They took 139 dolllars for an auto ship order on 7/5 and my order has not yet shipped. They cannot tell me when it will ship and they created a shipping label on 7/10 but all the tracking says is it hasnt be recieved by *****Business Response

On July 6th I ordered from cirkul and payed extra $5 for expedited delivery. As of today the 15th they still have not shipped my item though they marked it shipped on the 10th when they printed the label. According to tracking information on **** they are still waiting to pick it up. I have requested a refund and cancelation of my order and subscription and they have refused. They are only offering me a $5 coupon on my next order and I am done dealing with them. There is no reason not to refund the money and cancel the order.Business Response

After refusing to cancel the order or refund the money when it was still sitting on their dock. As of the 15th pic included. Filed complaint on 16th and it was finally picked up by **** on the 17th. Pic included.

I called their number does not work I went online simply asking if there's any mango in any of the cartridges other than answering the question they forward me to a site that I have to give my card or PayPal account for a dollar.I do not put my card on line anywhere I'm retired military and have had identified theft twice.Are they lying about natural flavors or do they not believe in customer service.Business Response

The subscription service is broken at best, and predatory at worst. I had a subscription plan, which I canceled as I had more than enough product with my first order. A few days later I got a email saying my subscription plan was on the way. So I obviously went back to the site and canceled the order again. Knowing from the first experience the plan didn't get canceled I decided to check it, and of course it again was STILL subscribed. So I canceled it for the third time which finally went through.Now the big issue will all this, is after both times I canceled and it resubscribed me without my consent, it IMEDIENTLY sent out the orders for those plans. So I am now being charged and sent for these two plans which I have clearly tried to canceled, sometimes multiple times in the same day. These plans are supposed to be sent out once a month, but I am being sent these within days of each other.Their email support is useless and said they can not refund. This is a technical issue on there end, I never resubscribed. I have checked the process of doing so. I simply canceled the service 3 times within days, and now I am being charged and sent more products which I do not want or even consented to receiving. I purchased a bottle and 20 Cirkul cartridges at ******** All cartridges worked great and everything was as expected. Then I subscribed to circle and placed four large orders. Each order between 24 and 40 cartridges. When the cartridges started arriving via mail, this is when I started having problems with the cartridges. Some of them were loose and had spilled out in the bags before I open them, others seem to have a crack in them in head spilled out somehow. And some of them simply didn't have any flavor after the first bottle. I contacted circle and after a ridiculous exchange of emails they told me they could only replace six. Clearly I'm upset because after a few hundred circle cartridges I actually had 22 that were defective. Three of them just in the last few days. I contacted circle again and I have not heard back from them. In total I've tried to reach out seven or eight times, once I got a hold of them and they sent me six replacements. Two other times they promise replacements but never put them in my account. And all of the other times I've reached out and no one has bothered to get back to me. My very very fair and honest opinion and experience with this company has been as follows: Most of the flavors are decent some of them aren't but most of them are - it's a great system if it works - I would like to continue using them - but my big issue is that it seems like all of the bag ones that come directly from circle have a very very high rate of damaged ones included. I think it is fair that circle replace all 22 and I think they should change their policies on replacements because they demand picture proof and it is impossible to show photographic proof that a sip only lasts 20 to 30 oz and then is empty. It is also impossible to show in a photo that when a sip is first inserted that the first one or two sips is very Sweet and then the flavor runs out. All I can show proof of are the physically damaged ones.Business Response

I put in an order today to then find the same item for cheaper and with a much faster delivery at ******** I then called to cancel the item since I even paid for expedited shipping but it would still take up to 11 days and I thought that was too long and they told me they cant cancel the order and I cannot return it once it will eventually arrive. I would like Cirkul to cancel the order or refund me since I already got the bottle for cheaper from ******* and to add to their website that orders cant be cancelled since it doesnt say it anywhere and it kinda sounds scammy to meBusiness Response

Have had a subscription for a while and placed my monthly order on 6/5/24 under the ship now option, it did not include the free items in my cart and made me do a separate order which required another purchase or to pay additional shipping. They marked the tumbler up $10 higher than they sell the at ******* and it takes over a week longer to get them, unreasonable. I was charged $113.76 total. I attempted multiple ways to request within mins of placing the order to cancel order the phone line disconnected repeatedly upon this request, the chat was left unanswered, the email response was asking me to repeat my question as they dont understand what cancel my order means, the second chat option requesting to edit my order went unanswered, I also sent a DM directly on ******** messenger to which they replied telling me I can use the phone, chat and email option I had already tried and they asked my order info. Then I havent heard back through multiple attempts. They offer NO cancelation options on orders even before they are processed and if you attempt to then they ignore you so you are forced to accept the order. I am ending my subscription as this is a poor way to treat customers. I am also reporting this charge to my card along with all of the screenshots of repeatedly asking to cancel.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they sent a sorry we missed your call response that contained irrelevant information and didnt address my complaint at all, they failed to adjust the order within mins of it being placed due to it being processed and shipped right at that moment even though it wasnt actually process or shipped for over a week. They email sent also asked me to place another order with them and then they will give me a $10 discount. No thanks. Already canceled my subscription and am done.

I am very displeased with this unprofessional behavior that I have experienced with this Cirkul company. This is the second unprofessional behavior that I have encounter with this company. The first one cost me over $55 and now yall want to pull $27 out of my account for something that I did not purchase from yall! When is this deception going to stop?Can not provide you any information on the purchase due to the fact that I did not purchase anything or request anything from this company dollar amount!Since my first my email of concern to the Cirkul company was sent out over 72 hours ago to Cirkul there has been NO response from this company. Stop misleading the customers! The customer service team told me one thing then the order was place and moments later a email was sent telling something DIFFERENT! Very BAD customer service! Now I am stuck with product I am allergic to and after talking to customer service a a week later funds was pulled out of my account for an auto shipment that I did NOT sign up for or request. Now more product that I cannot use is coming to me. I out more money for this company deception!The customer service deception has cost me $83.00 and sent me product that I am allergic too! BBB in regards to complaint #********, this complaint I thought was resolved with me and Cirkul. Cirkul did keep their resolution that they made with the BBB and me. I called their call center and the employee ********* stated that there was no documentation for the July 2024 BBB resolution. The company said that I did not follow their guidelines and that I did, I was done trying to dress my concern and point. I just accepted the loss in money with Cirkul. Since they did not keep their resolution promise I would like for them to replacement for the same amount that was purchased of the ones that I am unable to comsume.Business Response

Im new to cirkular and their customer service team is failing. I asked for a status update as I placed an order on June 23 and Ive yet to receive correct information. They continue to send me my first order information that was delivered weeks ago on the 14th. Is common sense not common? How can an order that was placed on 23rd been received by the 14th of the same month? No one is doing their research and Ive been asking for 2 days. They offered me $5 and I told them to apply it to my order to get it shipped out and expedited. What response did I get back! Another incompetent rep telling me information about the order I received on the 14th! She didnt do her due diligence, she was too focused on the clapback instead of helping the customer with doing her research to make sure she provides adequate information.
