      I recently purchased two Cirkul bottles directly through their website and they consistently grow black mold. I have attempted to reach out to the company several times as I want a refund due to the dangerous nature of black mold. I have received several emails back with instructions how to wash the bottles, which I would expect to be the first response. However, I have (and do) consistently wash my bottles and exceed the steps that they suggest. When I let them know that I have done so, I get the same reply back indicating that I am not washing them. I have my PHD. I know how to wash dishes and I have many many other water bottles that do not grow black mold. This is unacceptable and harmful. I was offered a $5.00 credit but why would I purchase more items that are unsafe?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company indicated that they previously responded to my request which is only partially accurate.  As mentioned in my previous complaint, the company did respond multiple times with directions as to how to wash the water bottle. When I provided additional information I continued to get the same response. After several emails requesting a response different than washing instructions, they stopped communicating.

      This morning I received an email from them requesting a picture of the water bottles.  I attribute this as a response to my complaint with the BBB.  I appreciate that the BBB can serve as a liaison but do think the company should manage customer relations prior to formal complaints being files. I will follow up with their request today and inform the BBB of the resolution.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The product grows black mold. I have experienced that with both of my lids more than once. I was asked to send pictures, after I was given instructions to clean them. I cleaned them per the instructions, refilled and used the next day. Black mold again. 
      cirkul offered to send me new tops but I do not want replacements for an item that molds. If this was one occasion that would be different. This is two bottles, multiple times.

      I ordered from this company around 11/12/22 and paid $47.70 for their bottle and cartridges. It hadnt been filled or shipped 2 weeks later so I sent 2 emails requesting to cancel order and refund money. Both were ignored but I did receive a response almost a week later that it finally shipped after nearly 3 weeks. When it arrived there were flavors I didnt order and the bottle has no lid. This makes it useless. I emailed the company 4 days ago asking that a lid be overnighted so I can use this system. I received a email asking for pictures and nothing else. Its been almost a month since I ordered and I cant even use the system.

      I have not received something I paid for- they have given me a tracking number that hasn't even left the warehouse- i have contacted them many times and they refuse to give me a refund because they say their policy doesn't allow it- but yet I haven't received what i paid for. At this point a month later- I want a refund.

      I canceled my account in September and have a response from the cancelation. Now in December they charged my card over 200 dollars without my permission. I have not had any charges from them Since I canceled. I reached out to them. I denied the charge through my account but dont know how that will work out. The got back to me 2 days after I sent my complaint they said sorry its consumable and we cant refund you. I am going to no accept the package and return to sender. I did not approve this charge and they auto restarted it without my permission. I want my money back and my card removed from their possession. I have told them this and told them Im reporting them also. Please get my card off their cite they are stealing probably from more people than me who have clearly canceled their account.

      I paid 65$ and some at cirkul on November 18th for my order and later around November 26th I asked why it wasnt shipped. They said their system was down something messed up and they cancelled that order and redid it but for it to get to me fast. It is December 1st and I go to see where my stuff is and it also got canceled and I havent received my money back since they canceled my order without my permission. I either want my order and something since I have had so much trouble or I want my money back and I wont bring my business back to them. Im tired of this. It has been 2 weeks and this was the first time me ordering off the cirkul website and I have to say I dont like it and they suck!

      I had created and account in April 2021 or 2022 using auto ship. After receiving product, I realized I didn't like it so cancel future orders. On November 25, I saw that Cirkul had a sale so I visited their website to see if anything was different regarding flavors. I didn't place an order as nothing was different. The next day, I saw a pending charge on my credit card. I tried to call Cirkul to say I had not authorized any charges but because it was Saturday, a recording advised emailing the customer service line. I did so. No response. I tried to call again on Monday, was placed in a queue and again advised to email which I did 4 times on Monday and again twice on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I got a reply saying it was too late to void an order and policy is no refunds. I have disputed the charge and plan to refuse delivery which I told Cirkul. Response was refuse it if you want but you will be charged as there is no refunds. I asked for a phone number to speak to someone and they gave me the same number that sent me to the email. I never placed the order. My card info was in their system from the previous time that I ordered.

      Signed up for autoship subscription plan. $100.00 amount debited on my bank account 11/13/2022. Have not received the product. I have reached out several times (3) with a brush off response from company. I also ordered some products on 11/22 and received them on 11/25 but still have not received order *******. My husband decided to put in his own order and has received an email that his order is being packaged and shipped and even has a delivery date. I simply want the product I paid for-thats it or at least a ETA of my product. If you would have simply given me a week or date, I wouldnt have to reach out to your company, Highly DISSATISFIED and POOR customer service. I should have read the reviews online regarding the shoddy customer service and terrible subscription plan.

      I have not received any resolution email by the company. I requested cancellation of orders on the same day they were placed 11/27. **************** phone lines were down during advertised hours. Its showing on Cirkuls website that the orders were cancelled and refunded. Packages shipped on 11/30. I was charged and have not received refunds. I contacted the post office to refuse the packages. The packages are scanned as refused and are on their way back to Cirkul. Please refund.

      Thanks for the copy and paste response again for this complaint. Which is a lie. I have not received any resolution email from Cirkul. They are the worst company with the worst customer service. Product gives me & my husband stomach issues. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Have not received my orders and do not want them because of their unethical business policies. Cirkul has a BBB rating of F. If I would have known, I would not have purchased. Nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service and when you do they just say its our policy that we dont cancel orders even 1 second after ordering. They act like their shipping process is automated and they have no control over it. They are desperate and greedy. They have tried to send several packages again and again. All refused! Refuse your packages if they give you trouble. Dont open them and write REFUSED on them and bring back to carrier.

      I ordered some products (bottle and flavor packets) from Cirkul website on 11/12. I received an email with an expected delivery date of 11/21 to 11/23. I was supposed to receive an email when it shipped. On 11/25 I still had not received said email so I contacted the company. They were not available online or by phone so I submitted a complaint on thier website. I still haven't heard back from that complaint. I received an email from thier customer service on 11/26 asking how ai was enjoying the product. I replied that I had not received it, don't believe it has been shipped and I would like the shipping/tracking number. I did receive a reply to that telling me thier system had an issue and the order was stuck...so they would ship it out with expedited shipping. I have asked for tracking info and they won't provide it. Today they said they would ship it out in 2 days. I asked them to cancel and refund my money. They refuse saying they can't accept returned items. I can't return something they still have in thier warehouse. Thier customer service is extremely poor. I would like the money I paid for the product they never shipped immediately. Selling something with no intent of shipping it out is theft!!!!

      I am rejecting this response because: thr cimmunication sent from Cirkul was neither responding to the request nor satisfactory to my needs.  I asked for a refund due to thier non-performance and that request was denied citing that thier policy did not allow them to accept returns, however, they had not fulfilled the order nor shipped the product.  This would have been an easy request to fill.  They chose not to and to keep my money regardless of their none performance.  Apology is needed admitting thier wrong doing and proof that they have corrected this poor business practice. Furthermore, 2.5 weeks to ship a product is too long and not providing tracking and shipping information is poor practice and makes the business less reputable to customers.
