      I agree with the other reviews. They start you with a low rate and then it climb consistently. I will not be sucked in again. They have a smart marketing campaign to sign you up but after you do they GET YOU!!

      We keep receiving calls from ****** aggressive representatives using deceptive means to try to get us to agree to using their services. We have simply hung up several times only to have them immediately call back with the same badgering. When asked to put us on their do not call list, they refused. They indicated they will continue to call us. If I could give them a lower rating than one star, I would.

      I switched to American Power and Gas because of the sneaky way they portrayed themselves on the phone. Once I realized it wasn't a requirement to switch to them and they were just jerks I switched to a different and much better company for my supply. THEY SWITCHED ME BACK WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Yes, you read that right. WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. This has to be illegal. If I could get paid to spent the rest of my life telling people not to use this company I would quit my jobs and start a campaign. Please for the sake of your sanity NEVER use this company.

      Commandered my accounts from ************** Said they would send me an email prior to making a change. Never received email. Received a letter notifying me that my electric and gas suppliers would change if I did not receive notice from me to cancel. Letter from Peco came and announced the change in 5 days upon receiving this notice. Called Peco and the change was already being made.

      Horrendous. I can't begin to express my frustration with them. A sales agent called our nonprofit and essentially badgered me into agreeing to receive paperwork in the mail. That somehow cued approval for a service change in his head. We received a letter from our regular power supplier stating services would be discontinued, which is the only reason I know this happened. I never received any sort of paperwork from APG. Bullying customers into unconsented authorization of services they quite literally never asked for nor wanted is unethical and should be illegal. Preying on nonprofits and manipulating language used in your calls as a means of establishing business is the worst possible way to do business. That 4.23/5 rating is an absolute sham, as is your A+ designation.

      I signed up with American Power & Gas based on their competitive pricing. I only went back 2 years. Pricing in January, 2022 was $.05 per kwg, that pricing continued to rise on a monthly basis, which I am now paying $.22 per kwg. That's almost 250% increase from when I started. I had to leave several messages in order to speak to a representative to cancel my service, which I finally did accomplish, only to hear back from a second representative making sure I really wanted to cancel service. I was very sick with cancer and was unable to comprehend really what was going on. This is a horrible company, greed, greed, greed. I will be pursuing this further .

      This company is fraud - they continue to call and leave vague voicemails claiming it is urgent. They try to obtain personal information and then switch your electric supplier without consent. I refused to give them any information but they continue to call even after telling them we are not interested. It's super annoying. I blocked the numbers and am hoping I stop receiving these ridiculous calls.

      I am tired of being constantly stalked and hounded by this company. I willingly switched over to them as a provider of electricity service at my small business during the May through June 2022 billing period. All started out good (as the sales person promised), then when I had gotten a little too comfortable and wasn't paying attention, the rates started to rise. These increases were absurd. Over the course of just 8 months, the kwh charge increased over 250% from .0799/kwh to .2836/kwh and at the same time, the delivery charge for my natural gas increased over 115% from .6805/therm to 1.4703/therm. (NOT inflation - when I compared to National Grid current rates - they were almost triple!) When I caught on to their increases, I called to complain. In their (only) defense, they issued me a refund check two times for the cumulative billing overcharges and then the following month when they did it again. I spent WAY too much time fighting something that I shouldn't have to. I would have let this go at that and consider it a lesson, but now, I receive incessant phone calls on my personal cell number from ever-changing numbers from this company trying to tell me that I need to switch back to them again. I have REPEATEDLY asked to be removed from their calling list but they ignore it. BE SO VERY WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!! SO GREEDY AND UNETHICAL! I am so DONE and will NEVER do business with them again. I don't care how much money they "promise" they can save me.

      Horrible experience with the sales call. I don't know what they are selling, but they called me in the middle of a work meeting. I ignored the call. The agent continued to call until I answered. Then, she (Darlene) worked a "process" that sounded official and just did not seem to end. Really? You interrupt a critical work meeting for something like this which will monopolize the time which isn't mine, but the time my employer is paying me to fix a critical problem? Very unprofessional. I want nothing to do with this company whatsoever.

      They destroyed my monthly electric bill. My usage was $92 but billing for supplies was almost double! With the way the world is now today, having over a $200 electric bill is rediculous!
