      Received a box I nor my family ordered for me. Going back as a return to sender. Will be tracking my cards for a complaint on this non purchase. Scammers.

      Horrible customer service. I placed an order and within 3 hours of purchase, requested a refund, since the product would not arrive for more than 2 weeks after I needed it. I was told that they would not cancel the order and that I could not return the product! UNREAL. I will never order from them again.

      They do not care that you cancel a plan they will still ship it and charge you for it and then tell you they are sorry but there is nothing they can do about it and you cant return it they will not accept it.

      Unfortunately Cirkul is a bait and switch company. I did the December 10 promo for the free bottle and flavor (paid $5 shipping) and received one fruit punch packet. No order confirmation or paper trail. It's obvious the company is deliberately trying to cover this up. Look at the slickdeals thread for proof. Couldn't care less about being out $5, but the ethics of it makes my blood boil. The right thing to do would be to cancel and refund the order, and send a follow up "oops we messed up" email with a coupon for a future purchase. No harm no foul.But no - they end up charging cards and sending out wrong orders. They also changed the messaging on their site to say "minimum $35 purchase". When you ask their customer service about it, they give a canned response of this: "Just to make you aware, Cirkul's offer was a free 22oz White ********* bottle on first orders of $35 or more. Any other offers roaming the internet would not be from us. We do display all the items in your cart as well as reflect the total before you submit the order and if an order does not meet the threshold, the bottle will not be included. I apologize for any inconvenience."Too bad. Looks like this is all catching up to them on BBB. Companies that do stuff like this usually don't last long.

      False advertising, horrible company values, absolutely zero integrity.Customer service will falsely accuse you of lying about an order, will not offer any help, and will simply tell you that you are wrong and they are almighty cirkul. Enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge, was supposed to have received a free stainless steel bottle and did not (Bait and Switch/False Advertising) and to top all of that off, I received my order with missing flavors (and the missing bottle that was allegedly supposed to be included for free) and this was my first time ordering As a consumer, Cirkul might possibly be the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. It wont surprise me if this company folds due to mismanagement, illegal practices, and the blatant disregard for customer care.

      Horrible, I paid for expedited delivery, my invoice showed standard. I contacted them immediately and send pictures of my invoice before I paid, then they changed it and apologized. Then they had it shipped in no shipping box. It came like if I purchased something from the store. Its a gift now the person I bought it for seen it. Thanks for nothing. Definitely wont purchase from them ever again.

      In a world where corporate social responsibility is becoming increasingly important, Cirkul has demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and compassion. It is inconceivable that a company, presumably swimming in profits from its overpriced flavored water bottles, cannot spare a couple of units to bring a small glimmer of joy to the lives of two underprivileged children. Not a case of bottles, not a monetary donation, just two bottles.Furthermore, in an age where consumers are increasingly conscious of the ethical practices of the companies they support, Cirkul has made a colossal error in judgment. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend a product or support a company that lacks the basic decency to extend a helping hand to two little children in need. When I reached out to Cirkul with a humble plea, I received a cold and heartless response: "We are no longer accepting donation requests." This dismissive reply is not only callous but also reflects a company that is more concerned with its bottom line than with making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over social responsibility, especially when faced with a request as modest as two bottles of water for children who have faced homelessness. Cirkul, your refusal to contribute to the well-being of these children speaks volumes about your company's values, and it is a stain that will not be easily forgotten. Shame on you for choosing profit over compassion. What harm could it have done to Cirkul's bottom line to show a bit of humanity and generosity?

      There customer service is horrible. Also they do not honor offers made for free items. So you end up with product that is useless. I would avoid their online store at all costs. It is sad to try a new company and have results like this. Again, warning stay clear of this company

      Love my Cirkul bottles. Been a subscription customer since 2019. Several of my family members use Cirkul now as well. Love that they just recently added so many new flavors. Take my Cirkul bottle with me everywhere.

      HORRIBLE customer service!!! Sip was delivered half full due to it leaking. Emailed them to get a replacement and had to fight with them just to get it. They wanted me to buy more and couldnt replace it free of charge. I told them ill just cancel my account and never use them again, they replaced it after i said that but i still canceled the plan. Worst website business ever!!! I dont and wont refer them to anyone! Learn better customer service!!
