      My daughter took my phone and made an order. I noticed when I got the confirmation on my watch. I immediately asked them to cancel the order, but they refused.

      I ordered a clear bottle with an orange lid and 3 sips with a 35% discount for ***** from a Tickot ad. I was supposed to receive a free sip that mysteriously deleted after I placed my order. I did not receive it. They replaced the order, I received a non-clear bottle and 2 sips, thrown in a bag not a box. I contacted Cirkul with pictures of what I received, and how on their ad I was supposed to receive it. I get a reply that they only have 2 sips on the account, nothing about the bottle and nothing about how I received the package.

      Attached are the images, I contacted the company within minutes after I saw that u was charged more for the other items.Thr order was not processed yet in my account, yet after the long wait from the agent stalling, the order finally showed on the cirkul website, and I was informed there was nothing they can do.When you call to get an agent, there is no customer service to speak with, just a chat option.All I am asking for, is the refund for the non cartridge items and not send the sleeve and bottle. I was told they couldn't do that.

      I am rejecting this response because: It is inadequate,  the frustration, and having to contact the BBB just get rapid responses from the Company. I want my full $54 refunded for the Bottle, lid and sleeve.

      So I bought the circle bottle and different cartridges to try. My throat started feeling really really dry and felt like it was starting to close up. Luckily, it went away with some allergy medicine and an asthma treatment. The company will not respond to my inquiries about a refund and a stop shipment on another order I had placed before I had the reaction. I am very upset because clearly these are not safe products!

      I am rejecting this response because: they did absolutely nothing for me. They offered me five dollars as a credit when I spent 75 and had an allergic reaction! They dont care at all about the fact that I almost had to go to the hospital! All I asked for was a full refund!

      I ordered a circle water bottle that worked for one cartridge. The second one worked for a few sips and stopped working. The third one the same thing. I called customer service and the trouble she did with me, but nothing worked. There are no exchanges or refunds, and it clearly is a defective product. A huge scam

      I bought a raspberries tea from ******* and it taste like chemicals before trying it I placed a order on cirkul website and I PAID for 2 raspberry teas and they won't let me send back the product I don't want because their company doesn't ever wanna give refunds out or make it right .I am really angry with this company .

      The business is supposed to send an e-mail 2 days prior to autoshippment. I did not receive that email. My auto payment went through in the middle of the night. When I awoke and saw an e-mail that said edit your order I clicked it, changed to what I wanted and then noticed that the e-mail was not the pre-processing one I was supposed to get but one saying they already processed my order. The e-mail also stated that shipping would be delayed due to their shipping partners and high order volume but when I called they claimed it was packaged and they could not accept returns and then claimed it shipped. I originally called customer service 2 times receiving no answer, so I sent them an e-mail where they originally stated they were refusing to cancel my order and after mutiple unresolved e-mails I spoke to a rep who also refused to cancel my order and stated that after I called to cancel it they shipped it out anyway.

      I have had 3 cartridges now in the last month & a half that fall apart. ill hear its making a wobbling sound so ill unscrew the cartridge to take it out of my bottle & when i do the top mouth piece removes & leaves the cartridge in so i have to unscrew the whole lid & take it out. when i pop the top back on itll go back on but the flavor will no longer dispense even if its only a day old & should still have flavor. once it even caused weird white floated & fogged the water from whatever was coming out of the cartridge. it happened with two blue raspberry ************* my sweet tea flavor

      I ordered three sip containers from Cirkul. When I got the ordered one of the sips had broken inside the envelope. It smelled horrible like rotten fruit. I tried calling and emailing the company right away. It took a couple of days to even get an answer. The company would not refund my order. They told me to rinse of the product and use it. Then they offered me two free sips but I have to place an order to get them. That is absured. I want my money back.

      I told the company to cancel my account since I could not get into it they gave me info to try to get me back in but none of it helped then they still charged me for the stuff I said I wanted canceled thst is theft

      They only refused refund and nothing else in the emails so untell refund is taken care of *** an apology from the company for fraud and theft I won't stop
