      No return or refund policy, no exceptions. Even before the package was delivered to me, I tried to cancel my order and customer service refused. Terrible customer service, and apparently terrible product as well- after reading all these reviews. Disputing the charge with my credit card company and telling everyone I know not to purchase anything from this company.

      After not using it for over a week. I had to throw away the cartridge away because of mold on the mouth piece. So it's not worth the cost.

      I provided written notice of termination, and it was completely ignored, they proceeded to send me auto shipment after auto shipment and said multiple times that it was my responsibility to go on their website to cancel when I have provided legal notice via email multiple times. They do not understand contract law, the product itself is also terrible and never actually last the designated length of time. The dial rarely works past six and the integrity of the product and company are out on par with each other. After providing written cancellation notice for the third time they told me today that I had never tried to do that before which is why they didnt honor it. So I pursued to send them all of the times I tried to cancel, and they have now ignored me.

      0 stars. Placed an order and received items and the box and all of its contents were wet, greasy and reaked of urine. I asked to return entire order to have a new order shipped to me and they refused. Got a supervisor and they refused as well. Said once they send an order they don't accept returns or exchanges even if the products were damaged. They keep saying to just wash it. The whole box reaks of ammonia. You think I want to drink out of that or give my kids these to drink from. I spent over $100 and received nothing usable and they refuse to help, even with me more than willing to return everything. This company is horrible and I'll be initiating a dispute with my credit card.

      I believe this company is a scam. I participated in an introductory offer they were advertising: $5 for a bottle and two flavors. Everything looked good at checkout. However, once they got my $5, they sent me one flavor only. I contacted the company and, rather than resolving the situation, they tried to get me to spend more money. Why would I pay $5 for a flavor that doesn't work without the bottle? Unbelievable that they are getting away with this. I am disputing this with my credit card company. Also, read corroborating review below, I'm not the only one!

      I have been doing this since it came out and all of a sudden there is no Drink in the cottages anymore. You just get a little bit and ** trying to figure out whats going on. I get two drinks and thats it. Thats not good. Can somebody get back with me on this and let me know whats going on with the drink my name is *******************.       I was scammed like many others with their free bottle bait and switch. DO NOT trust Cirkul. I may have only spent $8 but it was the most useless 8 dollars ever. When I checked out it showed that I was getting 2 sip cartridges and one bottle but after I received it, I only got one sip cartridge. I looked at my order on my website, it appeared that the bottle and second cartridge disappeared after I ordered. Honestly disappointed and cant believe I was baited by them. Please dont spend your money. You may get a response saying the promotion was for orders over $35 but theyre just trying to cover their tracks because nowhere did it say that.

      Actual email to their customer service: After an extensive discussion with your "customer service" I would like to give you an update. I don't care if the good lord himself was convinced that your site didn't have a glitch that started the entire issue, I know & witnessed that there was most definitely a glitch that would let me postpone my autoship order and then wipe it out. I tried multiple times for 2 or 3 days & it didn't work. In turn, I ended up with a 56.00 overdraft to my bank account for that said autoship that had been delayed multiple times. I then successfully canceled it after a couple tries. Which was too late to stop the shipment. I was told I was wrong, there was no glitch and basically I was a liar. THE VERY BEST you could come up with was a measly $10. Gift card. So, I used my points & that gift card to place an order. Even saving your precious company a few cents. I received my order & the contents of the bag were wet INSIDE your sealed package. It is once again a testimony to your lack of service. I found 2 small holes on the cartridge package. I could feel the liquid inside moving around. So. Not only did I receive a cartridge that I couldn't use, I got one with holes in the package to spread the flavoring all over everything. At that point, I knew I was right in my decision to make that my last purchase ever from your company. At first, I was mad & going to demand a replacement, but, I don't care. Why demand replacement trash from the landfill? I feel this has the makings of being done deliberately. Either way, I have received my last order from you. You have received your last purchase from me & I just want to let you know that since your IT Dept is full of geniuses, I wish to be removed from your list. I am no longer a customer & never will be. I'm still passing the word along to my friends & family that I had turned onto your product, I cannot speak for them, but I'm sure the horrible customer service will eventually take care of that.
