      Yes, it is cheap but I recommend to not get it because they say the cartridges tend to fall off and waste all the money you spent I wish I could get more out of what I said honestly because I just lost all my flavor for one cartridge falling out and dumping all into my water so I demand that I would please like a bunch of new flavor cartridges because I dont think its fair that I spent my own money that I worked hard for even though its cheap that it should break right away.

      I like Cirkul and I have had good service. My problem is that the flavor cartridges (sips) that I get at ******* (that come in little boxes) have the flavor information printed right on the the collar of the cartridge. The cartridges (sips) that I ordered directly from Cirkul (that come in wrappers) have no information on them and are virtually impossible to tell apart if you open more than one at a time. Why the difference between the two sources for essentially the same product?

      Waste of a $30. Flavors were great, but I had purchased a stainless steel bottle and whenever it is filled more than half way it gets this weird seel and will either give me A LOT of flavor or non at all. If I unscrew the lid and put it back on the seel will break, but not for more than 3 sips. I’ve tried to let my bottle sit open for a few days, washing it really well, and so much more. I looked up ways to fix this issue and a lot of people seemed to have the same problems with the stainless steel bottle. Honestly it was such a waste when I could keep little flavor packets with me and put them into a normal water bottle or in general just buy flavor water in a pack of 10 for the same price of one of there flavor “packs”. So disappointing was really looking forward to this product.

      I was automatically charged for a box and I thought that I canceled my subscription. So I asked for a refund the same hour that the order was confirmed, and they said no. I know they can cancel it, cause it hasnt even shipped yet! I cant afford not getting this refund back to me.

      They do not offer refunds at all. Even if you try to cancel your order before it ships. They refuse. Use Mio instead. Much cheaper, better tasting, and they wont spam hyour credit card multiple times in a week for auto ship

      I received my new Cirkul bottle only to find that it doesn't fit the huge cupholder in my car that holds a large Yeti. So, I called the company to ask how to return the unused, unopened, still-sealed-in-plastic and a box....bottle. And they refused. Not only did they refuse and state that they won't take any returns of any kind for any reason, but they refused to allow me to speak with a manager and pointed me to email. The manager continued to "hide" behind emails and a policy that shouldn't be allowed. Additionally, the manager blamed me for not finding the policy on their website prior to ordering.I could possibly understand a policy limiting returns for opened products. But an unopened, sealed product that was just delivered 15 minutes prior? It's just poor service and they didn't care. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do NOT order from this company. If you have any issues, it is unlikely they will assist in resolving.

      Closed my account for no reason. I had never gotten two limited edition bottles and two limited edition flavors. It was advised by my banking institution that I try and get my money back. However my bank institution did not go for only the amount of one item. I had not planned on going after them for the dispute, but it was at the advice of my banking institution to dispute. I also want to say that I had not received the latest limited edition bottle for September. This company tried to say they shipped out a replacement order and the bottles were in there however they were not in there. Now my brother in law is hesitant about ordering from this company as he is the one that has seen all the frustration I have had in the last two orders prior to getting the last order. I don’t recommend ordering from their website at all because they do not offer refunds and you have to jump through hoops just to get a refund.

      The cirkul flavors really started hurting my joints. The artificial things etc in them now that I looked them up were really the cause of sudden joint pains so strong in my knees. And my right kidney started hurting and my urine color was dark yellow with a strong odor. This product is not natural and everything they use to preserve etc is harmful. Read up on it all first! Contacting them is almost impossible. Finally they responded to my emails and there is no refund for the unused cartridges. Horrible experience and company, product! Not natural the fake sugar in there alone is bad for us to consume.

      I honestly like the Cirkul water bottles. Not so much all of the flavors but they do have a few great flavors. The teas are very good. The coffees flavors were not very good in my opinion. I do understand everyones palate is different so this was just my opinion. My issue was with customer service. I had a subscription but in addition to that subscription I added another order to try extra flavors. I believe a total of 8 I paid for. When I received my order there was a horrible smell coming from the package. One of the sips had busted open and leaked all over the sips. I contacted Cirkul and they suggested running water over my sips and they would be fine but they would send me 2 free sips on my NEXT order for my inconvenience and just let them know what flavors Id like. Ok great that is fine but what about the one I just paid for? Shouldnt that be replaced? I asked them if they planned to replace it and they replied with they completely understand and it will be sent out. I then said thank you for their help and told them my flavors Id like and they said since I wanted my sip replaced that I paid for they would no longer honor their offer of 2 free sips for sending me damaged goods. I then asked then why offer? Was I not *********** what I paid for? I didnt expect anything for free but if you offer a gift for an inconvenience your company caused then I think it should be honored or dont offer it. I shouldnt lose my money because they sent damage goods. This is the 2nd time I received a damaged sip. The first time I let it go because I actually thought it couldve just been an honest mistake with the delivery but these things do get expensive. I ended up cancelling my subscription and will just get it from the store or Amazon. So to sum this up. I do like the water bottle and some flavors but customers service representatives are dishonest
