      This company claims I places an order with them which I did not for 40 Cirkul sips which totaled $100 they billed me and collected the funds. I have attempted to cancel the supposed order was told I couldnt I then said I wanted to return the unused items or refuse the delivery they told me they would not accept a return and if I refused it they would not refund my money! I dont want this item just my money back have no problem returning it I didnt order it s seems to be a scam

      On Nov 21 I bought two cirkul kits for ***** each I bought two refill cartridges **** each it says in the cartridge it will make 6 20 ounce Drinks I filled my bottle up twice and no more flavor its a rip off and I want my money back

      Made a purchase online for $49.92. The purchase was for a stainless steel bottle along with some flavor tops for the bottle. This purchase was made on 9/10/23 but the item was not received until **** days later. My main complaint is that the stainless steel bottle started to rust at the threads on top. I just recently noticed that when I washed my bottle by hand. I emailed cirkul(company I made purchase from) and their response was that they DO NOT offer any kind of warranty with their items. Their solution to a bad product was to clean it with this and that. They must not know that rust can not be permanently removed; yes you can clean it off temporarily(hours) and it comes back. Their solution is not a solution, is more like a put a band-aide on it and hopefully you'll forget about it. I dont understand how a company can sell something without some kind of warranty or consumer protection. We really liked this flavors they offered but after this experience, we are done with this company. We just cant do business with a company that doesnt hold themselves accountable for their own products.

      Date of transaction 11/10/23 i purchased products made by this company from my local ******** I had purchased the cirkul starter kit that comes with 2 flavor cartridges and 3 additional flavor cartridges.I started out by using the fruit punch one that the kit came with. I filled the container with water and attached the flavor cartridge. I set the flavor to 3 out of 10 as I didn't want it ****** sweet. after about 4 gulps the product was already empty. this product is advertised as being able to supply 5 refills before being depleted. The second one I opened was Wild Splash Alligator Apple Flavor Cartridge. this one lasted for only half a bottle on setting 3 as well. upon contacting the company and verifying my purchase with a copy of my receipt. I was told they would only send me out replacements if I made a purchase from their website and a list of tips to try to fix this. however I explained to them the cartridges were not clogged or blocked as they were completely empty with no fluid left in them at all. being clogged has no impact on it being empty. I find this to be extremely bad customer service requiring a customer to buy something if they want a defective item replaced. I've attached proof of purchase along with the email I received from the company instructing me to make a purchase to replace the defective cartridges. items on the receipt that were defective thus far have a upc number ************ and ************.i do not plan to use this product anymore as i see that there are thousands of reviews and bad ratings on BBB indicating the very same issue with the cartridges not lasting as advertised.

      On 11/04/2023 for 7 items only received 5 of them . Just want the other 3 shipped to me. Contacted them Saturday got what I consider the run around wanted to upload pictures of what I received did that . So there answer to the problem is when they will give me 3 free so I have to order more to get what I already paid for absolutely not. The order number is ******** they owe me a white cherry and two peach mango.

      I requested a refund of an autoship minutes after my card was charged. I didnt receive a reply until 6 days later, after I received the products I didnt want and sent them another email about not hearing from them. They claimed they are unable to refund or accept returns and offered a $5 credit instead of the $50 refund I requested.

      I signed up with cirkul and got a monthly plan of 6 cartridges a month. Then in July I ordered one time of 40 cartridges and put my subscription on hold till October. Then on sept 25 I seen a charge for $100 and called them and told them it was only supposed to be six cartridges and wasnt supposed to start back until October. They said it was for ************************************************************* even when I told her I did not want. There was not email saying they were going to take out money earlier than I had set it and I should not have to pay for a product that hadnt been sent or wanted or even the amount I was signed up for. All they wanted to do was give me a $5 credit which is not even close. I dont want the product.

      I waited 2 business days like was told and then was told to wait again. My oackage was marked delivered butnever received. I have left reviews for other customers as the agent I spoke with was rude and snide.

      Company refused to cancel my order. The cancellation request was emailed within less than an hr of the order. Their products contain harmful chemicals which shouldnt be allowed for purchase in the first place. If they want to continue to sell known harmful chemicals thats fine but should accommodate cancellations or returns of unopened products. Email exchanges with time stamps are provided.

      I went on the Cirkul.com website to order a giftcard for a friend. Somehow during the ordering process, the website signed me up for AutoShip. I do not even own a Cirkul water bottle. It is a flaw in their website. When I called to cancel the auto ship, less than 12 hours after they charged my credit card $19.99, they told me they were unable to cancel the automatic order or give me a refund. I was completely unaware that I was signed up for auto ship and I feel like I was scammed.

Their website automatically signed me up for auto-ship, when all I wanted to do was purchase a gift card. This should not even be an option for someone who is not buying a physical product from the website.
