  I had been looking at buying a Cirkul for a while since hubby has switched to only drinking water and I've been working on kicking my soda addiction. When I went to their page it said I got a free bottle and a free sip. Then a pop up came up and said enter your email and get a free sip. So I did and the email came and I hit the button and it added to my cart. So I went to my cart and the bottle and 2 flavors were there I just had to pay for shipping. So I finish filling out the form make sure everything is in my cart and I hit pay. I didn't get a confirmation so I had to Google how to sign in and check order. Once I do that I see that only 1 sip is in the order. So I google the CS phone number and call and explain these 3 things were there when I checked out but now my order only says 1 sip. She puts me on hold, comes back and says well you can buy a bottle for $35. I said no ma'am it was all in my cart when I checked out I don't know if I even like your product so I was excited to see that I could just pay shipping and try the product. She says well you can buy $35 of merchandise and get a free bottle with purchase. I said no I don't want to do that either I wanted to try your product and was excited to see that I could with the offers I received so if that's not the case I need to cancel my order. She said I can't do that. I said ma'am I just placed the order and called immediately to figure out the issue. She said you placed the order 20 minutes ago it's automatically sent to fulfillment. (I was on the phone with them for almost 12 minutes so I placed the order 8 minutes before I called them) I asked to speak to a manager. She said I can't do that. So I told her that I will be disputing this charge with my bank and will be posting on the bbb website. This company has lost my families business over $5.41. if they had refunded the money they could've made much more money from a future purchase.   Expensive stainless steel water bottle leaks. Every time I take a drink- I spill water.The first flavor I tried tastes like chemicals. I was hoping to use this as a replacement for expensive flavored water. This is definitely a waste of money. Please dont buy Cirkul- they dont stand by their products- no refunds- no replacements.

  I received my last order and the products smelled rotten, I contacted them to cancel the new order that had not yet been shipped and they told me that due to policies they cannot be canceled or issue a refund. The products are terrible and the customer service is the worst. a complete scam.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cirkul. Despite the potential convenience of their product, the companys business practices and customer service have left much to be desired. I was shocked to find out that I was enrolled in an automated shipment plan without my explicit consent. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.When I realized the issue and contacted Cirkul for a refund, the response was unsatisfactory. The product, which I never intended to purchase, is still sitting in their warehouse, yet they refuse to halt the shipment or issue a refund. This rigidity and lack of customer care show a blatant disregard for consumer rights and satisfaction.I feel compelled to warn others about these practices. I have even filed a dispute with my credit card company due to Cirkuls uncooperative stance. Its regrettable that it has come to this, but I believe its important for potential customers to be aware of these issues before engaging with Cirkul.

  The worst company, I asked to cancel my auto plan back in October and was charged again this month. Shipment was scheduled for January which hasn’t even shipped, and they won’t refund. Do not buy from cirkul!

  Company claims cartridges last for 6 refills of the 22-ounce bottle on a medium setting. They actually last for about 1.5 refills on a low setting. Extremely disappointed in the false advertising.

  I bought the bottle and washed it. Put the flavour thing in . I couldnt drink from it. The air lock was terrible. Its going back to the store today

  The flavor cartridges or 'sips' do not last at all. One of mine didn't work at all. That was almost $4 in the trash. I waited so long to splurge and spent more than $30 for the bottle plus extra 3 extra cartridges. And it is collecting dust. -1

  Water filters themselves taste great. HORRIBLE customer service. Never answers the phone nor calls you back. They will email you but it is incredible vague and they have no desire to help their customers. I will stick with purchasing mine at Walmart. At least if it is empty or last less time than it should, you can get a refund or exchange.
