  Not worth it. Most flavors are gross. Cartridges do not last as long as they state. Mine typically last for 3 refills. Even if you start off on a low setting, as the flavor rubs out, you have to keep setting it higher to get flavor which as said, lasts for 3 fills. I'd rather drink Crystal Light or Propel. Better taste for sure

  I think the product is phenomenal, I had been a 2 to 2 liter soda drinker. Or coffee or tea. I can honestly say I have never drank this much water in my life. Can say I'm not a fan of all the flavors but I buy one and try it. Every person has different tastes. I set some flavor s on 3 and others on 5 and usually get 5 to 6 20 Oz. Bottles. Look at it this way savings the environment also. As we are not adding to the plastic islands in the oceans. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and this is just mine. I buy my cirkul from a major super center as they are cheaper and if shipped have in 1 to 2 days. If something is wrong or flavor I don't like ,I get my money back no question asked. Everyone gets upset ,but come on people we're adults remove yourself from that situation. The retailers has more pull with the vendors then we do let them fight the battles.Thanks For Reading PJ

  Terrible customer service very rude and disrespectful would not issue refund on what was order without my permission they automatically inroad me in receiving every month even when I opp out and canceled then to make matters worse I just order 50 and they auto send me 6 more and it's only been 2 week very unprofessional and has no type of care about people telling them that their drink are discussing I will never ever ever ever ever EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BEWARE TO ALL WHO READ THIS

  Terrible customer service. They can't even handle a simple address change. There is no way to cancel an order either. If you email them right after you order to cancel as there is no where to cancel on the website they hurry up and print a shipping label so you are stuck with it.

  I was order and canceled the order same day. Cirkul said no refund no canceled. CIRKUL is poor company. I was order and few minutes I was decided to cancel the order. Cirkul said no refund. The policy show if order and canceled the order same day. Yes refund but Cirkul company is full of lies.

  In a nutshell disgusting broken product that reeked of rotten trash, forced to handle it, forced an order for replacement while blatantly ignored the request for a refund. Then standing the **** line of "company policy" of can't cancel or refund an order once placed

  I received a very damaged bottle . They don't answer their emails. Trying to get a hold of them on phone is a joke . Worst company I have ever went threw !!! Do not order anything from them . If you want the product just get what you can from the stores .

  I attempted to purchase a bottle and cartridges for my 10 year olds birthday. I had looked at FAQ and found that standard shipping is 5 to 7 days. So i purchased expiditated shipping. When I completed the process it said it would take 10 to 14 days. I then went to the chat and pressed the cancel order option. I have received email correspondence stating they can not cancel my order. I no longer want the items and do not want to be charged. This is poor business practices.
