  I was excited to try Cirkul. I sipped on these for two weeks. During this time I experienced nausea but didn't think anything about it. Then I ended up in the ER work a severely iris l irritated stomach. The ER doctor advised to stop drinking from Cirkul. The irritation stopped within a day. Sent an email to Cirkul, and received a very dismissive reply, basically saying that's impossible. I believe the word 'dude ' was used in the reply. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone purchase this product. Ever.

  I was disappointed in this product. The cartridges are a bit pricey for the amount of flavor you get. The cartridges are almost $4.00 a pop and if you like as much flavor as I do in your water. It can get expensive. I feel there are ways to improve the product by making the flavor cartridges last longer or in some way create a refillable and reusable cartridge. You can refill and add flavor tabs to it when the flavor runs out. The flavor's are amazing its just. This product needs to be tweaked is all. It says the cartridge's last up to 6 refills but technically. The cartridges last about 3 fill **** I found out too the two cartridges that come with the water bottle last longer than the cartridges you buy separately for the water bottle.The water bottle is a bit small for my liking and the tip of the cartridge I find it hard sometimes to get water from it. The flavor dial doesn't stand out very well. So on rare occasions. If your not careful and watch the dial, instead of getting a mouth full of flavored water. You'll receive a strong and over powering dose of flavor and begin to cough and choke. Any ways other then that the water bottle is a great idea. Its just these areas need to be fixed is all.

  I am not happy with the Cirkul water bottle. Flavor cartridges last only 1 to 2, 20 oz bottles of water. When I drink it sounds like Im slurping and thats embarrassing. Not a fan.

  Watch out. Got an email this morning saying my auto order was being shipped. Humm, I didnt and dont want an auto order. I tried their product and dont like it at all. At any rate I guess when I was checking out on my first order (wanted to check them out) I didnt uncheck the subscription box. What a sleazy way to do business. At any rate, the email I received this morning said log on to change or cancel my order. I immediately created an account and went to cancel my order. Not only can I not cancel it but their is no way to remove my credit card from their database. I have sent them a couple of messages to delete my card and order but of course no response. Be aware of this company, in my opinion they are scammers

  Scammers customer service, what customer service, lol. They are a joke, stay away from this company, if you don't want them to take you, I never got my order but the scammers took my money, can't even get a email answer from them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM

  The bottle I ordered is awesome! The flavor sips I ordered are great! I love the flavor!What I didn't realize is that the statement that the sips will last for 6 refills are based on the 22 ounce bottles. If you get the bigger bottles (32 or 42 oz) the cartridges won't last as long. Maybe increase the size of the cartridge to accomodate the size of the bottle and ship accordingly. This will allow the customer to order the correct size cartridge for their sized bottle.

  Wanted water with a hint of flavor but not sweet, like smart water but refillable, better for the environment. Tastes like chemicals. Tied my intestines in knots and gave me migraines and horrible heart burn. Felt like I had food poisoning. Not to mention the dense plastic cartridges that have to be at least 5 water bottles-worth of plastic. Had to buy the whole system because theres no way to just taste or try it.

  FOUL SMELLING AND LEAKING CARTIDGES DELIVERED! My package arrived today and I am very displeased about the condition upon arrival. The package was a plastic flimsy envelope (instead of what should have been a box with cushioning). The cartridges were damaged due to leakage and had a VERY FOUL ODOR like a "spoiled" smell. I attached a video of the package and contents to an email that I sent to Cirkul and shipped the same package back to the Tampa address so that Cirkul can "SEE AND SMELL" the foul, sour, stinky odor of what they sent to me. I was told I cannot get a REFUND back to my card for this order/shipment. The nasty foul smelling juice contents got all over my husbands shirt, as the entire package was leaking. It smelled like throw-up and took a while to get that leakage smell off my kitchen counter and floor. Since the date of the email of concern that I sent to Cirkul, I have yet to receive a response. I never want to experience this again and will not be using Cirkul again!

  Zero stars is more accurate!!! Can't speak to customer service via chat or call!!! Didn't receive my package!!! Can't seem to get a refund!!! I'm beyond disappointed!!! I'd rather drink water plain than deal with this frustration!!!

  Here we go again. I just received an email thanking me for my order. I DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER! This is the second time that I have been signed up for an auto ship plan. I DON'T WANT ANY AUTO SHIP PLAN MESSING UP MY BANK ACCOUNTS!!!!!. I can and will order what I want, when I want it.When are you going to learn that, not everyone wants you to auto ship and auto bill? It is time to make sure this is reviewed online in as many places as I can find.
