      The company shipped to an address on file which I recently moved from I reached out immediately to advised I need to update my address the person emailing clearly said there was nothing they could do as this has been shipped and I will need to contact the post office, I contact **** who confirmed NO such Label or package has been received the following day I get a email that my label was printed so they could of easily updated the address on the package at this time. I have tried to contact ****, DHL, and the company directly for a refund or tracking which is currently unavailable on this package. According to ***** a very rude disrespectful phone agent says he can ship it to the correct location I stated I no longer want the product and would like a refund he refused again he then refused to put a manager on the phone as well he continued to be argumentative I just want my money back!!!!!!!! I do not wish to do business with company and just wish to get a refund! I sent several emails to the company requesting to speak to a manger or supervisor still have not received a call back

      I placed an order for 4 LifeSip cartridges and was entitled to a free cartridge. I had diffuculty claiming the free cartridge and immediately informed Cirkul via email and requested Pureessence in tangerine or cucumber. The free cartridge Cirkul sent me has electrolytes and I immediately emailed them requesting a replacement for the unopened and unused cartridge. To date Cirkul has refused unless I place another order suggesting I discard the free cartridge that I cannot use. They have offended me accusing me of "simply" not wanting the free cartridge and stating that I informed them "AFTER" I placed my order. Clearly, Cirkul is not cutomer friendly and ripping people off to grow their business. I am a 69 year old retiree on a fixed income with health issues. I ordered the starter kit through ******* and Cirkul efused to apply the cost so, could get a free cartridge. I had to place an order to get it and now they expect me to place another order to get a free cartridge without electrolytes or stevia. This is no way to do business or treat a customer.

      I am rejecting this response because:  merchant refuses to replace or exchange the unopened and unused free cartridge they sent of their choice which I cannot use and expect me to place another order for $15. to save shipping and handling or for less and pay shipping and handling.

      I reached to cancel my order, which wasnt allowed because of the automated system. So I asked that they cancel all future orders, which was done. I thoight all was done with this horrible company. But at 4:21am this morning I received an email stating that an order was placed and my card charged again. Mind you wanted the original order canceled and all future orders. So I contacted the company to be told I resumed my subscription- I dont even know how to do this nor would I want to do this being that I wanted all orders canceled. They have refused to refund my money for something that I did NOT authorize. This company is terrible and should be ashamed.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      nothing has been resolved. They offered me free products. Please keep in mind I didnt want the original products I ordered and asked all my subscriptions be canceled, so why would I want free products. They sent me a screen shot showing where the subscription was cancelled (they canceled it on their end after I requested), then they said I resumed it 30 minutes later. Note that it doesnt say who canceled/resumed the order only that the action was taken. I never received any emails saying the subscription was resumed or I would have called again. Now I am having to dispute the charge through my credit card. Please please people do not provide this company your credit card information, they will charge unauthorized purchases. Ive had to cancel my card and everything because of them.

      I thought I suspended my order on cirkul and they sent it to me anyway. When I asked to return them they wouldnt I even asked just to get ones I liked and all theyre saying is they cant do anything. I paid 50 bucks for them and thats money down the drain if I wont drink the flavors. Since I thought i suspended my order i didnt have the right flavor on my subscription.Order #******* All I want is the flavor I want if I have to keep them.

      They refused to refund an order that hadnt even been packed yet. I called them as soon as the money came out and told them I didnt want them and had already attempted to cancel my account. I needed that 50 bucks for bills but the company cares more about money than their customers. I dont trust any company that doesnt allow refunds! That tells me they dont stand behind their products or care about their customers!!

      On 4/30/23cirkul processed an order for a subscription I signed up for. I signed up for one flavor honey apple crisp, instead of filling my order with what I signed up for they sent me what they wanted. I told them on the 30th I could not drink 3 of the flavors they chosen. That my order was for honey apple crisp and not to send the order. Which they canceled my subscription per my request, but they processed the order they selected, charged me and ship it anyway. Now they say I cant refuse the order (I never opened the package it arrived in) because they dont do returns. My subscription was canceled on the 30th. I asked them to correct my order but that will be at my expense and Im stuck with their mistake.Picture shows order for my honey apple. Then their selection, them canceling it and them reordering what they wanted to send me again.

      I just purchased 1 bottle from cirkul, 2 chill sleeves, and 6 drink cartridges. My money came off my card but my order doesn't show up anywhere my items were still in cart. I tried to call, message and email and no response but automated. This *****. I hope I get my order. I soent ***** and no conformation email or anything. I don't understand how the money can come out of my account but no trace of my order. This is bull c*** and for the birds. I better get what I paid for or my money back..

      On April 28th, I cancelled my subscription/plan to ensure I wasnt charged or shipped anything (I was supposed to be charged and have my product shipped May 1st). However, I was still charged the full amount on May 1st and they are not responding. I cancelled due to not liking the product after trying it, and didnt want to be charged again. I was charged still.

      Changed my auto ship date to a later time due to moving out of state. 3 days later they processed the auto ship even though I had pushed it back 2 months. Order was processed on Sunday night. I received an email informing me the order was being processed. I tried to contact customer service but they don't have anyone working on the weekends. They finally replied on Monday afternoon stating that they would not refund or cancel my order and that I should enjoy the sips that were in route...to a different state. I want a refund and my account deleted as I do not trust their business practices. They should be fined for all of the people they have robbed. I requested a refund within 10 hours of the email notifying me of the order that never should have been processed. I am paying for their mistakes and faulty system.

      Order#******* Amount Paid: $85.41 Hello. I ordered several items from Cirkul on April 8, 2023 Upon opening the package (which was a plastic shipper with no padding) I noticed it was torn and very dirty. I could smell a strong odor coming from it as well. There was sticky liquid covering everything in the package. It looked as if something heavy had been set on it and many of the contents were smashed. These are flavor sips for a special water bottle (I ordered the bottle and approx 22 sips for it). I called customer service right away and told them. They said they could not send a replacement for damaged items. And instructed me to wash all of the sips off and they would be good to go. I did wash them off but most were wet again within a few hours (leaking their flavor contents). I will attach pictures. I ordered these as a gift and they are simply not giftable! The company refuses to go anything other than send me a few sips (I believe 6 was the maximum). I am not pleased with that. This entire order should be thrown into the trash. It was severely damaged during shipping. ***** was the shipper and *** considered making a claim with them but wanted to seek your help since Cirkul is not offering me a replacement or a refund. Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to me.You cannot see in all of the pictures how wet they are. I can also feel that many of the sips are broken ?? ***** the packages.

      They did not offer to replace the damaged package.  They only offered to replace 6 of the items.  The entire package was ruined aside from one plastic bottle. They refuse to do anything to make it right.
