      The claim about how long the $ 3.75 sips last is about the most false thing, and then you get the same response as all the others please contact us and then they ignore you. I don't order the sips because I have a 32 oz Cirkul bottle I add ice and can only fill up 2 times and boom no flavor. This is with the dial set at 2. Then when I take the sip out it has stuff in it. There is obviously a design flaw. They tell you to turn up the dial and make all kinds of excuses but at 3.75 each time 30 days that 112.00 on sips. I just buy one a month and refill them works as good as their sips. When I can no longer do this I will throw the thing away. I am not paying $3.75 for something that only last for about 60 oz of water. I can buy a lot of other products that are just as good for less. They need to either increase how long they last or reduce the price. ONe other thing the bottle does seem to dribble a bit to so beware if you have a nice outfit on you may end up with a water spot before leaving the house... Just saying

      Paid $35 for a custom stainless bottle! The graphic has chipped and they refuse to replace because I have had it 100 days! Horrible customer service! I do not recommend you pay for anything custom!

      Horrible customer service. Keeps sending me same canned response. Great concept for a water bottle but execution isnt good. Refuses to issue refund.

      I liked the bottles originally. But then I placed an online order and that was a mistake! The cartridges came broken in the packages, I emailed customer service- ******* from customer service hassled me about taking a picture of every single 11 sips that were broken out of 14. I sent 3 pictures of broken cartridges showing them what I was describing- she said after I send her all 11 pictures then she would send it to the fulfillment team. I can see this is going to go nowhere and Im going to have to block them on my bank account for the autoship. I really shouldve read reviews on online buying from them.

      Great idea.how ever the cartridges don't last as they state my setting was 2 drank ,5 fill ups done.replace .on the 2nd .this again was setting 2 I tried it.dont plan to make more purchases.
