I have been a customer for ********************** for YEARS. I have spent thousands of dollars on their products and even promote them to family and friends. I moved out of state after a horrible divorce and illness and unfortunately my credit card was declining and I was not getting the autoship. I was never notified of this by the company until l logged in and saw I needed to update my credit card. I also was going to use my accumulated points to get a few new bottles. To my surprise, my years and years of points were GONE. I emailed customer service and they offered me $10. I never got a call, email, text or anything notifying me my points were expiring. I would like my points back or I will completely cancel my account and never buy a thing again. I also have a tiktok with over 250K followers and I will post on there as well.Business Response

Cirkul had a promotion running if you order 10 flavors then you get a free bottle. So I put the free bottle in my cart as well as the 10 flavors plus a free flavor I got by signing up for emails and texts. Placed my order, and everything was shown on the order detail, no issue I received my package today and there was no bottle, they are stating that one of the flavors did not qualify and usually when you do a promotion if you dont meet to requirements it will tell you and not remove the price of the item that would be free until the qualifications are met. This didnt happen. So when I contacted their customer service, they stated my green apple/cherry flavor didnt qualify and all they could do for me is a $5 gift card which doesnt cut it because these bottles are close to $20-$30 and they refuse to allow me to return the flavors that I now cant use because I dont have a bottle they will attach to.Business Response

I placed an order on May 7. I tracked the shipping the entire 10 days and it was rerouted and delivered to the wrong city. There is no proof of delivery. I explained that I wanted a refund. They say they do not offer refunds only replacement. If the order was lost the first time I am sure it will happen again. My address was correct and have never had an issue. I have been trying for 4 days to get my money back and they refuse. From the reviews on here I see that they are not a respectable company.Business Response

I saw Cirkul drinks advertised on TV and I decided to try it. The product is a hoax! I tried 3 flavors and none of them tasted as described and all of them were terrible and tasted like sugar. I wanted to return my unused product and get a refund but they refused. I am telling you there is NO way anyone likes this drink, they are paid to advertised and i guarantee they will be out of business by next year. there is nothing good about it and they are truly false advertisingBusiness Response

Date= 5/10/24 Placed order online. At checkout it showed a free water bottle. Got the email with my order and it had removed the water bottle. Contacted customer service within minutes of ordering to cancel the order and was told the order already processed so they couldn't cancel it. It is ridiculous you can't cancel an order within minutes after canceling it, especially if not everything that shows in your cart doesn't end up in the order. On 3/26/24 I placed order on line for cirkul. Paid ***** for item. I have not received this item. I have e mailed them requesting resolution. I was told someone would reach out. To this date no one has. I am requesting a refund. Placed order on the 23rd of April. Attempted to cancel the order on the 24th. I was told it had shipped on the 25th. After chatting with their help team every couple days, I kept being told that the order had shipped. The shipping label was just created this morning, the 29th.
