  I love the fact I'm drinking more water BUT I noticed on some of my filters that part of the rubber gasket is broken off so I guess I am swallowing it I hope it's not going to cause any problems.

  Definitely don't last half as long as it clames to bought two bottles so me and wife could drink more water but even on level 3 u only get about 3-4 bottles at the price of the flavor pack I'll drink soda at least I get 12pak for it

  The product makes you sick from the garbage added to the flavor and they will not refund you if not satisfied.....BIG WASTE OF $ And they arent cheap .

  So I just bought my Cirkul at Wal-Mart. No subscriptions. I havent went as far to measure the amount of plastic but I have my setting at 2 and the flavor pod last about two days. Also have the previously mentioned suction thing going on, but I thought it was intentional and didnt think to much of it. If the ultimate goal is drinking more water its succeeded. I drink 4-6 bottles of it a day now. I also like that I dont have to clean the bottle every time because the flavor pod stays separate. So in conclusion, I cant say anything in regards to the subscription but but the product over all I genuinely pleased with.

  I placed an order online, and then attempted to cancel the order an hour after placing it, when the order status was still listed as unfulfilled. When their customer service team finally responded, they said I was able to modify my order, as in add or remove items, but I was not able to cancel it. They gave a very flimsy reason why. The order had not been fulfilled, and definitely had not shipped. If I was still able to add or subtract items from the order, then why can't they just cancel it for me? I definitely will not ever use this company, and I will be the loudest voice telling everybody to avoid this company at all costs.

  I have a Grandmother that is going to pass away if she doesn't start drinking water. Cirkul was just the thing she needed to get interested in water again, she loves it. The basis of the Cirkul product is awesome however the execution of the idea is lacking.We all want to save the planet and the advertisement about how one sip cartridge takes as much plastic as one water bottle. After weighing the verified empty sip it weighed 28 grams. An empty 17 ounce bottled water which is the common size bottled water is 10 grams. On a number 5 flavor setting I get *********** of the bottle for a total of 21 ounces times 3. Volume of Cirkul bottle was reduced because of the flavor cartridge taking up room in the bottle. So say 63 ounces per flavor cartridge. So it would take 37 grams of plastic bottles to equal the same amount of water so that is a good thing it's better because its less plastic than the 28 gram sip cartridge but just so happens to be half as many bottles as advertised on the box. The bottle drinks fine but can be a bit difficult for older people. By turning the mouthpiece not the flavor dial you can reduce the suction required to drink. This could be a manufacturing defect of some kind and not engineered purposely but did the same thing on three bottles from the same lot. The flavors are fine as turned up they taste like liquid candy and turned down its just enough to make not so tasty water drinkable. On flavor setting 4-5 it's really addictive and you find yourself drinking way more water than normal. With the added vitamins I don't think you will wipe yourself out of minerals by drinking too much.I'm a heart patient and so far I have not had any ill effects from drinking Cirkul. If anything I feel better. On ****** search on Cirkul website it clearly says and I quote Cirkul filters your water and let's you dial in exactly how much flavor is right for you. After dissassembly of a Sip this claim is false advertising.

  Ordered 4 bottles, and like 27 sips from them. They substituted whatever colors they wanted for things they didn't have in stock WITHOUT ASKING and 2 of their products came pretty much open. Their customer service is just a joke. It takes days on end to receive any response and then it's just "it is what it is, would you like a $5 egiftcard?". Look on here- every response is We previously sent the customer an email from ********************************** to solve the issue at hand. Thanks, - Cirkul Team" so they don't even care enough to give a personalized reason. Just a generic response. You guys should be ashamed with how you treat all of your customers. I can guarantee I will never purchase anything else from you.

  I dislike the false advertisement of "1 sip gets you x6 refills in a 22oz bottle on setting of 4" ************ had it for 3 days and had 3 sips reach 4 refills at best and another only 2 at the recommended 4 setting the price of sips needs to drop if that's how scummy they want to be 2$ *** is fair for what you ACTUALLY get for a 4$ purchase also I see ***** complain about orders and bad customer service...just go to ******* and buy it there no wait still trash service but you get what you pay for on time

  This is why people stop ordering online from new sites like Cirkul, and go to Amazon. Cirkul set up auto shipment for me on a Christmas gift that is still under the tree and already charged me another $20+ for 2nd package. I asked to cancel the same day, EARLY MORNING. and they would not do anything about it. Instead sent me the same thing they copy/paste to everyone likely. Cirkul needs to learn how to fix this. Also, they don't send you any emails on your order about charges cause they know this will not make customers happy. "Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or alter your order at this time. As soon as you placed your order it entered our automatic fulfillment process to be readied for shipping. Given that Cirkul is a consumable product and we strive to take the utmost precaution when it comes to our customers and their well-being, we can't accept any returns or provide refunds."

  I ordered a Circul bottle for my daughter as a Christmas present. I ordered on December 14 thinking it would be here in plenty of time. Nowhere on the order form was a shipping time so I paid the five dollar expedited shipping fee just in case. After order was placed I received confirmation email saying it would not arrive until after Christmas. I quickly emailed circle and said I wanted to cancel as it was a Christmas gift and would not be here in time. They said sorry no exchanges no returns because it is a consumable product. I said it hasnt even left your facility. They did not even want to work with me. The label for my water bottle was not even printed for another couple days. My order couldve easily been canceled.
