      I purchase twice within a day of each other as my children wouldn't leave my bottle alone. Ordered sips and cozies in one shipment and sips and full bottle set up x3 in another with separate colors to help kids tell them apart. These were to be Christmas present. The orders were placed on 11/27 and 11/28. One shipment came in, the other was sent by DHL and is lost in Sumner Washington. I've tried for days this week 12/15 to get the order reshipped after talking with DHL even and was told they had to wait until Friday for the shipment updates regardless of what DHL advised me of package lost. Management has been less then professional. Good luck if you have to deal with some of them as they are very rude. My order still has not been replaced or my money refunded and the kids are out their Christmas presents. I'm angry and to the point of shipping it all back. This is not the way any business should be ran. Save yourself a headache, and don't order. The product is good but the customer service/administration/shipping techniques needs revamped. We've also had product broken and shipped faster than this order. Had another family member order too and never had this much trouble. Buyer beware!

      I would not recommend using this company! Not long ago I put my account on a hold due to financial reasons. Just a few days ago I noticed I was charged again and an order has been shipped to me all without any kind of notice or warning! Being between jobs right now, sticking me with this charge has really hurt me and they refuse to refund or help me in any way. If I had received a warning in advance that a possible order was about to charge then I could have stopped it. Even though it should not have been processed anyway due to the hold that was put on the account. This company just finds ways to steal money from consumers and everyone needs to be aware of this! Do NOT use this company!

      While I love the product and concept, the customer service *****. You call and the phone system hangs up on you when you press 2 to speak to a representative. They tell you to email their company at help (AT) drinkcirkul.com and no reply is ever sent. I received a note from the post office today saying that the shipping that they had didnt cover all the cost because they shipped it to the wrong address and I need to pay another 11.45$ in order to get my package. I did not sign up for their monthly reoccurring waters because we dont use them that much. I will not be buying from this company anymore due to their lack of customer concern.

      Absolutely the worst company ever! I bought in and paid for a subscription. First order took FOREVER to get. I liked the bottle and the sips. But, the sips ship in a plastic bag and one is busted. I ask for a replacement. They say they will replace it on the next auto ship. Not the way it should work but whatever. My next subscription order goes through on Nov 18 to be received by Nov 30. On Dec 1, I still have no order and it doesnt show shipped. I message them and find out my order was never processed. I am dont with the company at this time. No one should have to message them about something being wrong on EVERY shipment from this place. I have enough points for a free bottle. So before I completely cancel my account, I order the free bottle. The package comes and there is no bottlethe lid, sleeve and 3 sips I didnt order are in the package but NO BOTTLE!!! I have emailed with no response. I have called only to be hung up on after a recording stated that there is no service representatives available so email them. And then I tried the chat feature only to not be given a space to type a response!!! They SUCK! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS JUNKY COMPANY!!!!!

      Have been ordering from them for 6 months and up until today, I've never had an issue. Today I received an order and half of the order is completely destroyed. To begin with they wanted to only replace half of the damaged goods, then they tried offering to replace 6 of the 8 damaged. They state that they are unable to replace all of the damaged goods, I provided them with the photos of the entire package and all the damaged juices like they asked and their response was to rinse them off and still use them. I then advised them that they were completely empty and in the bag and then his words were "I unable to assist you".

      If I could give a zero, I would. Ordered filters for my daughter for Christmas. 3 came broken and empty because they come in plastic bags with no protection. I’ve been emailing for a week now. Customer service is terrible. I’ve been told they will only add the replacements to my next order so if I don’t order again, I’ll never get the replacements These are gifts. I’ll never order again especially with the way customer service has been. Absolutely terrible! Don’t waste your money!

      Sips were sent in plastic bag where 5 of them were ruined during shipping. I couldn't tell how many were broken when I first contacted cirkul. I was promised 3 would be replaced but never received them. Its been over a month and I have contacted them 3 times. Waist of time and money. Worst customer support I have seen.

      12/3/22 Do not order from them. Customer service is horrible and they will not refund or try to make your order right even if it is their fault that the product is not received in good condition. I received my order and it came in a plastic bag. Since it contains liquids, it should be packaged in a box with bubble wrap. Something must have broken in transit and everything was wet and sticky. After I chatted with them, they said they couldnt refund or replace the items. They said I could rinse everything off and it would be ok. They offered to send me 2 cartridges. They kept repeating that all they could do is send me 2 new cartridges. I was very disappointed since this was a gift. I feel that since I didnt get a product in good condition, then they should have let me return them.

      It is an expensive dribble glass. Doesn't matter how much I play with the lid it just runs water down the front of me! DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE!
