      I wish I read this before purchasing bottle and cartridges as a gift..What a scam they have going, I never signed up for automatic shipments..Received an email stating they were sending more and I instantly sent an email back! Well I got the package anyway and sent it back but was told cant accept perishable products back.. NO apologies that they will credit my account ..Consumer beware!!And oh yea, they will also say they sent me an email Well see if they live up to their word about cancelling!

      I ordered a custom bottle for my sisters birthday gift back in early September.. I still havent received anything and all of the sudden now I cant log in to my account on the website and the phone number doesnt work anymore.. They definitely took my money tho.. And yet theyre still open for business!! Whats going on?!!

      i do not recommend this to anybody. do not order from them. i cancelled my plan and they still took money out of my account and when i tried to cancel the order before they shipped it out they said i couldnt cancel it because its against their policy. they acted like i received it coughed on it and sent it back. i will never use again. the customer service was very rude

      Not worth the money. The Concept is great. I hope someone else comes up with something similar to this product but can actually produce a product that works like they claim it should. The sips run out of flavor really fast. Not like the 6 refills they claim. My number is 4, and I get probably 2.5 refills before the flavor is gone. It's not worth the money at this point. I won't be ordering anymore. I'd like for them to make a change for the better, but that probably won't happen. I'll just wait for another company to come along and show Cirkul up (with quality product and customer service).

      Buyer beware is all I can say. I purchased my first bottle with the cartridges and didn't think it was bad. That led me order more cartridges thinking this was a good thing. I was automatically placed on Cirkul's subscription service without my permission. I received an email stating that my subscription order was "ready to be filled". I immediately called to cancel and was told that my subscription had been cancelled. I assumed that would be the end of it, but no. Several days later my credit card was charged. I immediately called back and was told that once the order was in fulfillment, there was no way to cancel. I say BS. I called in plenty of time and was assured my order was cancelled. I tried calling and was not able to reach anyone. I ultimately sent several emails and was told that once they will cancel nor would they refund my money. This company is horrible to deal with. To add insult to injury, so far 1 of the cartridges was totally empty and the 2nd one I tried only lasted for 2 fill ups even though I only had it on level 3. Cirkul will now say that they sent me an email, like they did to others, to say that they resolved the problem. THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. I WANTED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY REFUSED. AGAIN, THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

      I ordered a box of 40 and received wet and sticky sips. I reached out via email with pictures and and asked for a return label. They responded with an almost auto reply and stated that they do not do returns but would gladly send me 2 free sips next time I ordered. I once again said no. That I would not be drinking these and that I did not want to spend my afternoon cleaning them off to find out which ones are damaged or leaking. This went back and forth and I kept getting an automated there terms and conditions about no returns. I realize they do not do returns, but when I ordered I placed my order for sips that were not leaking or sticky. I let them know via email that I would be forwarding emails to by bank for a dispute and the better business bureau to which they responded to with " Please feel free to proceed as you see fit and know that we stand behind our protocol 100%" So when they respond to this message it will probably be another copy and paste of .."We previously sent the customer an email from ***************************** to solve the issue at hand. Thanks, - Cirkul Team That is not a resolution that is them using copy and paste just like they do in their emails.

      The emails I received basically take no accountability for there poor packaging and the eye keep telling me to rinse of the sips and they would like to send 6 sips to make up for it. I dont want any sips and will no longer support a business that takes no accountability.

      I was drinking a coffee flavor cartridge...for a few days...I had pre-employment physical..they took my blood pressure..it was 221/98...I was also very itchy...I went to my doctor..he thought I could have a stroke....I realized it was the drink..I was allergic to something in it...stopped drinking it ...itching stopped.somewhat..still have some itching. Dr also perscribe ** meds....my Dr said this product made you ** shoot way up...he told me I need to write a review to warn people..

      Made a large online order to be shipped to me. They placed all of the flavor cartridges in a plastic bag to ship them. Needless to say they were damaged and leaked during shipping. The post office tied another clear bag around the outside of the shipping bag. Due to so many leaking and nasty they told me yo wash off the packaging which I did and those are not water tight so now all of the cartridges are wet. I sent pictures and videos and they only want to replace part of the order. I just want to return the whole thing and be refunded. Ridiculous that their ****** packaging is costing me money and time

      Placed an order and attempted to cancel within a few hours. They told me their terms and conditions don't allow for refunds due to cancellations or returns, so they refused to cancel the order. Their T&C though only notes that there are no returns, it doesn't say anything about cancellations. When I tried to cancel, they hadn't even charged my card yet, so definitely not a return - not to mention a "return" would imply me receiving the item and returning it, not the case here. They kept saying they wouldn't cancel because Cirkul is a "consumable product and we strive to take utmost precaution when it comes to customers and their wellbeing, therefore, we are unable to cancel placed orders, accept returns for shipped product or alter orders once they are placed." I call BS, you cannot say you don't do cancellations as a "safety precaution" when you haven't even shipped anything. How could a customer tamper with, damage or consume items you haven't even sent? Ended up disputing with my bank and will refuse delivery as advised by them. I also found it funny that one of the many reasons they gave for not being able to cancel was because "once the order is placed it enters an automated fulfillment process that we cannot stop" - oh PLEASE, even Amazon, which is mostly robots when it comes to shipping, can cancel an order at any point up to shipment (and in most cases, at any point up to delivery). BS excuse after BS excuse.
