      This product is NOT worth the money. The flavor sips last about 2 water bottles. The flavors have an after taste, the company does not insure thier shipments, so damages are at your cost, and RETURNS are no! I cant belei=ve the spent mon t and it is NON RETURNABLE. I should have read more reviews. BUYERS BEWARE! Save your money and buy flavor packets from the dollar store!

      I bought mine from a local ******** Its the 22 oz. Bottle with 2 flavor cartridges. The flavors in the kit came in fruit punch and mixed *****. Im currently using the mixed ***** one.The flavor is STRONG on 8, like pure syrup. I turned it down to 1 and will keep it on 1. I bought this bc I wanted to drink more water and less soda. I feel like Ill be drinking more water using Cirkul. I did notice after drinking it on 8 or anything above 1, my stomach began to hurt. Its honestly sweet, but the flavor is okay.

      I ordered off there website and the package was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted them to try to resolve the issue and they basically told me I have to deal with ***** myself and didn't offer to help. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they stopped communicating with me. Tried to call and recording says they can't take my call. Still haven't received my order. I'm going to file a charge back with my bank to get my money back.

      I canceled my membership in July. According to Cirkul reps, I resumed my subscription in August but I did NOT resume my subscription. They ignored my cancelation and has a shipment on the way which I will be sending back. Customer service is not that great.

      Charged $5 for expedited shipping not requested. Tried to cancel/change order right after it went through and was told not possible to change or cancel order after it was placed. Also told Expedited shipping box is automatically checked. Poor company policies!

      I made a purchase not realizing the ounce I chose was a little bigger than my last bottle. I am immediately sent an email to correct the concern. I was told nope sorry nothing we can do everything is automated although it hasn’t been shipped and literally just ordered it! yet, they refuse to cancel my order and resubmit it with the correct ounce bottle I was requesting. No refund no exchange allowed. Terrible way to do business. I was asking to stop the shipment resubmit order with the correct ounce bottle there should be some sort of better solutions when you’re in business. Maybe you shouldn’t be using automated machines! Ridicules!

      I had an autoship in place. It completely slipped my mind this month, and I had a ton of sips since I ordered 40 last month! I called as soon as they charged my account. However, that was at 4 a.m., so of course no one was available to take my call. I was able to speak to someone a few hours later and was told I couldnt cancel the shipment since it had already been processed. even though its Saturday and the order won't be shipped out till Monday. The order is still showing the status as "paid" on their website! I find it ridiculous you cant cancel an order that HASNT SHIPPED OUT YET. Also, you cant speak to a manager when asked to be transferred. I was referred to the *** on the website, which only states that you cant return an order. Im not trying to return anything; I want to cancel before it's shipped! very poor customer service.Literally every order Ive had with them has always had some issue, like my very first order, which was missing one sip, but I didnt notice until my second shipment a couple weeks later. My second shipment was missing 9 sips! And every shipment has had incorrect quantities, like when I order 8 apples and 10 fruit punches, they send 7 apples and 11 fruit punches, etc. I'm starting to wonder if whoever is packing orders is high. I find it unprofessional that what someone ordered should be what they received. My first two orders included a 42-ounce stainless steel bottle. Within 30 days, the paint started peeling on both bottles; it looks like Ive had them for years.

      ***** to change or cancel my order after they made a mistake 5 minutes after order was made was told i cant cancel or return items .i spend over ******* a year with them .i will not be ordering their products anymore .they dont have to handle cuatomer service issues like this just plain bad bussiness .im gathering people for a ******* video about cirkul customer service and policys

      The yield for each catridge is vastly overstated. I have used several cartridges and gotten 2.5 (22) oz. bottles from each - not 6 as advertised.

      Very poor customer service. I purchased a bottle and assumed it would be a lot smaller than what showed up. I contacted support about exchanging it for a smaller size and was told they do not allow exchanges or returns. I advised I would keep the lid and flavors and just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and was told sorry. Worst company I have ever delt with. You would think for a company that wants you to keep purchasing the flavors and they would want to rectify a minor issue. But nope, they told me sorry, they can't do anything for me. I will never recommend or purchase from this company again.
