Made an order 1/14/2024paid 5$ extra for expedited shipping.. out of curiousity I checked my account and tried to track my order and upon clicking on it Im transferred to informed delivery and in red it says tracking information will not be displayed because the package was sent with counterfeit postage. Please contact merchant or seller with questions. I proceed to do so by calling and I reach a fake sounding recording saying you guys arent available and it hangs up.. chat on ******** no response, emailed no response back except saying youre not available and it will be forwarded on to you when youre in office. Never seen such terrible customer service or business ran before. You guys are either poor at your jobs or scammers.Business Response

I ordered from the company two days ago ($52 order). I also paid EXPEDITED shipping on this order because I need it in a timely manner. I check the Cirkul website today and it said it was shipped, so I clicked on the tracking link they provided and it is saying Cirkul used counterfeit postage, therefor I will not be getting my package at all, and especially not by the time I need it (hence why I paid expedited)Business Response

On January 2nd **** & January 5th **** orders were placed by myself and then my daughter for bottles and cartridges. Both ordered showed up with damaged product, half (8) of my cartridges were leaking in their plastic packaging, and my daughters entire order (6) cartridges had leaked all over the packaging as well as inside their individual packages. Obviously a issues, cirkul was contacted for them to tell us "the cartridges just need to be rinsed off and they will be perfectly fine to use. The cartridges are sealed and still full" which is obviously not the case of there is a puddle of flavoring inside each and every cartridges packaging that I've mentioned. Their solution for 14 cartridges leaking and being damaged is 4 free cartridges on our next order. Basically telling us we need to spend more on their products and are lying rather than taking care of a paying customer that received faulty product. 14 out of 22 ********** ordered between me and my daughters orders and they offer next to nothing in return. I purchased the Cirkul Fit Sip starter pack. The 2 samples that were included were completely empty and had no flavor. I inspected the foil packs and they were indeed completely empty. I purchased an extra Fit Sip cartridge when I bought it and the one I bought separately worked just fine but was empty after only half the bottle. (I did not realize the extra cartridge I purchased would be empty after half the bottle until after my conversation with their support) I followed up with Cirkul support via email and was given a measly $5 E-Gift Card for my next order and a list of troubleshooting instructions that have no effect on empty cartridges. The packaging guarantees flavor for up to six 20oz bottles at maximum flavor. I feel like this is false advertising. Their support team didnt seem to understand exactly what my issue was and the conversation felt very impersonal as if I was an annoyance. I did not get what I paid for and would like replacement cartridges. Fair is fair and this experience left a very bad impression.Business Response

They trick you into auto shipping and make it very difficult to end it. I was unable to remove myself from automatic shipping for months and didn't like the product. They refused to allow returns or credits and I am stuck with a product that I can't use.Business Response

Original complaint sent to company: "I had two free items in my cart,FREE White ********* Steel ************* Comfort Grip Lid and Flyte Hit Stick I added 14 sips to my cart to meet the minimum purchase requirement. I went through the checkout process, signed up for auto-refills and verified all of this showed properly in my cart. I have checked out and completed my transaction. The email receipt I have now only shows the 14 sips I added to my cart? The two free items are not listed on my order, but they are still left behind in my cart? Additionally when going to my account, is says I do not have an active auto refill plan?"Company responds that I didn't actually qualify for the promotion despite the checkout process leading me to believe I did. Company only offers a $5 credit. Refuses to send promotional item, issue refund, accept return, or cancel order altogether. Order # ******** was pulled from my account 12/31/23. Order shows pending on my card but when I contacted Cirkul they said "Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or alter your order at this time. As soon as you placed your order, it entered our automatic fulfillment process to be readied for shipping. " Which is not true since the order has A) not been fully processed and B) has not even been shipped. It's also shipping to wrong address. I get that I forgot to cancel subscription but it possible for them to give ***** and cancel the order, especially since it's being shipped to a while different address since I've moved. Paid **** extra for expidite shipping. After you give info and payment and submit order you recipt says 14 days for delivery. That is not expedite. The order has not been shipped and told them to cancel they refuse. Told them I would refuse delivery they said I could not because it was in system and was a food grade item. It's never left there facility. I have plenty of emails with there customer service to prove times dates and shipping progress. I want a full refund of this scam called expedite. They should have a clear definition of expedite shipping before purchasing.
