I placed a $20 order on 12/26 and I didnt receive it. I reached out to customer support on numerous occasions and they were not able to tell me where my package was delivered from, they ignored my emails and the second person I spoke to told me they dont use DHL but the tracking information right from their website is a link to DHL to show shipping progress . I am rejecting this response because:its literally them telling me to check my mail box over and over after *** told them its not there and hasnt been delivered and telling me they cant refund it. They didnt help me.
Messaging me telling me I havent responded when they actually havent helped isnt fixing my issue. If they would read any of my chat with their online reps they would see Ive asked them to check into it several times and all they do is tell me to check the mail like I dont do that every single day. I got the order I placed after this one with no issues.

I made an order, while making the order you were allowed to spin a wheel and get a free cartridge, did that and it stated that it would be added to cart at end of order. I ordered the ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** too weak by dialing I called the customer service phone number could not get anybody on the phone at 10:00 on a weekday morning email them twice and got a rejection email that the email for them was a bad email so I have not actually been able to get a human being on the phone to start a refund I would not recommend this product terrible customer service I'm so sorry I didn't read the review first but a cousin was the one that recommended this to me and I want a refundBusiness Response

Placed original order on 12/19. Never received any shipping updates other than order labeled for shipping. After back and forth emails, Cirkul processed a 2nd order with expedited shipping due to never receiving my items. I have yet to receive any tracking information on this order and after multiple emails back and forth, customer service has now stopped responding to my questions regarding order status and/or a refund due to never receiving the products I paid for. Cirkul was quick to take the money (Over $90) out of my account but has yet to fulfill my order or even send updated tracking information.Business Response

I was charged $21.59 on 12/25/22 for auto replenishment. I did not want.I cannot get any customer service person to answer the phone, Turns out this operation is holding my credit card on file. I have tried to cancel my information from the account profile and they do not give the consumer the option to delete credit card info, only option is to add another credit card. I have written to ********************************** and told them I want my information removed immediately from their website, do not ship or charge me on any items I did not order. They write back it's cancelled yet I still see the information/credit card information when I log in to check. I have contacted the bank to stop payment on any charges coming through as Cirkul or Bundle Builder this company is not reputable.Business Response

Order #******* placed 11/26, with expedited shipping. Several days passed with no movement and somehow my package went from **, to *********, to ******. The package was finally marked delivered on 12/12. I never received it, and contacted support and have been emailing with *********. I explained to her I have checked with neighbors and couldnt locate the package. I requested a refund especially after finding I could purchase a bottle and sips in the store. ********* told me I need to file a claim with ***** After speaking with my postmaster, he advised that is not correct and the claim cant be filed by the receipt. He also said the likelihood of a delivered package claim filed as missing has slim chances of being approved. The bottom line is I didnt receive the package and I need it refunded or I will have to dispute. I read the BBB warning and Im aware others have had similar delivery issues with the company. It shouldnt be this difficult and there needs to be a better process in place for resolving problems like this one.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I contacted ********************** as opposed to my local office, and was able to successfully file a claim. I provided ******* with the number as she requested. However, my request for a refund was still denied. I explained to her, and the company, multiple times that I do not want a replacement. Her response was that because the order was "fulfilled" no refund could be provided to me. So, I'm not sure what the point of the claim was for and yet another waste of my time. I contacted my bank to initiate a chargeback. I strongly encourage the BBB to continue investigating Cirkul and the ongoing issues with their deliveries (I saw an alert posted on their BBB page about this issue). ******* said there is nothing further the company is willing to do to make this right.

I made a purchase on 11/28/22 I purchased 13 items. When they arrived on December ninth. one of the cartridges were busted and all but one cartridge was opened or damaged. I had three bottle tops in this order. They were in good condition.When I contacted the company, they advised me to wash the 9 opened and damaged cartridges and they should be fine. I contacted them again asking if they really wanted me to give damaged and opened items to my family. They then replied they would send 5 cartridges but I could only pick certain ones. Since I paid for 8, I would like all of them replaced or a refund. They agreed to send me 9. I recieved the new order on December 14th. Two blue raspberry cartridges were missing. I asked for them to send it being I paid for them. Cirkul advised they would send 1 blueberry grape. I then stated I received that one. I didn't get my blue raspberry cartridges. I asked for them to be sent or a refund for the two cartridges. They emailed saying they were canceling my order because I never ordered blue ********. I sent them a copy of my receipt with no reply from the company.Business Response

I received a cirkul water bottle for Christmas and I drank a full bottle and filled it back up, it worked for about half the bottle and for the last half doesnt have flavour. On the package it says it lasts for about 6 bottles.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a bottle and several cartridges from Cirkul. The order arrived much later than originally expected and the product was contaminated. **** had to put it in a trash bag due to the contents leaking out of the packaging. When I opened the package, the contents was wet and sticky. There were puddles in the bag and the paper that was in the package was wet and pink. The cartridge packages were dripping as I took them out. After contacting the company, I was told to wash it off and use it anyway. I asked for a refund and a way to return the damaged product but again I was told they dont do returns and would gladly offer me 7 free sips with my next purchase. There will be no next purchase. Several emails were exchanged as there is no contact number to reach them, but the customer service representative was unwilling to compromise. I do not believe I should be encouraged to use a damaged and contaminated product.Business Response

I placed an order ******* through cirkul. The order was supposed to be 40 cartirges 1 green ********* fruit punch, 1 peach mango, 1 strawberry kiwi, 2 south carolina sweet tea, 2 washington raspberry tea. when my order arrived on December 2nd it only had 28 fruit punch. so i was missing 12 sips. I tried calling the customer service number and live chatting on the web site that day and nobody answered and I finally sent an email that wasnt returned until the 6th (i have all this documentation) Now before they returned my email I opened one of the sips. It was not the flavor labeled. I opened another....also not the flavor labeled. I ended up having to throw away a bunch of sips because the 9th sip i opened was finally the correct flavor (fruit punch). I cant risk drinking one of the sips with caffeine because I am very sensitive and could end up in the hospital. I just want my order to be made correctly with the CORRECT amount of sips and the CORRECTLY labeled flavors of sips that I paid for. Per the last email with ***** they are only trying to send me 8 sips....that doesnt even cover what they originally shorted me much less the incorrectly labeled sips that could put me in the hospital but I guess they want me to just drink them and send them the hospital bill and see them in court. With as much as I spend I dont think making my order CORRECTLY should be a problem. Also for the record you can go to their reviews and online groups and see that others have had issues with misslabled sips I can also provide plenty of documentation of that.Business Response
