      I called because I had made a first time purchase and Cirkul charged my card, then proceeded to tell me my card was bad but the charge came out of my account. I received no confirmation number, no shipping confirmation, nothing they just took my money. Ive been emailing and calling them since Saturday the 26th 2022, with no response other than were busy and will do our best to get back to you. I started calling again this morning monday 28th, still no response and no one will answer their phone. Im very upset, these were Christmas gifts and I feel as if Ive been robbed by a company who well for lack of better words doesnt give a **** about their customers.

      I was charged 19.99 for an auto refill plan when I never signed up to do that. Then when I tried to explain that to them that I wanted my money back and to cancel that order that I never placed..they said they can't help or refund me because it was my fault.

      They added my daughter to an auto-ship program @ $19.99 a month then added her saved items in her cart to the "one time" auto-ship program. $38.00 later she gets billed on her Step Credit card. I've email customer service and they keep saying she set this all up. 100% scam think their system automatically enrolls you? Looks like by all the negative reviews with Cirkul she's not the only one they do this to. No refund and couldn't stop the order the day it was processed. I've frozen the card we'll see....

      Terrible l. Its a scam company. Tried to get a refund only hours after ordering it. They said they couldnt because its a consumable product. Well, it hasnt even been shipped yet. Stay away from this fraud company..

      Somehow I was added to the autofill order not sure how I was put on the list, I was sent an email and I postponed the order because I couldn't cancel it. I was sent an email stating they were sending an order of which I did not placed, I am getting flavors I do not drink, I am told that there was an email sent two days ago which I did not get. i asked to have the order canceled but they would not do it, I asked to return the shipment unopened and they said it's perishable no return, or refunds, so I'm out $20.00 for something I didn't order, but I do get a consolation of two free sips when I order again. I do not for see me ordering in the future I( also had my card removed so I cant be charge again for something I wont use. Very dissatisfied.

      I have ordered a number of times and am very happy with the productI drink more water and that is a ***** have only had one issue and that was with one sip and I contacted customer service and they sent me out two replacements for the onethey came with my next order which was fine with me. My orders have always been on time and just what I ordered. They did send me a free cap with one of my orders but I am happy with the one that came with the bottle and will use that until I cantcustomer service was quick to respond and correct the issueI will continue to order from them. The sips do not always last like they say but still cheaper then anything I could buythat is a quality control issue and they do need to work on thatbut all in all very happy with cirkul.

      I bought the 20$ starter kit. I tried the flavors that came with it, so I didn't really use them, just tried them. I placed and order for 6 new flavors. Got the order. I went thru 1 sip and started a new one , I noticed my throat was super dry, felt like cotton. I looked and I had thrush. I stopped using the bottle and cleaned it throughly. I though that sip out. I went to the dr and got meds. Treated it and it went away. I put a new sip in and used it half the day and my throat got dry. I threw the sip out and opened a new one. The next day I had thrush.... I truly believe this product is harmful.
