      Yes I placed in order awhile ago and got that order but I keep receiving more filters I want to make sure Im not getting charged for stuff I didnt order.

      I ordered and received the product. I decided I didn't want it. When it arrived, I wrote REFUSED on the box and took it to the post office. I never opened the box and it was returned in the exact same condition I received it in. I realized this week that I have not been refunded yet, so I emailed them. I was told they do not accept returns and do not give refunds due to customer safety concerns. I told them that was not acceptable and that they should make that ******* clear to customers before/when they order if they have a policy that is not consistent with other copmanies in this world. They responded that it is in their FAQ and I should have read it before buying. Who reads the **** Then, I received an email receipt that they re-shipped it to me. I emailed back and told them not to because I will just refuse it again.

      I reached out to the company about missing items and product issues. I was not getting the amount the product said it provided. **************** wrote this off as a lid issue even tho I ordered and replaced the lid and still had the issues. They can clearly see this thru my subscription and I mentioned it. I also mentioned I wanted to get my missing items so I could cancel my subscription and the issues I was having. They proceeded to not send my missing items so I waited till the next sub to get the missing items. They were still not sent. I then asked them to just send the missing sips and this did not happen again. I have now been charged and have asked them to cancel my charge and subscription since it has not even been sent. They are refusing to becuase if automation even tho the order hasnt even left the facility.

      Very bad customer service, products are pricey for people. It's a scam not worth the Money

      I am rejecting this response because: I made a counter off for a simple 22oz bottle for free instead if there 5$ credit. But they want me to pay them more and up my monthly plan to get a bottle. I can ************** for 8$ but figured with there customer service issues they would except my counter offer but they said no so my issue from the beginning and now this issue stands as bad customer service.

      I had a subscription for the refill cartridges. I have canceled this subscription at least 3 times.However, cirkul keeps sending them and keeps withdrawing money from my account month after month.In the very least I would like this company to not contact me again, not withdraw any more money and to not send me any more products. Although I do think that a refund would be appropriate, seeing how cirkul ignores any attempt to cancelation.

      I made an order on 01/30/2023, I accidentally put in the wrong address and emailed them immediately after trying to go through their help feature online, it's a chat feature, but no one was available to help me. I again tried to contact them through chat on 01/31/2023 but was told because the label had been created I would have to contact ***** So, I did but they referred me back to Cirkul. Cirkul told me they could not help me until the package was returned to sender. So now I've lost money and the product before it has even been shipped. All I needed to do was change the address. I begged and pleaded hoping there would be some way to correct this issue but they told me no, they couldn't help me.

      I bought two starter kit of 22oz on 1/20/23 and I try it. I received my first order and the first couple of flavor cartridges I used were inconsistent and ran out of flavor after 2 refills of water and was set in number 4 (they claim it last 6 bottle refills set on 4).I received my first order and the first couple of flavor cartridges I used were inconsistent and ran out of flavor after 3 refills of water (they claim it last 6 bottle refills set on 4) so I just figured I received a bad batch or something, so I bought new cartridge but the results were worst, it only las two refills of 16 ounces. I have emailed multiple more times with no response from vendor. t and I wish they can fix the bs is that the flavor dont last long and here you go spending couple of dollars a day on flavors and it dont last long one bit. They need to be sued for false advertising and representation I will not recommend this product to anyone it was a waste of money.

      On 1/23/23 I made an order for 93.02$ from Cirkul. They took the money from my debit card, but there is no tracking information or any record of the transaction or n their end. Spoke with cirkul customer service once on 1/23/23 about it. They hung up on me. When I call back their numbers do not work. No response to email. Yet Im still being charged 93.02$ and cirkul seems like a ghost.

      I placed an order on Jan 5th 2023. I received tracking information thru DHL. On Jan 12th, tracking showed that my packages were at a distribution center 1 hour away from my home. They were set to be delivered by Jan 14th. As of today, Jan 17th my tracking still shows that my package is sitting in the same distribution center. I called DHL who advised me to contact Cirkul and request a refund or replacement because my packages could not be confirmed or denied as being at there center. I contacted my local post office who also stated they never have received the order to deliver to me. The only thing Cirkul has done is sent me the same tracking information I already have access to, and tell me to wait 5 more days. I am going today to my bank today to request the payment be reversed if I do not hear from them soon. This is ridiculous!
