      Package arrived wet and smelled really bad. Whatever was all over the packaged cartridges I don't think was water and I certainly wouldn't want to drink it. This seems to be a big problem for them. Company refused to replace or give a refund.

      Each and every time I order there is an issue. One time I received someone else's order completely. They did correct it but I had to wait again for their interminable shipping. I get they want me to sign up for their subscriptions service but I order every month and have to wait over a month to receive it. Why would I susbcribe to that?With my latest order the post office has had my shipment for over a week without any status change.Also you used to be able to contact them online to chat with a rep but now everything goes through email which makes every communication take even longer. I am about to give up placing any orders with them but now I am stuck with their expensive metal water bottles.

      I just received my order on Saturday September 24th 2022. There was a missing item(the cap) Im definitely not impressed, for several reasons: I received my water bottle, lid, the flavor packets but no cap to cover the hole at the top. I tried emailing the company a dozen times. I emailed pictures of what they mailed to me. The company ask me to show them what I ordered and I did. I told them and showed them and they didn't care. They told me I received everything I ask for on the online order. Its a total ripoff. Im not happy with Cirkul at all. The customer service is a joke. They were not helpful.

      Hi, On 09/20/2022 I was at my local Walmart. I saw your product being advertised, I was somewhat familiar with the product from seeing it on TikTok. I was really excited about trying it. I got it home and immediately read through the instructions. I filled the bottle and inserted the flavored cartridge, initially the flavor was intense and I really enjoyed it I only filled the bottle twice before I noticed the flavor beginning to fade, by the third day and a total of 5 use’s the flavor was gone. I researched the product reviews and I was shocked to see so many others with the same problem. I’m very disappointed with this product, I even read where one user reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will be writing a review also, it’s not fair that you guys are getting peoples hard earned cash for a defective product.

      Absolutely hate this company. I ordered 13 Cartridge's from there, I never received my order. They sent a replacement order, and then I received the new order and they were all sticky and damaged. They had silver/black mold on the packages. More than half of the cartridges were damaged with mold. I had to throw out all 13. I reached out to Cirkul and they said they couldn't do anything about it but to replace 4. I spent $60.00 on this order, and never received it the first time and now it's damaged. I will not be purchasing again.

      Horrible customer service. I made an online order, then realized I had to sign in. They zapped the order I had, totally disappeared and the website steered me to the autoship I had postponed. So I set up a new order on that. They send me the wrong flavors. I emailed twice, no response. So I message on Facebook. They send screenshots of "responses" that were NOT emailed back to as if I had some pyschic ability to find them. They are NOT dealing with the 8 flavors I never wanted and NOT doing anything about 8 I paid for never wanting, but offering 2 free flavors IF I pay for another order. Horrible, insane, uncaring.

      Absolutely love this product! Amazing customer service with very rapid response times. Many flavors to choose from, but love peach mango the most! My favorite setting is 4! Never been over charged on my orders and that is a plus!

      I brought over 20 coffee flavors and I was so excited to try them. Cause I love ice coffee, but they sucked and I tried to return the unopened one to get a refund but no they will not give you a refund or let you send them back. I think it's wrong for the price of them and they don't stand behind their products.

      I bought 2 of the starter packs at Walmart. The flavor doesn't last as advertised. Advertised to last 6 20-oz bottles. The two I've tried barely last three of those. I've had one turned up at 6 and one at 2 and both about the same. Don't waste your money.
