. RAC is a rent to own agency. They are a separate and independent company not affiliated with Rooms To Go. Rooms To Go sells the product to Acceptance Now and they in turn enters into a rental agreement directly with the customer. Our customer decided to go with this option in order to acquire the furniture in their home. In order to complete this transaction, our customer fully executed all the paperwork detailing the terms of said transaction with RAC.

      Please understand that Rooms To Go is solely the retailer. Unfortunately, this is out of our jurisdiction. Therefore, any further inquiry should be directed to Acceptance Now.

      I purchased multiple beds from Rooms To Go 1.5 years ago and the middle legs on 1 of the twin beds broke. I talked to them and was told to send a check and form to get replacement parts. I was told weeks later that they couldn't send parts because the bed came straight from the vendor and would be sent refund and to contact special orders department. Instead of refund I got replacement legs for the wrong bed. Contacted 4 more times and never got a response from special orders dept. I was then told because it had been over a year that I couldn't BUY replacement parts and to go to a hardware store. I asked for the vendor contact information so I could directly contact them and was told that they didn't have that and special orders had no phone number. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again! I wish I could give zero stars!

      Absolutely disgusted with the lack of help. I ordered a couch and ottoman - spending $3,000. When the delivery guys arrived, they immediately spoke down to me about my driveway being long. Then, some of the legs were missing to the couch. I've been back and forth with multiple customer service agents, and every one of them told me something different. I was told a refund would be processed for my order, and now, I've been told the legs are coming in the next month and to just wait. I've absolutely had it - in reliance on being told that I will be getting refunded the full amount, I've already purchased another couch. I mean - it's literally in the contract that a defect will be cured by refund. I would say a couch without legs is certainly a defect. I'm embarrassed that I have given so much money to a company who CLEARLY cares nothing about the customer. DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO. Literally preparing for arbitration to get my $3,000 back and will absolutely never use this rude service again.

      We are in receipt of this review.

      In the interest of settling our customer's complaint, we have rendered the following decision. Our office will have the store generate a return of their sofa and cancel the pending order of their ottoman for a refund back to the form of payment used at the point of sale.

      Once created, someone from the office will call them to schedule said pick up. They will need to allow up to 21 business days to process from date of pickup and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their bank statement.

      The sales associate promised that the delivery drivers would take the old furniture when they brought the new to my house. This was an important pare of me purchasing that day. The drivers used COVID as a lazy excuse not to take the old furniture. Mind you, they are delivering all over the city. They set up a new bed in the exact same spot as the old bed and neither were taking COVID precautions. This was simply LAZY. Customer service was ZERO help either. Now that they have their money, they don't care.

      Unless the mattress being returned is part of a Rooms To Go reselection, the drivers are not obligated to pick up an old mattress.

      read the reviews from Google and many praise the sales staff. I was looking for product durability and warranty related reviews, which is located on other review sites that basically bash RTG. I had mostly a decent experience at RTG, but I did not buy. My sales associate, Trinity, was personable, patient and cool. However, I went again two days later, and Trinity was at lunch. I was assisted by the tall woman holding a clip board wearing a suit. She often stands with her clip board at her hip in the reception area facing the entrance. She assisted me in my further inquiries with the same set up Serta mattress and movable bases that Trinity and I had discussed. Then when I asked if there was enough in stock, she spurted that she sold six of those very same Serta queen mattresses that very day! I'm sorry, but this seemed immediately questionable to me because I was there before 2p.m. on a weekday (Wednesday). Yet she sold six of those very same Serta queen mattresses that morning?!? I was there an hour two days prior and never even noticed any customers looking at any beds. Additionally, she sold all six that day? There was not anyone looking at beds even then. She said she sold them, not online purchases or other sales persons. I have no evidence that she is a liar. But even an intelligence much lower than mine should question the outrageous claim. I took my business elsewhere. If I am wrong, then sorry you all, good luck with your sales. But I been around a while, I would wager lots that I was told a lie. But I an not offended. I just shop around. A lie like that perhaps indicates other negative issues with that store.

