      Purchased a circle bottle On April 17, received the items and they are of subpar quality. Cirkul will not let me return it. I want them to stand behind their products. They are all of awful quality. I want a full refund. Order number ********

      The shipping time frame is taking way longer than ETA given. It shouldnt take 3 weeks and then some to get an order out to a customer. Shipping is way longer than noted on website. I havent been able to contact the company by phone or email. No customer service, no responses. On another note, Ive found this same product at a store in my town. My husband purchased it and wanted to try it out while the order that was placed is taking longer than expected. These sips do not last longer than 40 ounces. He purchased a 4 other sips to try out the flavors. One of which didnt even work. Nothing at all. The other ones ran out of flavor within 40 ounces of water. This whole product, and business is just trying to make quick money from being dishonest and overhyping this product and their shipping of orders. As noted on their website under FAQ, how long should your order take to get, clearly it is noted, 5-7 days depending when your order was filled. Order was placed April 5, mailed out within a couple of days and we still havent received it. No updates with the tracking number given and no one to answer for questions nor is any help offered.

      We ordered 2 Mr ***** bundle packs, writhin a week, one for each child. You buy 10 flavors and get a free bottle. During the checkout process it was not mentioned that I wouldnt be getting the included 2nd bottle because I had purchased the pack previously. I received the order and noticed the bottle was not included so I reached out to customer service who told me I couldnt get two bottles, and potentially couldnt return the product for a refund. They offered me a $5.00 coupon?! It was completely fraudulent of them to advertise a free bottle when you bought ten flavors. Not to mention i put a coupon in for an additional flavor free and it showed in my cart but didnt show up either in the shipment. The customer service department isnt great.

      On 4/19 Cirkul took out ***** out of my account which was an expired debit card and refuses to refund my order. I canceled within 10 mins and they refuse to help.

      This company doesn't answer the phone, nor will they respond when requested by phone. Let me say this is not the first problem I have had with them. 8 cartridges were delivered with a stench and sticky wrappers. They wouldn't replace them and said they were fine. I wrote a second time and they did finally replace them. Then, I ordered a few cartridges to get a free plastic bottle. They claim they never had that promotion. Finally, they decided I had a subscription - since 2020. I NEVER had a subscription, nor had I had a single purchase until Jan. 2023. They sent me 6 cartridges (right after an order I HAD sent) and I politely said I never ordered it, nor did I every have a subscription. Plus on the last order, I was supposed to have been sent a 22 ounce FREE Shock Sleeve and was sent a comfort grip. This is the worst customer service and I will gladly sent them their cartridges and close my account. I am concerned that if I cancel my "subscription" that they will continue to insist I changed it. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you, *********************

      Plan i thought was cancelled never was. They auto shipped without warning via emails about a possible delivery. Delivery of $130 worth of drink cartridges was delivered BUT the box and contents look like someone ran over it. Half the cartridges were broken and leaking everywhere. Called the cs number over 50 times had to wait on hold for 6.5min before a message came up and then auto hung up on me. Messaged on ******** and asked for a refund or store credit due to a reaction i had with some of their flavors (didnt know till i tried them) and had my almost allergic reactions. No one on ******** messenger would help and then RANDOMLY got an email from a ***** that stated zero refunds and thats that.

      I received a promotional coupon. I met the requirements of said coupon, I did not receive my promotional items, and I could not get ahold of customer service. All my emails have been ignored.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I did receive an email after I made the complaint to the BBB.  I did receive one prior to that blaming me for the items vanishing from my order.  That I supposedly did not follow the instructions.   When given proof that i did follow instructions,  they then blamed me for "navigating away from the link"  which caused the items to vanish from the order.  So i was blamed for poor website design.  They went on to inform me that the only way for them to honor my coupon was for me to reach out to a third party and try to get them to "null" the promotion.   With the email i received after the BBB complaint they sent out a 22oz tumbler/cup, but did not include the other items from the promotion.   They also made it out to be my fault by trying to get ahold of them multiple times which caused them to put me in the back of the line.

      I ordered many Cirkul flavors from the main website, to include other accessories for my Cirkul bottle totaling close to $50. On arrival all the items were wet inside the box, a huge mess. We took all the items out of the box and washed them off to find which ones, if not all, were damaged. It seemed as though it was 2 of the many flavors that were busted and leaking so we tossed those. I looked on the website to see what to do about damaged items and was instructed to contact them via email. I done so. Received a reply days later. Stated they would not refund or replace unless I placed another order. The website states : Q: My bottle, lid, or Sip is damaged.A: Oh no! That's the last thing we want to hear! Please contact us at ********************************** with any concerns about damaged products so we can get you back to hydrating in a custom, convenient and clean way!Does not say anywhere to take pictures before trashing leaking items. After many email discussions, I decided it was principle at this point and indicative of a scam. Included are the email discussions. Initially, I just wanted replacement for resolve.

      This company advertised a promotion for a free metal bottle with purchase of 10 cartridges. I placed 10 qualifying cartridges in my cart with the free metal bottle and placed my order. Upon receipt of notification of shipment, my order did not contain the metal bottle and when I contacted the company they notified me that I only ordered 9 cartridges. I asked them if I could return/refund and then told me they do not allow that and when I asked if I could purchase 1 more cartridge to receive the metal bottle, they told me they would not do that because the order was not placed all together. This company is dishonest and is unwilling to help their customers.

      Defective product purchased 2/4/2024, It is a water bottle which comes with flavor filters that are to be inserted into the lid. However, the lid has a tiny hole from which water escapes and drips on your person. I tried adjusting the lid several times, but got the same bad result. I immediately complained to the merchant and asked to return the defective product and a refund of the purchase price. Merchant just sent a new lid to me, which was also defective. When I complained the second time the merchant said they would send another lid. I said NO! Then sent it anyway. That third lid was also defective.
