      Got delivery of the living room set the 1st time around but forgot the screws for the table, they told me they can bring it next day but took 2 weeks. Living room set was bigger then expected and when I Had a issues and they transferred me to jimmy the store manager on the one in cooper, the manager was rude and was giving me different information that my salesperson gave me. When I went up to the store jimmy didn't want to talk to me even though three people told him I'm here to see him but didn't want to talk to me just had the lady in the window deal with it. Salesperson was great, issues was jimmy the manager who is rude and the fact it took 2 weeks after waiting for the delivery to show up to get my rest of the stuff set up. Would never recommend rooms to go especially the one on cooper. Need new management and better communication for sure.

      On behalf of Rooms To Go, please express our apologies to our customer for any misunderstandings or lack of professionalism they may have experienced.

      We will be reviewing a copy with the area regional manager to investigate the allegations and address any issues should it be deemed necessary. Unfortunately, any information acquired is privileged and confidential and would not be released to the public.

      In regards to the furniture, as stated on the terms of sale provided on the purchase invoice given at the point of sale, returns are authorized within 48hours from date of purchase. We have been advised the customer was advised they were authorized to reselect or return for 80% refund back to the form of payment used. Therefore, 20% would be kept for the customer as merchandise credit due to the issues are preference related.

      With respect to the tables, we regret the hardware was missing from the occasional tables; however, our records reflect the parts were ordered for the customer on 7.22.22 and shipped out on 7.25.22 due to the weekend. The customer called on 7.27.22 to state they had received. A courtesy service was set generated for set up on 8.9.22. Please note that these pieces are not assembled by the delivery company nor RTG as this is customer assembly only.

      My parents bought a gray sectional in November 2021. It has only been 8 months and the covers on the couch has started to fall apart. There are many fuzz coming out of all the covers. It started out with the 2 end covers of the sectional 6 months after being delivered and the sectional now looks like we've had it for years. The cushion is slowly sinking. My parents also ordered a dining set at the end of last year 2021 and until now it has not been delivered. Rooms To Go rescheduled the delivery to a further date. I do not recommend Rooms to Go. I would compare furnitures from Rooms To Go with furnitures from Facebook Marketplace. Sometimes, marketplace is better for the right price. I called customer service about the sectional and they stated that the fuzz coming out of the covers is normal for the type of material we purchased. I am guessing Rooms To Go just uses cheap materials or repurposes their furnitures to look like it is new.

      Made My order online and through Store # 604 . Very Happy with Product but the delivery assembly take away did not happen as we had discussed. I had purchased from Ed Zouhdi. Nothing happened the way it should have. I am not mad about the bed It is probably fine. I was told no fewer than 16 times that the old bed mattress and frame would be taken away by assembly people. I asked it to be noted on the order and it was. Ed called the store manager and was told it would happen no problem. This was a big part of this purchase for me to have the old stuff removed. I am not able to dispose of it. Bed came and delivery people were mad because the old bed was there. They smashed it up and left it in the bedroom. The new bed looks great. but the old bed is still there. I called the store and asked them to make it right. They said we will give you back a $100. but we are not taking the old bed away. I said I want what I was sold and told. A manager said sorry for the confusion. I don't see any confusion, just flat out lies. It's on the order to remove the old. It was suggested to me by a manager to call a trash removal service and have this removed. What has happened to my word is my bond? Not at this store. They tell you whatever you want to hear and then do whatever they want. There must be 50 places I could have purchased through. And next time I will use somewhere else. I have 4 more bedrooms to re-do but I wont be calling these lying people to do them. I think it's despicable for a business to take advantage of someone just because they can, and that is just what has happened. David G

      very poor customer service. I purchase the table set back on 7/7/22. The table came missing a hardware. They send a new base 2 weeks later and both the old 1 and new one are bad so they resend another one today 8/4/22. They keep messaging and calling to confirm the deliver time is between 2-6pm and now it is 6:50pm no-one show up. I call CS and they let me know that the shipment will come around 7-7:30pm. No apology, no status update.

      Our office is aware our customer had service on their table. However, they were not able to resolve. Unfortunately, we have a back order on this product until November 7, 2022. Our customer is welcome to reselect to another dining set of same value. If the price is greater, they would be responsible for any difference. The reselect offer is valid until September 18, 2022.

      Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Bought a new home and furnished it with rooms to go. Couch and chairs arrived and were not as expected. Scheduled a return that was rescheduled multiple times throughout the day, getting later and later. Waited until 11pm and the driver never showed. Reacheduled the return for a later date. It was cancelled once again. First they called to say the driver had any emergency (same excuse for the first cancellation) next they called to say they routed the pick up incorrectly and lastly they said the driver skipped our stop and wasn't coming back. Ultimately, I cancelled the other orders and am still waiting to have this return picked up. AVOID Rooms to Go. Customer service is sub-par if you can even call it customer service.

