      Customer service is horrible. I signed up thinking my autoship would be what I ordered before, nope, they changed it completely to products I'm allergic to and then said too bad so sad because I didn't check my email and change it back pre-shipment. I was on a cruise so I couldn't check my email but regardless, horrible service. The drinks don't last long anyway so it's really an overpriced item to begin with. You would save tons of money going with a squirt in flavor or packets.

      Horrible. Charge your credit card repeatedly for the same c*** even when changed 3 months! Refuse their shipment they not only s**** you out of what you paid for it but tell you it's not returnable! It wasn't opened!!!Awful customer service. Save your money. I'll be disputing the charges. Zero stars

      The amount you pay for flavors isn't worth it! Don't sign up for anything! I was charged for my favorite flavors 3 months after I initially bought the product! They will not refund money even before it ships

      Love it. It set mine to either a 2 or 3 and it will last 4 refills. Then I increase the number to 6 and can get about 3-4 more refills. I drink more now.

      Cartridge claims to flavor 6-20 ounce bottles of water. I figure the more flavor the fewer bottles it will successfully flavor. I decided to try a lower number 3 out of 9 to max the usage. Barely there flavor but I am trying to get 6 bottles. No such luck. After one and a half 16.9 ounce bottles of water there is no flavor left. Do not waste your money or time with Cirkul.

      Dont waste your time and money. Was great at first. Made me drink more water. Bottle cartridge used to last me 6-7 bottle on a weak setting of 2/3. The cartridges do not last anymore. Now im luck if I can get 2 bottles out of a cartridge

      Love the flavor but the cartridges don't last like they should. Sometimes I only get one bottle with setting on 4. I have sent emails and after going back in forth telling them over and over the issue they will send replacement. This month will be my last subscription.

      I was told not a returnable product. I ended up trying several flavors and my heart raced each time. I am not sure if I was allergic to the preservative. I am sorry that I ever bought this product.

      After receiving my last order I will not be ordering from this company again. I reached out to them about 5 of the squeezed lemonade flavors. Every single one of them tastes like chemicals!!!! They offered to give me 2 free ones. I'm sorry what?? How does replacing 2 make up for the 5? Who knows what is being put in these cartridges. After reading these reviews, this company will be put out of business real soon.
