      Ordered a coral stainless steel bottle for my daughter's birthday I'm June. By the end of July the paint was peeling off and is missing chunks of the 'corol' paint. I reached out and they offered a 10 gift card? I want a new bottle that I paid $40 for and now looks like I've had for 10 years.

      The majority of my experience with cirkul has been great. I am in ****** so i had a friend get me the starter pack when they were in **********. the bottle:sleek design but i dont like that it does not come with a lid. If there is no sip in the hole, your bottle just sits open. the vent hold on the lid is loud. this does not matter to me but im sure it will to others. The sip part of the cartridges also leak if you do not do an extra sip after you are done drinking. Flavours:Fruit Punch 10/10 Mixed ************/10 White ****** 8/10 Parrot Punch 4/10 ****************** 0/10 please get rid of this one, it's vile I have ordered more flavors because generally they aren't bad but i definitely favour fruit punch.Something about this product is addicting as well. I find my self obsessing over it when i cant have it. Price is a little expensive considering i almost never get more than 4 bottles on level 4. Shipping was pretty fast which includes the shippsy shipping into ******. I am, however, annoyed at their brand for being worth a billion dollars while they continuously say they hope to grow and expand to shipping to ******.. Have been saying that since 2020. Overall not bad but that coffee flavour is disgusting and a waste of money.

      Do the math. This simply does not work out to what they are advertising based upon my calculations. 1 Flavor Tube - 20 ml - When converted to oz. It's .67628 of an ounce. They claim that this flavor packet can flavor 120 oz or 6 20 oz bottles. This means to flavor 120 ounces the flavor packet can only dispense .0056356 (repeating) per oz of water. At that point you might as well just drink plain water as you will not taste any sort of flavoring. If you can detect that kind of flavor. You should probably be a chef. Based upon purely mathematics and knowing that each flavor packet still has residual flavoring left in when you take it apart. It is my opinion that the capabilities of the product does not meet the advertisement. There are a lot of other factors I can not consider as well. Such as how hard an individual draws water through the flavor pod. I will also add that I really like the flavoring of the product. It does beat out most all other products used to flavor water. As long as it does not become a cost prohibitive product and a user can control their intake. The ability to flavor water appears to be much better than going to your local store and buying the little boxes or bottles that contain aspartame.

      Bought my first couple cartridges with the bottle and enjoyed them, went to reorder some more and coke to don out I didn’t like them as much as I had. Turns out when I reordered I was signed up for a subscription service and charged for for flavors the next month when I had finished the previous! I contacted their customer support to get the order cancelled being that it had been placed an hour or two before. I was met with a robotic response that almost made it seem like it was my fault for not reading the fine print. Someone needs to clue them in that they are one of the o Lu companies that do this and it scream SCAM. Unfortunately I feel most people reading have already had a bad experience.

      Extremely Disappointed with Cirkul's Unresolved Delivery Issue I recently made a purchase of the Cirkul water bottle and sips on July 7, 20XX. Despite the website tracking showing that the package had been delivered on July 13, I am extremely disappointed to report that the product has not reached me in any way. Upon realizing the non-delivery, I took immediate action by reaching out to both Cirkul's customer service department and my neighbors to investigate the whereabouts of my missing package. Unfortunately, none of my neighbors have seen or received my order, leaving me with no choice but to rely on the company's support.To my dismay, when I contacted Cirkul's customer service, I was met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response. Their agent informed me that according to their policy, refunds are not provided once an order has been shipped. Furthermore, they shifted the responsibility of finding the package onto me, as if it was my fault that their shipping process failed.This lack of accountability and customer care displayed by ********************** is entirely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I placed my trust in the company to ensure a smooth delivery process, which clearly did not happen. Refusing to refund the undelivered product is not only unreasonable but also a display of poor customer service.I urge ********************** to review their policies and revise their customer service approach. It is essential for a company to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide appropriate solutions to their customers, especially in such cases of non-delivery.Sadly, I cannot recommend Cirkul based on my terrible experience. Their inability to resolve a simple delivery issue and their lack of compassion towards their customers has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale to others who are considering purchasing from Cirkul.Note: The rating provided above reflects my experience with Cirkul in relation to this specific issue.

      If I could give no stars I would. I got a bundle with Carthage’s spent 30 bucks almost they claim 6 refills on one sip (flavor cartridge) that is a lie I’m lucky if I get 2.5 fills. I contacted customer service and they offered me two free sips but the catch is I have to order again for them to send me the 2 free ones I’m not going to spend my money on a product that doesn’t work as advertised. They need to update the product information at the very least! I will not purchase again and would not recommend!

      I ordered their product for the very first time. My product was delivered damaged. I reached out to them buy email and a support person responded. I wish I would have read the fine print stating no refunds. They offer to replace the damaged item. I was satisfied the way they shipped the product. No wonder it was damaged. It was in a shipping bag with no padding to make sure it wouldnt be damaged. I just decided to cancel my subscription and just that loss of the $20.00. I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone.

      I mistakenly ordered a few cartridges. And within an hour reached out to circle customer service to attempt to cancel the order. I was told from an agent that they were unable to cancel the order and process a refund as the order had already been processed. I was surprised that this was so being that the events happened within only an hour. The agent then informed me that this issue was something that was mentioned in the terms of service and that changing or returning this order was a safety concern As it was a consumable product. But being as it never left their facility, I'm dissatisfied in the fact that I had nothing to do with any tampering of the item, And that within that hour That it was important based on my needs in my life. To cancel that order and have the funds return to me. I'm not quite sure how a business operates like that with someone's hard earned money? At this point I will be reaching out to any persons interested that can potentially have any effect on what I'm seeking as compensation.

      It's advertised to have 6 refills of water per sip insert but that is a lie. I'm lucky to get two while using level 3. I keep getting sip inserts that are broken and do not allow water through for me to be able to drink out of the water bottle. Made very poorly and false advertising... they need to fix their products.
