      Placed an order and never got a confirmation. Then once we ordered from some where else the order was confirmed so we tried to cancel the order. Once I asked for it to be canceled the order was rushed to shipping and sent within 24 hours on the way. The claim the couldn't cancel it since it was already processed but online showed unprocessed. They wouldn't stop the order, cancel, and refund my money. Now I'm having to go through my bank to get it worked out.

      There was mold in my cartridge. I contacted Cirkul and they blamed me, saying I put something besides water in the bottle or allowed my child to drink from it with food in their mouth. I only out water in the bottle and have no children. They were unconcerned about the mold and ignored my request for a refund. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

      Noisy, leaky, inconsistent in its flavour output, and does NOT, even at a low setting like 3, flavour more then 3 20 oz bottles. Not a good design, not good value for the cost.

      I contacted the company and told them that I bought the gateway raspberry tea at Walmart and that it tasted like chemicals and the only thing they said they can /will do is put a free sip on my account that I can use when I make a purchase on their website .so I asked them so I have to spend more of my money to get my free sip just because your product taste like chemicals. The company should make it right and send me my free sip and 2 more because it's there fault their product taste like chemicals .I'm not the first one to say their products taste like chemicals. I am very angry at this company .

      I have loved my cirkul bottle for 2 years now. Since I have started buying the refills at Walmart I am very disappointed. I am not getting any flavor out of them so i have started opening them up to see the problem and the bag will be full of flavor. I am very frustrated and thought I just got a dud but it has happen 6 times now on different flavors.

      I didn't get an email stating that an order was being processed the next day. I got an email this morning of such and have tried contacting them from 7 am, 3 hours after that email, and nothing. I finally get in contact with someone at 2 pm, to be told it has already shipped. I know things usually don't ship that fast. And had someone responded when I first got on contact, it wouldn't have. I didn't want the flavors I had, and I wanted to buy a bottle. You lost a customer due to your horrible customer service, and I will express it to everyone I see at my work buying one, along with my friends, and word of mouth can spread fast. I hate leaving bad reviews, but you brought thus upon yourselves. You could easily cancel the order as the likelihood of shipping that quickly when your email even says it takes days to ship as you're switching shipping companies. Or had you responded hours ago, none of this would have happened. And ironically, you would have gotten a larger purchase from me had you let me do it my method, too.

      It's been 3 days since my package was supposed to be here and it hasn't even arrived at USPS yet. This is the second time i ordered these. Because the first time, my order was refunded a few days later (i did not ask for a refund. I wanted my order) and it was never even labeled for shipment. So it's really been 2 weeks since we first placed an order and I had to reorder and we're still having issues. If I would've known... I wouldn't have purchased through the company itself. I probably would've ordered those new fragrance bottles instead... these bottles better be MAGICAL

      Customer Service is awful!! I was charged for a duplicate order that was never delivered. They refused to credit my account and asked me to file a “No Delivery” form with the post office. They told me it was delivered to the “Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room” of the UPS Store at 2260 South Ferdon Blvd, Crestview , FL 32536 on May 15, 2023, 11:19 am. However, It was returned to sender on the same day. Since it’s now June 7, they most certainly have it back in their possession by now and yet I have not been given a credit nor have they reshipped the merchandise.

      Smelled a moldy smell when I opened a brand new Cirkul cartridge. Kept smelling it so cut the foil pouch containing the flavor and found mold! Reach out to Cirkul and asked them to refund me the 4$ for the cartridge or send a new one since it’s was a seal unused new cartridge. The response from them in email was vague and it took three replies from them before I finally gave up and tossed the Cirkul bottle and cartridge in the trash!! Don’t buy Cirkul. Poor quality control on there products. They will take your money and give you no customer services if you experience a defect or issue.

      This product gave me chest pain and heart palpitations, I didn't realize it was this product until I realized it was the only thing I changed. My husband immediately thought it was killing me but I thought I was up to high so i turned it down and it didn't help at all. It just kept getting to the point I thought I was going to have to call my cardiologist because I was having heart palpitations and lightheaded. I was terrified I was going to die and leave kids without a mother. Don't water your money on this product. I gave it one star solely on the flavor.
