      I bought 10 sips and so far 2 I have opened only lasted through 2 cups of water did not last long at all I bought them on **** and got them **** and **** not pleased cause they are not lasting like they should

      I purchased a Cirkul water bottle and flavorings for my sister for her birthday. She didn't want it, never opened it, and returned it to me. I was going to keep it but the bottle is too big around for my small hands. I can't grip it properly so I emailed Cirkul to inquire about returning it for a refund. They refused. I physically can't use it so I want to return it. It's brand new!Purchase made on March 28, 2023

      I am rejecting this response because they are refusing to allow me to return the item at all for any reason. When you place an order, there is NO indication that you can't return it once you place an order. The only way to see their zero refund policy is under their FAQ. I didn't go to their FAQ because I knew I wanted to place the order as a birthday present for my sister so why would I go to an FAQ? I don't know of ANY other company out there with a more rigid return policy. It's unacceptable and ridiculous. How would making an exception to their policy hurt them? In the future, they should make it CLEAR AND OBVIOUS on the order page that once you hit "submit" to place an order, you cannot make a return. It's shady business.

      I purchased a Cirkul water bottle and cartridges. Upon receipt, cleaning of the bottle, and installation of the cartridges I found that all cartridges tasted of plastic chemicals. I began contacting Cirkul and was told they would replace two of the cartridges. I told them which flavors I wanted and they were sent to me. One of the cartridges tasted the way it should, while the other also tasted like plastic chemicals. I sent pictures of the packaging, UPC, and barcode to the company. I was finally given a $5 voucher to use on the website but was told I would not be sent any additional replacement cartridges because I did not like the flavor. I made it abundantly clear in my many emails that the flavor was not the issue, but that it was the fact the cartridges tasted like plastic chemicals. I merely wanted my money back from my original purchase of $30 and was told that was not going to happen. After repeated contacts via email, chat, and phone calls Ive decided to report them to the BBB because I am shocked and dismayed that this company would allow their product to be sold when it is unable to be consumed due to the chemical taste. I still have all the cartridges and told Cirkul Id be happy to send them back so they know I am not drinking them. I merely want a refund for the $30 I spent.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      In the email correspondence that the Cirkul team is referring to, I was told the only fix they could do for me was send me two new drink cartridges free of charge. After many back and forth responses where I simply requested a refund I was told that was not possible so I conceded and got two new drink cartridges. One was fine and the other had the same chemical taste as the original four cartridges. After continued contact I was told the best they could do is give me a five dollar coupon to use.

      I still have the original water bottle and all the cartridges that taste and smell like plastic chemicals. 

      To properly resolve this issue I request a refund of the original amount I paid initially.

      These bottles are the worst and have false advertising. The packaging claims the flavor Cartridge will last 6 22oz bottles. It only last 2 bottles on the 4-5 setting. And the insulation bottles dont hold ice well either. I unfortunately dont have proof of purchase anymore but I cannot spend another dime on this company.

      Before making a purchase online I did research about shipping times and they had responded to another customer on their ******** page that asked how fast they would receive it - their response was 2-4 days. After I placed my order my email showed 9 days at the earliest so I questioned customer service due to needing it for a specific event. They then informed me its actually 2-5 days AFTER they process the order. I wanted to cancel the order and they told me they cant because its automatically shipped. I dont have an email confirmation yet that it has been shipped at all and they also told me I cannot return it once getting it. I am now out $60+ on an order that has not shipped yet that I just want cancelled.

      I had an auto ship with Cirkul. However, I skipped the shipment every month for about the last 2 years as soon as they emailed me saying my order was ready to ship. This is when I'm allowed to skip the shipment or leave it be and let it ship. I never received that email notifying me. Instead, I got an email that they charges my card and my order was being sent out. I emailed them and asked for a refund, since my order hasn't shipped yet or been processed. They emailed me back and said they won't refund it. I don't understand if the order hasn't shipped why they can't refund my order.

      I initially placed a one time order that was placed to a different card than the one there was was a cancelled subscription to on the account. Somehow by doing this this allowed the company to restart the subscription to the card on file. When I reached out to custome service they will argue to say I hit some resume button. Resume bottom for what? The subscription was cancelled NOT passed there was nothing to resume. Anything in the system should immediately been deleted once cancelled. It was not. They refuse to resufuse to refund the stolen payment. ALSO, the customer service agents admit that on 3/25 the subscription was restarted again even though no changes where made to the system. What gives them the authority to restart the subscription by simply viewing the account??? This company is straight out doing fraud I have also lodged a complaint with the *** and suggested anyone reading so the same.

      I am rejecting this response because: The response is the same they always say. They  refuse to do anything. Wonder why there is an F BBB rating? **************** really is not for them. Can I actually get my questions answered? What gives your company the right to turn on subscriptions AGAIN when no account changes where made on 3/25. That was confirmed by your customer service representatives. That is fraud and I am still waiting an answer.

      I decided I would like to try Cirkul so I ordered through their website and set up autoship. It stated, if not cancelled, my autoship would be sent to me around the end of April. After receiving and sampling the product, I decided to cancel my autoship with Cirkul because I dont like it. A week or so went by and I get a charge come through on my card from Cirkul for an autoship and its not even April ***** I emailed them explaining that I cancelled my autoship because I dont like their product. I asked for a refund and come the product not to be sent to me. They informed me that unfortunately after an order has been placed, they cant give a refund. They also said that they sent me a reminder email that I never received. I told them that I didnt place an order because I DO NOT LIKE their product. They said that I cancelled the autoship but then went back into my account a few days later and reopened my account. Of course, I denied that happening because why would I do that when I have no intentions on ever ordering from them again. No matter my argument or complaints, they refuse to give me my money back. They said they are sorry for the confusion but they cant refund me but will send me 2 free flavors the next time I order. They are scamming so many people by doing this. Im not the 1st, only or last person they will do this to, if not stopped and reprimanded

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not place that order. I cancelled the auto ship but they still sent it to me and charged my card, even sooner than it shouldve been sent had I not cancelled. If I had ordered it, I would have picked flavors I couldnt get from ******** At this point its not even about the money they stole from me, but about how many people they do this to. Im not the first, the only or the last. My mind is just blown about how they can do this to people and get away with it, time and time again. I dont like the product, thats why I cancelled my AutoShip. Why would I have went back and logged in to reactivate an AutoShip of something I dont want? I wouldnt! They need to be stopped!!!

      I had manually ordered cirkul a less than a month ago then then they somehow managed to charged me today on my card that was turned off and that they are processing another order when I called and asked them not to process it they refused saying they wont stop the process and wont accept any return to sender

      I have been trying to cancel my account/monthly delivery but have ran into nothing but brick walls. No phone calls allowed at Cirkul, email either unanswered or auto-answered. I don't have an issue with the product I just don't use it anymore and DO NOT want to keep receiving it.
