  Horrible ***************** Cartridges come leaking or damaged and smelly. They will not refund because it is against their protocol due to safety. But they want pictures of the damage. I am not sure how giving a refund would would be unsafe. I have so many on hand so I don't want a replacement. I have received several shipments with **************** but just overlooked it but this time it was pretty bad. Don't waste your time or money on this company. They do respond to emails but will not help you at all.

  The spout that you drink out of is way too small and the cartridge flavors don't last long at all. I tried to get a refund but the company doesn't offer refunds to dissatisfied customers. Very poor customer service.

  I first bought a couple of the sweet tea flavors. I liked them so I ordered twenty more. Some of these dont have any flavor at all and the ones that do have a chemical taste. Waste of money

  I was on their subscription plan for about a year. I would get a broken cartridge here and there. One month I got a delivery with all of them broken except maybe 2. I informed the company about it they did absolutely nothing I stopped my Subscription and never went back.. to this day they haven't bothered to even contact me or write me back.

  The bottle came broken because they ship it in a silly plastic bag. The bottle cost $12.00 dollars. Any other retailer will immedicably take it back an send a replacement. They want pictures a proof, it is like calling you a liar. So I got the bottle from Walmart, because I had cartridges, they last for 2 bottles at a setting of 5, they claim 6 at a setting of 4, no way! We understand your frustration however, we have to follow protocol and document any damaged item with a picture.   Buyer beware. Customer service will not allow you to cancel order even if it has gone unfulfilled. My fault for not looking at BBB reviews. They absolutely refuse to cancel any order despite it not being shipped or fulfilled. They claim that they are a new company and trying to improve. They emailed me back and forth and refused to solve the issue other than offering a 5 dollar coupon. Big whup. I spent a lot of money and it probably won't even be worth it but will see when the products arrive (hopefully they will).

  It's pretty great almost all the way around. The flavor lasts thru multiple regular depending on how high you have the flavor set. I don't like to drink water so this is great. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that the dial doesn't have a lock. So it easily changes the flavor amount. It's would be great if we could much in the number we choose

  Upon placing an order for 2 bottles and multiple flavors, the shipping date indicated I would not receive my order before I needed it. I immediately emailed customer service and they refuse to cancel and do not accept returns or offer refunds!!!Email from Cirkul customer service:"We are sorry you no longer wish to receive the items you ordered. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or alter your order at this time. As soon as you placed your order it entered our automatic fulfillment process to be readied for shipping. Given that Cirkul is a consumable product and we strive to take the utmost precaution when it comes to our customers and their well-being, we can't accept any returns or provide refunds.While we are not able to cancel the order you placed, we are happy to share a $5 Gift Certificate for any inconvenice."Seriously???? $5????? I spent $60 on this TRASH. Awful company with terrible customer service and no morals whatsoever. I hope this review helps others to not make the same mistake I did!!! I wish i could leave 0 stars!
