I ordered a bottle and multiple cartridges. 4 of the 11 were leaking out of the sealed packaging. I've reached out to customer service through email and support chat on there website and never received a response from either even though I have reached out to them multiple times.Business Response

Ordered a deal from an advertisement on ********* The deal I ordered qualified for it because I took the time to fit it and make the adjustments to qualify for it. After several emails of them not knowing what is going on, I get a response saying you dont qualify for the advertisement. They have a very deceptive way of advertising and communicating. I asked for my order to be fulfilled or a refund. This has been an extremely horrible experience and feel that customers need to and should know how they are. I have attached the packing slip, someone dropped the ball there and there is no accountability for their actions.Business Response

Ordered 60$+ dollars worth of thier product. tried to cancel before it had shipped but could not raise anyone in CS to speak to. Once they did they claimed order had shipped on a date that DHL and **** both said they had not received the package. I ordered 1 purple 320z stainless steel water bottle, one pink 12oz plastic water bottle, one red 12oz plastic water bottle, 2 gateway green tea sips, 1 blueberry squeeze sip, 1 watermelon squeeze sip, 1 Sabrocita soursop sip, 1 Sabrocita prickly pear sip, 2 wild splash alligator apple sip, 1 wild splash watermelon sip, and 1 wild splash strawberry sip totaling to $83.06 USD. I placed this Order on February 28th and they claimed to have delivered said package Monday March 4th. I was home all day the package was marked as delivered but never arrived. I contact the Cooperate Number immediately and was told to send an email. In the email the company said I have to file a claim with the delivery company which in this case was ***************** postal office. Every attempt to file the claim was met with an error code that the claim could not be submitted. The tracking number provided to me was ********************** for order # ******** I then reached back out to Cirkul who could only tell me try again and called my local post office who told me contact the manufacture. Order Date February 3rd, 2024.Order total 42.75.Contained 4 bottles, 3 lids and a free sip.Put in request to get missing cap for 4th bottle. That was shipped out.Order Date February 12th, 2024 Husband's email Order total ***** Contained the new squeeze bottle Complaint:1. False advertising on website if no artificial sweeteners.Main page of website states no use of artificial sweeteners, however, in the sip ingredients list it states sucralose. That is a sweetner.2. Long term use of sucralose can have bad side effects. It's okay in moderation, but cirkul is encouraging to use sips everyday. Some people using them all the time.Within the time frame of us using the sips, 2 of my children developed severe constipation and stomach pain. Our diets did not change. A simple ****** search can show sucralose long term can cause gut issues. My children had this confirmed via x ray.My husband was complaining of headaches and felt dehydrated drinking these. Once he stopped he felt better. Again, a simple ****** search states it can cause headaches/migraines.I understand the food health department allows sucralose, but long term use effects are being studied and some released. This is a big concern for me since it effected our family this way. Maybe the company needs to fix the advertising or remove the sweetner.3. Company won't give refund. I tried to reach out via ******** to company with my concerns and wanting a refund. They refused saying these are consumable products. I was requesting the refund for the bottles.4. Flavor pods from ******* do not last long. 3 bottles. I reached out to company and their response was to fix the seal by wiggling it under the lid and use hot water to fix the seal. I stated did not work, they tried giving me four free sips I refused.*******s sips are sitting loose in a box, not like how they are sent from the website. The website sips still come in a box, but are sealed in plastic. This might be causing flavor to dry out.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The company did reach out and give me a partial refund, along with 4 free sips if I would like. Going forward with the sucralose message compliant, the company did state some of their sips are not sweetened and do not contain the sweetener. I do see this and agree, but I feel the advertisement of no artificial flavors needs to be adjusted to the website to reflect this. As an average consumer does not read ingredient lists and sucralose goes against the advertising. I did tell the company the sucralose was the cause of my children going to the doctor for severe constipation. I will not go forward with legal action as this is a minor health issue, but if they developed something more severe needing surgery I would have went further with that.I feel the company should fix advertising.

Received my order on 3/5 in a plastic bag from **** stating package was received damaged. Product was leaking. I have attempted to call the company 5 times, 3 times waited on hold for 10 minutes to be transferred to a VM stating they are not able to answer calls at this time.I have emailed at least 6 times. I received a response offering 2 free products with next order, but no solution to the current damaged order. 7 of 8 products were either broken or had the packaging damaged in some way. Because this is a food/beverage product, the *************** to be fully in tact!!!I have also attempted to use their chat function. An automated message comes through stating an appropriate wait time (2 minutes, 13 minutes, 8 minutes, and "soon" were my wait times. I was never connected. After waiting, I received a message stating their chat was closed until a stated time. (Most recently 1pm)2 free items is NOT a satisfactory solution to a packag in which at least 87.5% of product was damaged.Business Response

Purchased $40 worth of cartidges from cirkul's website. They did not disclose that there is sucralose in most of their products. My boyfriend already had a bottle and had just started using it then realized it upset his IBS. I see they have options with stevia as sweetener after I placed my order and I tried to contact them to change some of the flavors out so that he can actually drink them. I contacted them via email with no response. I called their number and they put me on hold for 6 minutes 3 times and said I had to email them. Which I already did. So I went on the website to use the chat. Got an auto response several times saying they would be with me in so many minutes. Then never came to the chat. So I reached on on ******** messenger and they responded asking for my info and order number. Then hours later responded again telling me that there is nothing to be done because it's already shipped. Was supposed to get an email when shipped and never got that. So messaged their ******** account repeatedly even said I was writing to you and got tracking info that confirmed it was in fact not shipped yet. So their reasoning for not exchanging or even letting me cancel before shipment is unethical to me. Because the product hasn't been shipped and now I wasted money because they didn't make it clear about an already suspicious sweetener being an ingredient. They need customer service or need to shut it down. As a billion dollar company this is INEXCUSABLE.Business Response

I recently started drinking the Cirkul water bottles with my spouse and my child. The website markets that their bottle concept is the new way to drink water. Showing photos of children drinking the bottles as well. What they do NOT mention in their marketing, is that the caffeine content is so high that the flavor cartridges are absolutely not safe for pregnant women or children. I am not pregnant, but I bought my child the same bottle. After experiencing some of the worst panic attacks and cardiac problems I have ever encountered, my fianc took the Cirkul bottle away. After doing some research on the Cirkul website, we found that they are even putting ******* in these flavor cartridges, the same chemical found in most energy drinks. On the website, they have photos of children drinking the same flavors we were drinking. I have never felt so sick in my entire life. I thought my body was changing on me. There was moments I couldnt walk or even stop my body from trembling. I thought I was going to die. I had to stay home from work and be taken care of by my parents. My heart felt like it was spasming out, and I was fearing for my life every day. Its been a terrible week, and after we took the bottle away. I had the WORST comedown from all the caffeine and taurine that was being pumped into my body. I almost went into cardiac arrest 3 separate times. I have an appointment with my healthcare provider to make sure there wasnt internal damage caused. I want this business to be held responsible and accountable for almost taking my life. Marketing that their bottle is the new way to drink water, and I felt like my heart was going to explode. My daughter drank her bottle for a few hours, and become extremely irritable. I am beyond disgusted that Cirkul would market giving our children their flavoring cartridges, knowing that there is taurine and caffeine up the wazoo. I attached a label I screenshotted of the Cirkul website itself. I want justice. This is unsafe.Business Response