      They charge more than other sellers by good markups and dont help their customers.. I was loyal to RTG but they let me down and i will never go back i think if i dont get any help .. i need a refund

      In regards to our customer's situation, we have reviewed the account in its entirety. The customer chose and purchased the merchandise online. It is a vendor direct order. Our records reflect the customer called when it was delivered via UPS and reported a damaged part. The information was sent to the vendor the same day in order to have the needed part sent to the customer. In the interim, the customer requested we price match the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to price match for online orders; therefore, the customer wanted us to return the furniture. This request was honored and a return was generated and scheduled for pickup on 8.19.22.

      ROOMS TO GO has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I order a $2k sofa from them back in May 2022. It was delivered in June and the sofa cushion fabric was loose and the foaming was uneven/ lumpy. I called to get a replacement for all 3 cushions and it took over a month for new cushions to be delivered. Today, my new cushions were delivered. I requested 3 new cushions and they only sent 2 cushions, and some extra fabric...the delivery driver laughed and said "i have never seen this before". Not sure what i am supposed to do with a bunch of loose fabric and a missing cushion. So 2 of my 3 cushions were delivered, and 1 out of 2 cushions arrived STAINED. I called to complain/ sent photos of the stained cushion and will have to wait about another month to receive 2 new cushions!!! and they could CARE LESS! Since they now have my money, they do not care what product they deliver. So i will be going on almost 3 months of not having my sofa in good/ comfortable condition. I paid over $2k and am now going on 3 months of not having a quality product. And the real insult, they "offered" me $50 store credit....how does that fix this terrible experience? Rooms to Go has TERRIBLE quality products and even WORSE customer service!! AVOID ROOMS TO GO AT ALL COSTS

      We are in receipt of this review.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience or misunderstandings.

      With respect to their situation, we have reviewed the account in its entirety. Our records reflect the customer reported issues with their cushions and a service technician was sent to evaluate and repair if possible. New cushions were recommended; therefore, an order was placed. Parts take up to 90-120 days to fulfill from the manufacturer.
      Please understand note, like most retailers, we are unable to house parts for every piece of furniture we carry due to limited space. Our parts office does not know why loose fabric was sent along with their replacement parts. Nonetheless, 2 additional cushions are on order.

      Furthermore, we have been made aware our customer was offered the option to exchange the sectional for brand new pieces or reselect to a different living room set if they did not wish to wait on the part order. The customer refused those options. They requested accommodation. An offer was made and also rejected. Unfortunately, no other offers would be presented.

      I should had reas all the reviews before doing business with rooms to go, they are the worst, I spent over a 1K on dining room chairs the wood is very cheap and cracked on the back side and they said they are not responsible for the damage, they said it's our fault, so I just wasted my money on something, I don't want anymore, so please do not buy anything from this furniture company the worst of the worst.👎

      In regards to our customer's situation, we have reviewed their account, the technician's findings and the pictures taken at time of service in its entirety. Unfortunately, the issues with the side chairs were deemed as consequential damage and not vendor related. Therefore, not covered under the guidelines of the 1-year warranty. Our office agrees with this assessment.

      However, as a gesture of good will, our office has generated an exchange for 3 of the side chairs as a 1-time courtesy. It is scheduled for a swap on 8.31.22. Should this date not be suitable, they may contact our customer care department at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX in order to reschedule. Regrettably, no other options are being considered.

      Although we sympathize with their concerns, we are abiding by the guidelines within our contract.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, we apologize for being unable to pursue any other action due to the reasons explained above.

      Hi, I ordered a sectional. The arm chair piece broke. Took 4 months of waiting to finally receive that piece. I had to call and threaten to speak to management, which everyone hates doing these days, to finally be told it could be to my home in a week. So I feel I waited all that time for nothing. When the techs came out to install, they broke the frame on the piece next to it, so now the pieces cannot be held together. They sent a tech out to examine repairs and never heard from them. I'm constantly having to call the terrible customer service lines on my days off to get their mistakes fixed. Meanwhile, my floors are getting scratched from the broken frame and I have a broken piece of furniture that cost hard earn money sitting in my living room. I will never shop I this company again.
