I tried placing two orders for Cirkul products on 12-22-2023 the company canceled both orders and when I tried to find out why they gave me this excuse that it was for an address that they had shipped to before. I for one do not know who had tried to scam them. I have a friend whos brother in law that lives at that address that I was having these products shipped to. The online chat lady was rude and tried to call me a females name. And that is how found out they refuse to ship that order to the friends brother in laws address.Business Response

I bought the flask type bottle at my local ******* on December 16th 2023. After filling my bottle I put the lid along with the cart, it's hard to drink. So i placed a order with Cirkul and the ad said a free 22 oz steel bottle with first purchase. So i placed a order when i paid the bottle disappeared from my order. So I tried to cancel my order and they told me they could not cancel it once it had been processed and shipped, which had not been shipped at the time that I reached out. I've contacted their customer service through their message app and never get a response. I've waited over an hour and a half two hours a time waiting for somebody to answer back in their chat. I have screenshots to show what the order said and the advertisement was and then I tried to reach out because the product I ordered from them that they call sips was leaking when I got them and I can't get nobody to answer me back on the chat they have. I just would like the bottle that was advertised when I placed my order. And the sips that's leaking to be replaced. Since they say they have a no return policy what good to see sips do if I don't have a bottle.Business Response

This company recently offered a promotion of a free water bottle and 2 flavor cartridges, payment of $5 needed to be covered by me for shipping. Everything was added to my cart and I checked out. When I received the order, all I got was one cartridge. I wrote to the company asking if the bottle and second cartridge would be sent separately. They wrote back and told me that there was a $35 minimum required order amount to get the free bottle and second cartridge. However, this was not relayed to me when I was checking out. There were no messages or notices that a $35 minimum was required. I then asked for a refund and return of the cartridge as it is a pointless item to have without the bottle. I cant use it. They wrote back saying they do not offer refunds once an order has been submitted. This company was deceptive in the promo being offered. Had they been clear that I would not have received the bottle and second cartridge, I would not have placed the order. I simply want my shipment payment reimbursed. Of which they also charged me tax. 12/11/2023 I visit Cirkul website. First thing that pops up is to enter your email to receive a free flavor. I entered my email. 2 min later, I received the email & clicked the link to Cirkul website to order & add free flavor. A promo popped up with free flavor to get free large stainless steel water bottle & another flavor, but I had to pay for the shipping cost of $5. This is not uncommon for companies to offer free products to promote their business. Ive made these transactions several times before with other companies. Ive gotten lots of free items so it didnt strike me as odd. I looked to see where Cirkul was located, saw it was in *** therefore I trusted it more! Cirkul website advertised the 3 free products, pay $5 shipping. Thats what I did. Cirkul took $5 from my debit card immediately. I was thrilled since I wanted to try it! I even referred several family members who also went to their website & got the same exact advertisement deal! Today, 12/12/23 I return back to Cirkul website to check tracking/shipping info in excitement as to when to expect it. Log into my account, order was not fulfilled! Confused I reached out to customer service who told me it was a mistake. I feel scammed. Also my family members are mad because they also lost money. I explained to customer service that this is not my fault, the company allowed this transaction, took my money & promised to fulfill an order that they now decline. Their mistake in not my fault or anyone elses. Cirkul should stand behind what people ordered & expected to receive. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my $5!! Email from Cirkul says free flavor with order. I placed order. This bad business & horrible way to do people. I hope to to reach a solution here before reaching out to legal counsel. ********* should not be lied to or done this way. I did a little investigating & theres many many complaints online about different issues. I want what I ordered on their site and or my $5 back.Business Response
