      This company charged me for products that I didnt order and withdrew money from my account to pay for the items. I havent ordered or purchased anything from this company since 2/2/23. I was charged AGAIN on 3/11/23 for the same order AND additional products were added. I was told, that due to the nature of their business, they can not cancel, return or refund an order. I continued to reiterate the fact that I havent ordered anything. It was an error ON THEIR PART and I am owed the funds that they withdrew from my account.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I turned OFF automatic shipping! And I did NOT attempt to order anything else. Thank you, but I dont need you to try and justify anything that transpired. I ordered a bottle and a holder on 2/2/23, there was not a need for me to return and order the exact same thing 3/11/23 (another orange bottle and a holder). 
      1900 plus people (the number of BBB complains) cant be wrong. Your company is sending out sips and products that the consumer hasnt ordered and we the consumers are being charged.

      Just placed an order with Cirkul and after reading all the issues on here I contacted them and told them to cancel the order. The order has not shipped and isn't expected to ship for several days. They are telling me I cannot cancel the order or return for refund once I receive it. The order needs to be cancelled and refunded. You can't not allow cancellation or returns. Tried to offer me a $5 credit instead for a $275 order. This is not acceptable, the order needs to be cancelled and refunded.

      Last Thursday I purchased a bottle and two "sips" everything came except for the lid. I have emailed them and have yet to get a response. I would really like them to send me a new one or a refund.

      I ordered a one time order for 5 cartridges to get a free one. They came. A month later I was sent another 6 cartridges. I didnt sign up for a subscription. I canceled my subscription-which I never signed up for in the first place- but was unable to remove my card from the payment options. Also my girlfriend had a subscription-which she did sign up for. She canceled it the day before they were to process the next shipment and they still charged her $30.00 and when she called they said it was already processed and that they couldnt refund her money. I do enjoy the product but I wanted to buy them when and as I needed them, not have them sent whenever the company feels like charging my card.

      I ordered from cirkul twice with no problem. The third time they signed me up for automatic shipments without my knowledge. When I saw the charge come out of my account I went directly to their website to find out I was signed up for auto shipments which I NEVER authorized. I immediately called them, but they refused to cancel my order or refund my money even though the order had not shipped yet, stating that cirkul is a consumable product. It doesn't matter if it's a consumable product if it hasn't been shipped yet. The shipping label was created 10 hours later, there was plenty of time to cancel the order and refund my money.

      Business response was that they were unable to cancel the order or issue a refund because the item was a consumable. They claim the order had already been processed, however there wasn't a shipping label created until 10 hours later. Not to mention I never signed up for auto shipment nor did I place this order.

      Got this at Christmas from a friend Every time I drink out of this I start coughing. I forgot to take it with me on vacation. I never coughed. The minute I got back I changed my cartridge and started drinking again and coughing started back. So I stopped a couple days. ***** went away. Started back drinking out of it. Coughing started back.

      On February 11, 2023 I signed up for a subscription to Cirkul water products (name may be incorrect) for these flavor cartridges they sell for water bottles. I had received a starter water bottle kit as a gift. I tried the product, and realized it was not what I hoped it to be. I also researched and read about the product extensively online and was disappointed that it did not live up to my expectations. So I contacted the company within around 14 hours to cancel the order and future shipments. I later asked them if my card would be refunded. This was at a point where the product had not shipped or the order had not processed although they claimed it was "in their system" so a refund "could not be issued" but the good news was I would not get future auto shipments. That seems like extortion to me because I cancelled the order immediately and told them I do not want the products or like the product as I tried it and was disappointed so for them to go ahead and leave my order in their system and eventually ship me a order I do not want is outrageous to me. That is why I am reporting them to the BBB. I am not satisfied with their customer support or their ability to make my situation right as a customer, and I will never do business with them again and I will bad mouth them to everyone I know and warn them not to do business with this company because they are not supportive of good outcomes when their customers are not satisfied. I will also be reporting this charge on my credit card as fraudulent since I did everything in my power to expeditiously cancel it once I knew the product would not satisfy my needs.

      I contacted this busi8ness to cancel this order immediately after making the initial order so for them to say they had already processed the order and yet there is still no shipping information on it is not acceptable. Also the fact that I do not want the order or product and it has been determined to be a unsatisfactory product by me because I tried it shows me they are not happy with my satisfaction as a customer. They just want me to be stuck with a purchase that I am not happy with. I will be reporting them to my credit card company for a fraud because they were not willing to work with me or do the right thing. There product is not what they claim it to be either.

      I made a purchase on 1/27/2023 Item names: Reward: Cirkul Starter Kit, Sweet ************ Coconut Pineapple I order a total of 100 cartridges that totaled over$300. I reached out to customer service Saturday 2/4/23 by phone than by email and advised them the cartridges for sweet tea lemonade were all tart and I was not able to use 90 c. Only respond I have received is to send back 5or 10 cartridges but no response to fix the issue with the remained I have left. They phone will not transfer me To speak with someone and I only Get the same email at the end of the day once office hours are over. I want them To fix the issue due to the amount of funds I have spent. Im not able to speak with anyone for assistance.
