  I'm generally happy with the Cirkul experience. I've had some minor problems, however. One of the items in my order broke during shipping, getting sticky juice on the rest of my order. After asking support to replace the damaged product, I was given credit for 2 free "sips" amended to my next order. I wish that they would have simply shipped them regardless of shipping or paying for an order, seeing as it was a broken product of theirs. I'd also like to note that the "sips" are pretty inconsistent and only last 3-4 fills of a 22oz. bottle (<5 setting), rather than the suggested 6. The only other complaint I have with Cirkul is the shipping time. Although it is free above $15, it still takes about 1 1/2 weeks from an order being placed. Otherwise, the flavors are pretty good and I've been drinking plenty more water!
  The retail side of Cirkul has been much better than the online ordering. Nothing has been wrong with anything I've bought from Walmart.
  Super convenient and fun way to get people to drink water.

  First of all, the ******s do not last near as long as what they advertise. I have the 32 oz bottle and I only get about 1 and a half ****** out of it, and I leave mine set at 4 which is there recommendation to get the max ****** to last 6 fills of a 22 oz bottle so I'm getting just over 2 fills of a 20 oz bottle size. Another issue I have is that the ice melts extremely fast in my bottle. I can fill it all the way to the top with ice and fill the remaining bottle with water, and the ice melts within about an hour or so. I'm not exactly sure what the bottle is made out of but even in a regular cup, the ice lasts longer than that. I just don't understand why ice melts so quickly in these bottles when I fill it completely full of ice. I am constantly having to dump water out and refill with ice and water every hour or so. It's extremely frustrating. I would not recommend the cirkul bottle to anyone for these reasons.

  The Cirkul team did reach out to me and resolved some of my issues I have had with Cirkul. I appreciate the fact that they reached out to try and help me rather than criticize my review as some companies do when attempting to defend their products. I am now using the stainless steel bottle and it works much better than the plastic bottle. The ice remains in the bottle for hours unlike the plastic bottle which I was having to refill with ice nearly every hour or so. If you want to purchase a cirkul bottle I would highly recommend the stainless steel model over the plastic even though the cost is a bit higher, it is definitely well worth it. The flavors also seem to last a bit longer when I use the stainless steel bottle. I just do NOT recommend the plastic bottle at all. I even purchased the coozy for the plastic bottle and it did not help. Now, with the stainless steel bottle, you don't need a coozy. The ice remains in tact for several hours. If you want to purchase the Cirkul bottle, I would go with the stainless steel bottle. I highly recommend it. The small price difference is worth it.

  I placed an order Saturday for a Cirkul Stainless steel bottle and multiple flavors before I realized they had a much bigger selection that could be personalized, and everything went down-hill from there. I have spent right at ***** on this order and was made aware when i reached out to them that they cannot make any changes to any orders. I went even farther to call them then and ask their return policies. I asked if they have a money back guarantee, or a return policy and they stated again they do not give money back nor accept packages back.

  Me my sister and aunt all got one it's good but a couple of cartridges leaked water real bad and they were brand new we would like to have them replaced we have bought a bunch of the refills kind of pricey to just throw away cause they leaked bad

  Flavors taste great but definitely dont last as long as advertised. According to their packaging theyre provide 6, 20 oz bottles with maximum flavor. False advertising, sometimes Im lucky to get 3, 20 Oz bottles at a flavor level of 3 instead of the maximum at 9. Usually I only get 2, 20 oz bottles worth. The sweet tea flavor lasted only 1, 20 oz bottle.

  Not sure if you can delete a review so I'm making a new one. The only reason I'm doing so is because of their customer experience supervisor, *******. She went above my expectations to resolve a delievery issue I experienced. I have no idea what she's being paid but she definitely needs a raise.

  I was attracted to Cirkul as a way to cut my coffee drinking, after talking to a co-worker about theirs. I ordered 5 packs of mocha. The first one tasted horrible. The other four were almost undrinkable. The undrinkable ones had flavor for all of a minute before becoming water. I started at a 5 setting, couldn't get through half a bottle. What a waste of money. I did get two freebies in my pack. Fruit Punch and Green Apple. Those were actually decent. However, for the price and how long these last, there are about a million other options. Again, I didn't come here for fruit juice. I was trying to cut back on coffee. This is not it.

  I have been with them for more then 6 months. I was on an auto ship with just like 16 sips per month. Well this month I ordered the most I have ever order 24 because in Texas we drink more water during the summer. Well I received out of the 24-3 broken and 3 missing in total of 6 I pd for. I reached out to them when I received the package and it was sticky so I knew I had some broken. I sent out my message to them. They apologized and offered to send 2 extra for the inconvenience. Well while I was cleaning up the other ones I realized that my 3 fruit punch were missing. So I reached out to them. Sent photos etc. They asked I sent. All but the last one where the next day they were asking to see the broken ones. I informed them that I tossed those the day before. I was keeping something overnight. If I knew they wanted to see them I would have kept but they never said they wanted a pic of them. So in total they should have sent out the 3 broken, 3 fruit punch, and at least the 2 free sips for the inconvenience of the broken sips. They never did. I finally called them almost 10 days later and they were only giving me my 6. If they had just done that from the start I would be ok but now they are just liars, Cirkul wants your money and screws you over. I have all the emails from this day and I would never recommend this company to no family friends or even coworkers.

  Horrible customer service. I have a defective stainless steel bottle that leaks and I cant get the sleeve on and they will not let me return it! I would never recommend this company
