      An autoship was created without my knowledge or consent. Then when it was shipped I cancelled the order, but the next month it was shipped again and there autoship was still active. Apparently when you cancel it isn't really cancelled, and they will not refund you the money. Predatory business, stay away.

      Multiple attempts to cancel auto shipments. Continue to charge my credit card. Confusing sign up process that allows teenagers to complete- leads to a never-ending cycle of shipments that cannot be returned.

      Made a order to try this product and without my knowledge they signed me up for auto ship which I in no way would want and they charge you and wont refund your money or take the product back. This company is stealing from hard working people and should not be allowed to be in business!! Their cartridges do not last like they say they do its maybe half of what they say. They continue to lie and steal from people!! They sell your info to outsiders as well people stay away from these liars and thieves!!

      They have horrible Customer Service. I sent emails and tried calling 3 times. 2 hang ups and 1 no answer. I wanted to get a smaller bottle at first, it is way to big for my hands and doesn’t fit in my car holder. The flavors all have an after taste….Expensive lesson to learn. They will take your money but not help you in anyway if there is a problem.

      Made a one time order and was added to their monthly subscription without making me aware at checkout. The following month they replaced the order I initially made, which we didn't even like the majority of the products we tried, and wouldn't refund or even attempt to cancel the order. Customer service woman was extremely rude and wouldn't connect me to the supervisor. They scam so many people, doesn't seem like they are worried about not loosing me as a customer. This should be illegal to take money for something you never ordered!

      Absolutely terrible company!!! I changed my address on my account, verified it on my account and placed an order. I received an order confirmation and listed the previous (wrong) address. Emailed the company, and customer service blamed me and said I had to change it with USPS. They take no accountability and have no refund, cancellation policy. Terrible customer service!!! Buyer Beware!!!

      Issue was never solved. I will still have to fix their mistake and they take no accountability for it. they send the same generic message for every compliant.

      I love my Cirkul bottle I just wish the number dial was a different color than white it's hard to see I have the 42oz bottle my daughter has the 22oz and my parents have the 32oz that is my only default to the bottle

      Predatory. Misleading UI.
      I was forced into a subscription, which said it was free. I was told today that there is a one time purchase option, which there was not on my phone. An account was created on purchase without password creation, which I had no idea about. The above made me think I wasn't subscribed because how would they without an account, plus it was free.
      Today, my purchase was automatically renewed and I can't do anything about to. They said there was a reminder email, there was but the title did not follow standard practice and appeared as promotional.
      There solution? Offer four free flavors, WITH another purchase which is a minimum of $25 I think. I'm appalled and had my bank block the vendor after I set a password to the unknown account and unsubscribed.

      My first order of sips came broken and leaking out of the packaging which was a plastic mailer with no protection. After I contacted them, they informed me they do not give refunds or send replacements. Instead informed me that when I place my NEXT order I would receive 5 “free” cartridges with that order, except they were paid for and delivered broken and now i have to buy more to get what i already paid for. Why would I buy more if they won’t back the product i already bought. If you don’t stand behind your product and make orders right that come broken or are defective, you will lose business and receive negative feedback. That is just bad business.
