      I placed an order on 8/18 for two bottles and 10 sips. Everything, including the confirmation email, said my order would ship within 2 weeks because I ordered a custom bottle. That was totally fine with me. Today is 9/6, almost 3 weeks later, and I still do not have any tracking information and my order status is Unfulfilled. I have tried sending multiple chats and emails requesting an update on my order, all of which have gone without a response. When I try calling, it rings for about 3 minutes then tells me no one is available and to send an email. I understand that fulfillment delays happen and thats okay, but whats NOT okay is the fact that I cannot get in touch with anyone to get any answers or updates. Ive been trying to contact them since last Friday (9/1) and have yet to receive a response other than an automated one. I would like an update on my order or a refund before I have to dispute the charge with my bank.

      I signed up for the free trial in April. I cancelled my subscription online prior to the billing date, but Cirkul charged me anyway. I reached out to customer service and they wanted to offer me more flavors and bottles. I said no thank you but they kept pushing. The next month, I am charged again. I reach out and they told me I must do it online. I advised them I already did, but I would do it again and that I was not using the bottle any longer so please stop sending me cartridges. The cartridges stopped, but I am still getting charged. This has been going on since at least May. I called CS again today to report another charge and was told that it was not cancelled last time because I did not respond no to the last offer in the chat. She even admitted they dont cancel right away and they will keep giving rebuttals. Also, she told me she sees where I have been trying to cancel since May, but there was nothing they could do about refunding me. Even though I have not been receiving product! I asked for legal departments contact information to write in and I was refused that info as well as a supervisor for resolution. Was she was speaking with the supervisor, but they could not take the call. I was told someone would email me within 24/48 hours. Now were trying to call back to speak to someone else and they wont answer! My money is being taken without my permission, I cant get a refund, I cant speak to anyone who can resolve, and I cant get legal info for the company who has my proprietary information!

      On 8/17 my account was charged for automatic reshipment normally i get a email when the order is coming up so I can change the date. I did not notices the order was not processed so i emailed cirkul. I spent hours going back and forth with them to cancel it because it had not been processed. The rude customer service person said they could not cancel, or refund processed orders. When I emailed and they answered my order had not been full-filled or processed. Then the customer service person continued to be rude.

      I am rejecting this response because: nothing was done the customer service was horrible. ********************** did not cancel my order or stop it. Spent several hours going back and forth with customer service with no resolve. The order had not processed or been fulfilled at the time of me contacting them. Cirkul did nothing and has horrible customer service. I dont want the product.

      I had an autoship in place. It completely slipped my mind this month, and I had a ton of sips since I ordered 40 last month! I called as soon as they charged my account on 8/12. However, that was at 4 a.m., so of course no one was available to take my call. I was able to speak to someone a few hours later and was told I couldnt cancel the shipment since it had already been processed. even though its Saturday and the order won't be shipped out till Monday. The order is still showing the status as "paid" on their website! I find it ridiculous you cant cancel an order that HASNT SHIPPED OUT YET. The order label was created 8/13 shipping out today 8/14 arriving 8/17 Also, you cant speak to a manager when asked to be transferred. I was referred to the *** on the website, which only states that you cant return an order. Im not trying to return anything; I want to cancel before it's shipped! very poor customer service. Literally every order Ive had with them has always had some issue, like my very first order, which was missing one sip, but I didnt notice until my second shipment a couple weeks later. My second shipment was missing 9 sips! And every shipment has had incorrect quantities, like when I order 8 apples and 10 fruit punches, they send 7 apples and 11 fruit punches, etc. I'm starting to wonder if whoever is packing orders is high. I find it unprofessional that what someone ordered should be what they received. My first two orders included a 42-ounce stainless steel bottle. Within 30 days, the paint started peeling on both bottles; it looks like Ive had them for years. Im very disappointed in this company. Also I was told by the representative that a manager would call me still havent heard from anyone.

      I have been trying to call customer service about a refund and they block my phone calls and kept on swiping my card so I had to cancel my card because they're not producing a refund. I had to refuse the order because they were stealing my money and sending item that I did not order. They were swiping my credit card like I had no limit. No produce and no refunds, I have no choice but to file a complaint against this company.

      Two issues: Received broken cartridges ****** ********* canceling auto ship.After twice reaching out to cancel this autoship bc of the broken sips & get replacements. I was offered 4 free on next order instead of just replacing the 3 broken. My first request to cancel didnt happen.Second request to cancel, again offered 4 on next order. I just want the 3 broken replaced why is this so difficult!! Then told to cancel I had to cancel on site. Auto ship finally canceled.I paid for sips in auto ship - received sips but 3 were broken when I opened them. Just send replacementswhy is this so difficult. Why am I needing to report this? Why do I have to place another order to get the replacements?? Also told this is a one time offer!! So if I get broken ones again too bad. I paid for a product that I received broken. This company does just wants more orders.

      So I purchased 14 flavor cartridges from Cirkul. When I received the shipment the package had holes in it and 4 cartridges had been opened and leaked. I contacted customer service and they would not give me a refund. Then they offered to give me 4 free ones on my next order. After I told them I would never order again they finally processed an order with 4 replacement cartridges. Upon receiving these replacements the same situation occurred. Holes/cuts in packaging and one cartridge completely cut open and broken in half. I simple think the way they ship the product is not conducive for their business. I wont be dealing with them again wanted others to be warned. **************** also told me that slightly opened packages are ok to be used once rinsed in water?!?! How sanitary is that when I have no clue what they went through during shipping. Gross! I also agree that product's don't last as long as advertisedmost flavors fizzle out after a few refills. Very disappointment that I wasted the money on this product.

      Cancelled auto ship and even removed credit card info and somehow was able to get it done one month and then the very next month they added my card back and charged me for a service I never accepted. Asking for the $27 back since they "can't cancel or refund on their end after they've made the shipment"

      I received the Cirkul water bottle and 6 flavors. After washing the bottle and lid with soap and water I inserted the flavor cartridge and drank. The flavor was chemical and plastic in nature, actually coating my tongue with the strange and concerning sensation. After drinking my stomach began to hurt and I was nauseous for several hours. Thinking it could just be the grape flavor I had chosen, I tried the tea with lemon flavor and was hit with the same harsh chemical taste. The appalling artificial taste has left me angry I spent this much on this product. I immediately went online to the company website and saw that they do not give refunds. I am unable and unwilling to use this product and would like a refund, after doing research online I find I'm not the only one having these issues. To not offer a refund due to customer dissatisfaction is bad customer service all around. I paid over $50 for this product. I will be giving my review any opportunity I can.

      I set up a subscription for a large amount of cartridges for a discount. I did not cancel the subscription in time. I received an email stating the order was processing and I started trying to contact Cirkul, eventually reaching them through email. There are no returns, and they will not cancel the shipment. They claim it is due to precaution since the product is consumed. An unopened package full of untouched product is acceptable to return in any other circumstance. I would pay shipping or even a fraction of the price, but they do not do returns. Cirkul should be more transparent about this. I found out there were no returns or refunds at all through their FAQ after the fact, not during the ordering process.
