I purchased 9 individually sealed cirkul pods from their website. When I received the items, 6 of the 9 individually wrapped pods were opened, and some had leaked out into the bag they were shipped in. These items s**** onto you cirkul water bottle and the pods contain flavor. The water from the bottle passes through these pods before it is consumed. I have contacted the company several times back and ************ will not let me return for replacement or refund. I explained that I refuse to accept any item for consumption that is open prior to me receiving it. Food or beverage items should be factory sealed when the customer receives them. I am rejecting this response because: They sent me 6 sips which are consumable items that were open upon my receipt. I do not wish to continue any business with this company, and request a refund for my items. I have made several attempts to resolve this with the company & the best offer was 4 free sips with my next order. As I stated 6 were opened, and I do not want anymore sips.

They allowed my child, without verification from me, who is a minor, purchase their product. Then they put ***** worth of automatic shipments on the account and deducted the money from my account.... again without permission. I contacted them, they refused to cancel the order and refund my money even though the shipment hasn't sent or been processed. I would like the return of my money immediately and the account canceled and flagged as fraud!Business Response

I placed an order with Cirkul on May 6, 2023 for 40o drink cartridges. I immediately canceled/turned off the auto-ship option because a friend made me aware of it. On June 6, 2023, they charged my credit card $105 for an additional 40 cartridges. The order was renewed by them without my permission at 4:07 am. I called and emailed them on 6/6/23 @ 7:29am and informed them of the mistake they made. Cirkul emailed back and basically told me it was too late to cancel my current order.I also logged into the Cirkul website to see my subscription was turned back on by Cirkul, so I canceled the subscription again.Business Response

This in no way makes up for $107 they charged to my card when my account was cancelled already. This company keeps getting away with stealing peoples money and no one is hoding them responsible.

I have purchased this water bottle and cartridge pack for 20 buck at ******** On the box and advertising ir states that on cartridge should last 6 refills. Never on the package it states of depending on the dial.however there are complaints on the forums that there are people who kept it on one and still goes out in one to two days.Business Response

I had placed my subscription on paused, and an order was still processed after the reminder went to spam. I requested it be canceled and refunded and they refused citing their "protocol". The agent was rude and lacked empathy and the company has to have a grace ****** in place for these situations. Their policy is meant to prey upon people and that is not only unethical but it is simply bad business. Please avoid this company at all costs. The product itself is great, but customer service makes this company completely undesirable.

1 cartridge, level 2,, only level 2, last EXACTLY 1, 16 Oz bottle of water. Your supposed to be saving plastic waste, New studies show, between cirkul and *****, your adding plastic waste. I caved, I hike alot.Bought a cirkul. Thought I was doing better for the environment. All the settings on it, I found #2 did best for me, light flavor, good flavor, hopefully in a lower setting, last longer..2 issues..It don't, each 16oz water you put in, even lowest setting, depletes it, not worth buying the overpriced refills, and adding to the plastic graveyard in the ocean. I then found same thing on TEMU and WISH Fits my bottle. Only $0.50 each. They last ,3, 16 Oz waters, before even getting weak.#2: undeclared allergens. I placed an online order through drinkcirkul.com. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size bottle so I got on their chat service about an hour after I placed the order and was told they cannot cancel an order once its paid for and you cannot modify an order. Their website does not say that anywhere. It says once you get your shipping email you cannot cancel. I did receive an email that said Thank you for your order. It did have an estimated arrival date of May 31-June 2nd. However just above this estimated date it says stay tuned for shipping information The email also did not have an order number with it just the amount I paid. I was told by their phone representative that I had to create an account to place my order. I did not create an account .So I went back to their site and put in my email and clicked forgot password and it emailed a link to create a new password. Their system creates an account without you knowing. Also it says nowhere when you are going to purchase or even at the payment point that all sales are final and nonrefundable.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they still have not sent me a shipping confirmation email and in their email they automatically created me an account when I ordered. After reading all the reviews on BBB from other customers I feel like I need to cancel my credit card I used to purchase because they all had recurring charges that they had cancelled or changed. The business seems to be a big scam all the way around.

I placed an order of a bunch of things. Shipping was super slow even though I paid extra for express shipping. I ended up needing more sips before the auto shipment so I purchased some at ******* and cancelled the auto ship. Well I woke up to an email saying they are going to process my order. I immediately emailed and was told that they werent showing that I cancelled it and they cant cancel the order even though it hadnt even been shipped yet. Worst customer service.