      I purchased a Buffet w/Marble Top 4/16/21 and when it was delivered 4/21/21 the marble was cracked in several places. Delivery was attempt an additional time with same result cracked marble top, so the 3rd delivery on 6/7/21 RTG suggested that I hold on to this Buffet due to extreme back order and once back in stock they would switch it out. Delivery was attempted again on 9/8/21 to remove the Buffet I had to give me a non-cracked Buffet. SKU# XXXXXXXX $799.99. Well again it was cracked! Pictures were taken again and I was put back on the waiting list. On 12/21/21 I contacted Customer service s/w Carlos and was told to send in pictures and he would get right on it due to unacceptable delays. I could not get in contact with Carlos after several email attempts so I contacted RTG customer service on 6/22/22 and was told my Buffet warranty expired. What?? How is something that I never received warranty expired? I was transferred to "Supervisor" Thomas he requested pictures emailed and he would follow up and keep up to date with ref# ******** today is 8/4/22 and I have never heard from this person. I have called and left several messages on his v/m and "NOTHING". I wish I had checked this site prior to purchasing furniture from Rooms To Go.

      I'm dissatisfied with rooms to go I ordered online and I was oversea when nightstand came in. There are to small, and I can't use them. There won't let me return them . There are still in boxes. Its truly terrible, there need to change the refund policy for online orders. I'm really disappointed with your company.

      A recliner was purchased in June of 2020, now the recliner is not working. I filed a claim back in April with Guardian Protection to get the chair repaired. It is now August and the chair is still not repaired. I have contacted Guardian several times to no avail. Guardian will never let you speak to a live person. Just this morning August 3, I've been on the telephone since 8:00am waiting to speak with a live person.

      On July 21st we had our bedroom set delivered. It is beautiful but the dresser door was broken. Rooms to go promptly arranged for a second dresser to be delivered the following day. That dresser came and had no issues however the drivers damaged our walls and floors while moving it in. They also broke the leg off the dresser. I called and arranged for a 3rd exchange on the dresser- why would I pay 3k for a set that had a broken leg? This is getting drawn out now where it took another week for the 3rd to be delivered. Upon arrival, it had a broken door again, as well as gouges down the side edges. Sorry, not going to accept that for something so expensive. Wait another week and a half for the FOURTH dresser to be delivered. This one came and AGAIN- broken door, screw coming through the cabinet, cracks etc. Now I look insane to these poor drivers who know this is the 4th dresser and I am still not accepting it. Call rooms to go- they are always very nice but say they can't exchange this one until a technician comes to see if he can fix the one we have. The one with the completely busted off leg. Ok, sure.. if that's the process. I asked what about my time? 3 extra times now I have had to arrange my schedule to be here during their delivery window. Over the course of weeks. They offer a $40 dollar discount. A slap in the face and I will never again purchase from rooms to go. Their quality is sub par hidden behind friendly customer service representatives. It's not good enough and it's not acceptable when you're spending thousands on a bedroom set.

      This is in response to this review.

      Please express our apologies to our customer for any inconvenience experienced regarding delivery.

      Currently, we have been made aware that the delivery company's claims office has been in contact with the customer directly to discuss their property claim. Any investigation is concluded by their company.

      With respect to the dresser, our records reflect our online complaint office has been in communication with the customer and a last exchange was generated in lieu of a service. The piece has been delivered as of 8.10.22 with no further issues. We understand the customer was offered a $40 refund back to their finance account or a $60 merchandise credit as a gesture of good will. Both offers were declined. Regrettably, we are unable to offer reimbursement for time loss. However, our office will process a refund of $100 back to the Synchrony account as an accommodation. Please allow up to 21-30 business days to process and 1-2 billing cycles to show on their finance statement.

      Purchased a "top grain leather" electric reclining sofa, loveseat, and chair from Rooms To Go, and considerably less than a year after purchase, the leather started peeling off the loveseat. We've had a local leather expert come out and look at the sofa, and they stated that it was NOT too grain leather. Filed a claim with Rooms to go February 15th, 2022, within the warranty period, and have had to send pictures and email 7 times now. Every time we send pictures, no one calls us back like they say they will, and each new person states that they have no record of a claim, even though each person gives us the same case number. We finally had a technician come out and look at the love seat, and this person also stated that the furniture did not look like top grain leather, that it was indeed peeling off the furniture, and that he would put his notes in for it to be corrected. After a month, no one called back. We called, and we were told that the notes from the tech were in the system, and that they don't cover wearing. I stated that this was not wearing, it was the "leather" peeling, which their own technician agreed with us on. After I stated this, the person on the phone acted like they didn't have any technician notes, and also stated that they didn't have any pictures of the peeling loveseat, even though we'd sent them 4 times to different people at that time, so we sent them again. Still no return phone call, still no resolution. I've had to send pictures of the peeling loveseat around 7 times now!!!! We even purchased the extended warranty plan, but this should be covered by the manufacturers warranty, as it is a defect, and was claimed well within the warranty period. Also, if you read the fine print on your receipt, they take away your rights for litigation, and make arbitration your only option to get anything fixed when they give you the runaround, and not take responsibility for issues brought up by their PAYING customers.

      Rooms To Go offers a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects. Unfortunately, peeling, discoloration or wearing is not covered under said warranty nor the extended service plan powered by Fortegra they purchased.

      With respect to their situation, we have reached out to our online claims office in order to research the customer's inquiries further. We have been made aware said office received and reviewed the requested pictures and account in its entirety. In the interest of satisfying the matter, we have been advised the customer was offered the option to reselect the current set in the home at a 100% value to put towards a new living room set or like items equal in value. They have been given details on how to pursue the provided offer via email.
