Made an initial order and didnt receive product, second order I placed because I got an email saying Id get a free steel bottle with purchase. After placing order I realized it said you needed to spend $35 or more for free bottle which was stated further down in the email after the claim now button. After realizing my mistake I immediately emailed requesting cancellation of order and a refund. Today I got a response saying they cant cancel the order and I cant return the product after I receive them. They offered a $5 E gift card to their online store which Id already had issues with the order in the past and my total charged with shipping was $12.50. The email with the offer is misleading they bury the conditions after the claim now button so you wouldnt see it and it did not mention anything about not being available to customers who haves ordered from them in the pastBusiness Response

Ordered several sips and a filter on 2/8. Shipping carrier claims it delivered items to **** but **** has not received anything. **************** said there is nothing that can be done. This company has horrible customer service!! I placed an order for someone else and right after I placed it, found out it was the wrong bottle they wanted. I called several times to get it canceled and no answer so I sent a couple emails and finally got a reply they told me that orders cant be canceled and I cant return if it comes so Im out of my money. I literally called five minutes after placing the order and then emailed. I should be able to get a refund in that time frame. Thats just wrong!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I placed the order by mistake I ordered for someone else and they wanted a different one (not Cirkul). I called 5 min later to cancel so I feel its only fair I get a refund. This is not a good way to handle business. I could understand no refund once the product was shipped or received However, I tried to cancel 5 minutes after the order was placed. This is unacceptable. I do not want another bottle from this company, I only want a refund I even offered to refuse the package if they sent it and that was also denied to me for a way to get my refund.

In December 2023 a replacement bottle was ordered as a Christmas gift to replace a previously ordered stainless steel bottle which was painted gray. The paint from the previous bottle started to peel and chip off from everyday use. The replacement bottle was supposed to be a plain steel bottle, not a painted bottle. My daughter accidentally ordered the wrong bottle. However, Cirkul's policy is no refunds. I explained to *****, customer service rep., that I do not want the painted bottle because it does not sustain everyday use/wash. I am not looking for money back. I just would like to exchange the unused bottle for the non-painted version. Instead Cirkul offered me a $10 coupon and a bottle sleeve. The sleeve is not necessary as it is an insulated stainless steel bottle and stays cold. It appears the sleeve was to cover up the peeling paint from their bottle. The replacement bottle is for my significant other who is battling cancer and is starting his 3 round of chemo in the past few years. Water is crucial and he likes the stainless steel cirkul bottle because it is convenient, tasty and keeps the water cold. However there is a concern of the paint chipping and ingestion.Business Response

Ordered February 2nd ****. Two orders ******** and ********. Paid a total of $75.56 for both orders combined. When I'm looking at the web site it doesn't say anything about using artificial sweetener. Some of the flavors state that they contain stevia so the automatic assumption is the rest of the flavors are not artificially sweetened. After I placed the order, with in an hour, I'm reading online in reviews about the artificial sweetener in all of their products. I immediately contacted customer service and tried to cancel my orders. They said nothing could be canceled even though it was not shipped yet. They let me change the flavors to unsweetened and I was just going to accept it. We received the bottles and the unsweetened cartridges and the product is absolutely disgusting. The taste is just chemical tasting. Very bad. Everyone tried a few flavors and after just a few sips of them we all had upset stomachs from the chemicals. It's trash. It doesn't make any sense why orders can't be canceled before they're even shipped and the company should stand behind their product and accept returns when the product is such disgusting chemicals. Literally my children are crying and asking to go to the hospital they are so sick to their stomach.Business Response

I had 674 Cirkul Rewards points built up and was under the impression that I had until the end of December to order and keep my points. I ordered 12 days late and the only compensation they offered was a new bottle or $10 credit. Neither of which are even close to the amount of points I accrued. Cirkul customer service did not answer my online chat after an associate had joined the chat. I was waiting in the chat with an associate for 45 minutes until their customer service line was closed. I was then emailed saying that I could not cancel my order because the product is a consumable which would make sense if the order had already left the warehouse.
