They do not stand behind their product at all!!!!! Does not provide the number of fills per cartridge as advertised. Does not offer refunds and buries the language that they don't offer refunds or returns. I'm out $70+ and I am disputing the charge with my credit card company due to false advertising.Sarah K.

My original email you them My sister purchased a 22 oz Cirkul for me and at first I was delighted. The first cartridge I used came with it and I could taste the flavor at setting 1 but liked it best at 3. That cartridge only lasted for about 4 bottles, and I didn't think much about it.The following cartridge still only got about 5 bottles at a 3 setting. I just put in a new Strawberry Kiwi cartridge and at 3 I taste nothing. Moved it to 4 and nothing, just moved it to 5 and barely taste it. I am a bit less enchanted than I was when I ordered more flavor cartridges and another bottle. I have gone to the website and canceled my plan but I do not want the additional bottle I ordered. Please cancel.********************* ************ Their response:Hi *****,Thanks for reaching out to us and thanks for giving Cirkul a spin!The amount of water flavored by one Cirkul flavor cartridge (also called a Sip) depends upon the setting you prefer. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. But, at a setting of around 4 you will get about 6 fill-*** of flavored water in the 22oz bottle, 4 fill-*** with a 32oz bottle, 3 fill-*** with a 42oz bottle, and 11 fill-*** with a 12oz bottle.Here are some tips that *** take care of the flavor issue:1. Turn the lid over and locate the rubber air valve which is the small clear rubber piece coming through the little hole in the lid (not the blue o-ring.)2. Rub that valve back and forth a few times to loosen it up and then place the lid back on your bottle and check to see if your flavor flow has improved.You can also try these tips:1. Remove the Sip from the lid and give it a good shake and then reinsert it (it could've had an air bubble in it).2. Move the flavor dial from X-10 a few times to be sure that the flavor is releasing correctly from the spout.3. Wash the lid in warm water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.Now, move the dial to your favorite setting and get back to happily hydrating! ?? I am a bariatric patient that must drink 64 oz of fluid per day and I thought this might be helpful but with no more than you get from a cartridge, it is cost prohibitive. ***** K Their next response:Hi *****,Thanks for your reply. I was bummed to read your review on the BBB and wanted to do my best to help.It looks like you mentioned you tried the tips ***** sent, however, you had no luck. It is very weird to have the same issue with every sip, which is why our tips, usually work.To be sure, can you please take me through the ways you tried our tips? My response to their supposed resolution:tried all the tips as outlined in the email except putting the lid in the dishwasher. The flavor did not diminish, it was non-existent.Quite frankly, I was so frustrated at that point in how much my sister and I had invested in a product that doesn't perform as promised, I was just done.The BBB says your email resolved the issue and it has not. My latest response to their offer of 2 free sips:As stated multiple times, I have canceled my subscription and will not be using your product any longer. 2 sips is no resolution. The company did not notify me of the upcoming shipment, or charge on my card. I emailed them Saturday and spoke with an ******* and was told it was not able to be canceled as it was in fulfillment. I told them I wanted it canceled I did not need the items, or want them. Was told per policy they cant do anything- I went to their website and there are no policies regarding canceled or returned. The order was not completed and shipped untill Tuesday of the following week. Their customer service was unhelpful in the matter. I would love a refund on the authorized charge. I wouldve disputed the charge with my bank for unauthorized charges but i would be out of my debit card for 6-8 weeks because of the **** card company.Cirkul

1 starJust a gimicky company wanting to take your money. The cartridges don't work as intented and the flavors themselves cause a lot of intestinal issues. They need to rethink their formulas. Canceled the prescription in dec 2022. Cirkul took out 200.out of my account in January called to talk to some one they were right down HATEFUL. Wouldnt give refund tried to explain tht their product was going down hill and was terrible wasnt please with the product or service.Cirkul

Similar to others, the flavor is very inconsistent - some sips are sweet and flavorful, and the next are basically water. The claim that you can get 6 bottles on a "moderate" setting is COMPLETELY UNTRUE. I set it on 4 and by the third bottle I have to set it to 8 to get a little bit of flavor. Tried it with three different cartridges - all the same experience, so it wasn't some kind of fluke. Seems like too much money, inconvenience and waste (those cartridges aren't reusable) to keep buying it. Plenty of zero-sugar flavored water alternatives out there.Cirkul

They took $55.26 out of my account. Once I seen the charge I contacted them before they could get a chance to process the order and ship it. Telling them that I didn't want the product and that I wanted a refund. They told me both by phone and by email that they would not refund my money and proceeded to send me the items I did not want. I never received the items because they mailed it to an old address so it got sent back. And yet again I told them that I wanted my money back since I did not receive the items. And they are pretty much forcing me to take something that I do not want.Cirkul

The website is impossible to work with I completed the plan, added the bottle with flavors to refill this every month. What I had in my cart didn't make sense. I tried CS, but you have to wait for emailing back and forth. That changed once I submitted the order and asked what was going on with what I had ordered since it didn't make sense so I could chat with them then. They said basically that is not what you are getting and too bad. They won't cancel or change the order (this would have been a bigger order!) I cancelled subscription and decided to voice my displeasure because really offering me a $5 off on next order that I'm not placing is BS! Their reply will be that they tried to resolve this in my email. Really horrible company.Cirkul

False advertising. I have been using this product for 6 months now and not ONCE have I ever gotten more than 4 20oz bottle on Level 3. I use a sharpie to mark my bottle each time. No matter what flavor I use, it will run out after 4 bottles. The flavors are great and it helps me drink more water, but they really need to change the advertising.Cirkul
