      I placed an order. It had the address where I was visiting which it was supposed to go to, but the Email shows it being delivered to my home address. I am FURIOUS, because i can not find an option to cancel the order, nor am I able to call them. NO PHONE NUMBER. It also shows auto delivery monthly. I had NEVER requested monthly delivery. Cant speak with customer service about that either.

      I loved Cirkul in the beginning. But now my mom had ordered a pretty big order from them for my 21st birthday that was supposed to arrive tomorrow. **** took the package saying it was counterfeit postage. There is no way to receive it or pay the postage or anything. Today is MLK day so I have no way of contacting anyone on this issue and I am deeply upset

      At first, I was actually kinda loving the product. The first day I got it, my water tasted AMAZING and rather than binging on snacks throughout the day, I satisfied my cravings with WATER! I was so excited to have a way to stop overeating, get more water into me, and lose weight without feeling like I was sacrificing anything. And... I still am... But... here's the thing. I started looking into what was actually in the product. The product is packaged and promoted in this way that it's made to seem revolutionary. It's not exactly honest. The packaging of the product makes you think it's just flavoring your water with NOTHING. Zero calories. Zero sugar. and in this unique container that makes you think that maybe there's something unique going on here. But all this is is a sucralose drink mix that comes pre-packaged in these wasteful plastic containers that are disposed of after 132ml of water. We're already destroying the planet and these guys think, "hey... what if we just package a simple sweetene in a **** load of plastic and trick people into thinking we created some cool new product so that we can overcharge them for something they could get at a grocery store, while pushing thousands of tonnes of plastic into landfills?"Not to mention that the sucralose in there may be having nasty effects on my stomach, but I'll see about that in a few more days. It may just be the caffeine from the first flavor I tried that did that. Instead of wasting money and carbon footprint on shipping a simple product in a lot of plastic, I'm just gonna buy a sucralose drink mix and get the exact same benefits for much less money.And shame on you Cirkul for not giving a **** about your effect on the environment because you know most people won't bother looking into what's actually in your product, which... honestly... even I should have done before I bought it the first time. I'm just as guilty as others here, but at least I learned quickly from my mistake.

      The filter constantly will not allow water flow and will expel a bunch of the powder flavor ...this has occurred with 3 flavor filters I purchased.

      My order was supposed to be delivered January 8th! And it is now January 11th and theyve told me the first time I reached out to wait 3 business days for an update. Now its been 3 days and still no update. now theyre telling me to wait ANOTHER 5 days for them to check on the order. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THEY WILL RUN YOU AROUND IN CIRCLES AND BE ABSOLUTELY UNHELPFUL-10/10 do not recommend

      I placed a order and it said I would recive a free stainless steel cup it was a offer they had and I didnt even get my cup and the wrong flavor came also and it takes forever to get the order not happy

      Cirkul pulled the old bait and switch. I signed up for a promotional offer. Upon receiving my order the promotional item was not included in my shipment. Called customer service only to get yelled at and hung up on. After reading the reviews here, I I'm definitely not the first person to have gone through this exact situation with cirkul. Terrible customer service.

      Horrible company! My child was so sick and I couldn't figure out why, my husband said she didn't start acting like that until we changed her sip flavor out to the sweet tea. He told me to cut it open he thinks there was mold in it. I cut it open and it wasn't mold but tiny bugs floating so I poured the sip into a clear glass and set it to the side. I opened a different sip and seen stuff floating that was not normal lookimg. Not sure what it was but then I opened every sip I bought which was over 20 and in 8 of then I found different things from bugs floating to hard white stuff and all of the ones I bought were sugar free. I opened one up and it smelled like urine and my whole house smelled so bad for awhile I had to open the windows and remind you it's December and only 16 degrees outside and it was at night. Makes me wonder what they have us putting in our bodies and our kids bodies that they say is safe and healthy. My children drink these. Well I threw all of them away even the bottles I will NEVER again buy anything from this company again. My 3 year old would gagg after taking a drink then get sick. 3 years old! This company should be ashamed of themselves. I told other people about this and they threw there's away too they were very disgusted by how this company is. Keep an eye on your kids if you allow them to have these still. They are only out to make money they don't care what we consume into our bodies. And no before anyone asks these were not old I bought these recently from ******* and we also got some from the website and none were expired either. Just please be careful I'm glad we caught this in time I would hate to see her worse then she is now. Just wonder how long this has been going on for. We had ours for over 1 year now and she loved it along with my other kids. But when I see this it's time to just have plain water. I don't trust them. Each one I cut open I put in a clear glass to see this stuff I told you about. Just thought I would share

      Cirkul is SHADY! Make sure to take a screenshot of your purchase prior to buying & immediately after, makes it easier to dispute your purchase with your credit card company, if you can't resolve your order problems with Cirkul. It's "odd" how multiple people have the same thing happen to them - items mysteriously drop off their order after purchasing. I ordered the free water bottle with 2 cartridges for free, just pay shipping & handling ~$5. I too ended up with 1 cartridge & when I reached out to them saying there's no way I'd just buy 1 cartridge, when you can't use it without their water bottle. They also offered me a free water bottle on my next purchase, when I declined, they said they'd send it for free (we'll see if it arrives). This obviously is a common "problem", shame on Cirkul for not standing behind what their selling, if it's an honest system glitch then don't pressure people into buying more & don't short change them...giving me 2 out of the 3 items isn't the full order.

      Bad customer service representative refused to help me with a promotion issue that cirkul was offering.
