  The customer service and shipping are terrible to start with you might get your order in a month or two. The product isn't very good the flavors for the most part leave a bad after taste and after drinking their products you get a bad upset stomach I would advise against this companies products They will not give you any return options or quality guarantee. If you buy it, it's yours

  They have sent me at least 2 defective sips and will only replace them if I make another order for what I'm assuming are more defective sips. They promised to send 2 free sips for the 1st defective sip and 2 free sips for the 2nd defective sip but will only send me 2 total instead of the 4 they promised only if I make another order. I would think they should replace the 2 defective sips without charge or another order.

  The previous email states that I HAVE to order additional Sips and pay for them to get "free" replacements for the defective ones I received. I don't believe I should HAV/e to order additional Sips and pay for more to receive a replacement for the defective ones. Their deal is to sell more, possibly defective Sips, to replace already defective ones. I would like the two defective ones replaced without having to pay for additional Sips.

  I was very disappointed. for me it was a complete waste of money. I really wish I had researched before jumping on this bandwagon. I should have know by the fact that people pushing the Cirkul advertisements have the comments turned off so nobody can comment honestly. The shipping time was very long, I had completely forgotten that I ordered it, thats how long it took. I was shorted 2 cartridges, and the bottle mouth spout leaks a lot!, Even after researching how to fix the leaking on their site (which should have been another red flag that they have ****** products if they tell you how to fix the defects) they still leaked. They also say 1 cartridge can replace 22oz bottle fill up to 6 times. That is a straight up lie. I tried them on level 1 which is the lowest and it lasted 3 fill ups at 22oz each. Tried another one on level 4 and it lasted 2 fill ups at 22oz. Not consistent at all.

  Terrible and poor customer service. Customers should be 100% satisfied after receiving their product and this customer was not. After one day of trying the Cirkul water bottle, it was not what I thought it would be. I contacted their customer service via their chat feature and it took three days to get a response. Once I did, Jasmine explained to me to protect the company and their clients refunds are not issued. I stated I wanted to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive an email within a couple of hours. Over a week later and I am still waiting. Obviously, Cirkul needs the money..... I would definitely save your money and time before committing to a company like this.

  I ordered a water bottle and a bunch of different flavors of the sips. Come to find out that some of them I don't like and have some unopened ones. The company will not exchange them for ones I do like which is a crock of **** considering they are not cheap. Also, shipping is slow!

  This company is a liar. They sent a correspondence email not trying to solve a thing. I have all emails for proof. The last email I received stated " Unfortunately, once an order has processed, we are unable to cancel it, accept it back, or provide a refund." Why is it that when you purchase this product from ******* or ******************** you can return/exchange items if they aren't working out but you can't with the actual company? Sound *** backwards to me!

  I have only been using the water bottle for a few days and I rarely base a product purchase from user reviews especially when it's a low cost purchase and I consider this a low cost purchase. I see a lot of comments that people have paid $30 or more for the startup kit and that is unfortunate since Wal-Mart is selling the kit for $19.95 (Bottle plus 2 sips). I find it amusing that people give this product a negative review because they don't like the taste of the "Sips", you are entitled to your opinion but lets leave it at that. I also ignore bad reviews regarding the cost of the "Sips" as I assume people know that before making the purchase, if that's an issue then you were foolish to buy the product. The placement of the bottle cap seems to be a problem for many people but so far I have not had a problem with it slipping out of the groove in the handle. Lot of negative reviews that the water does not stay cold very long and I do agree with this but they make a sleeve for that very purpose for an additional charge, I agree that the noise it makes when drinking the water is somewhat annoying but not a deal breaker for me. Lot of negative reviews regarding water leaking around the cap, so far my bottle has not leaked but that could change. I do agree with the negative reviews that the "Sips" do not last as long as the company claims they should. I have not ordered anything so I cannot comment on customer service and ordering lag times but based on the number of bad reviews I am sure there is a problem in those 2 areas. There is a disturbing number of comments about getting sick, headaches, mouth sores, etc. and that does concern me a little. I will put another review out here after I use the bottle more but so far I am please with the product.

  We would not recommend these products to anyone. The concept is good but the product does not work. We bought 3 bottles and over $200 in cartridges. The cartridges worked well with the first order than the last 2 cartridge purchases on 30% of them we got the full use of. We contacted the business and they won't refund or discount the faulty cartridges. They only give you 3 free WITH YOUR NEXT ORDER. The bottles leak around the seal and spout and drip on you when you take a drink. Bunk purchase.

  The product itself is great. However, the company itself is the WORST to work with. Refused to change an order within 15 minutes of placing it. Also BEWARE, their system at checkout will automatically put you in a refill plan. I placed an order and realized this is what happened and within 15 minutes of order tried to get it changed (as this was simply a gift for someone) and they REFUSED TO CHANGE. Having to get a new bank card issued to STOP auto refills. VERY VERY POOR COMPANY POLICIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
