      Like many other people I have ordered their 40 ounce bottle drop. It does not work, I emailed, they sent me a list of things to try, I tried them, emailed back with pictures and was told they would send me a lid once I send mine back. I have been with cirkul faithfully for many years, I do not think selling a defective product and not offering an exchange or a refund should be an option. Poor customer service when everyone is reaching out to them on the same issue even with the "new" lids people are having the same issue, and they are not willing to make their customers happy! Well, I'm no longer a customer, like many others...

      I was rewarded a white stainless steel bottle with 1 flavor through a rewards program. So I ordered 10 more cartridges. I didn't receive the bottle and they said I didn't order enough cartridges. I told them I did and I would like to return the items I bought. They said once an order is placed they can't cancel or refund the money. They said they would give me a $5 coupon on a bottle. I not have 11 cartridges and no bottle and they don't care because they got their money.

      Have been loyal customer for 2 years with multiple bottles. Received damaged $25 bottle yesterday and am not getting refund! Was blown off in email. Contacting my credit card company.

      I started off loving Cirkul. My first order went great with no issues. When I ordered my supply of sips the USPS delivered to the incorrect address. I reached out to Cirkul letting them know that I did not receive my order. They told me to wait 2 days and see if I received it. After 2 days I didn't receive it so I reached back out. They told me to check with USPS so I did and they came back 2 days later and told me it was delivered to the incorrect address. Cirkul then said well as a one time offer we will reship your order. Like it was my fault or something I didn't get my order. I couldn't get a reimbursement from USPS because it wasn't an insured package. I love Cirkul don't get me wrong but they needs better customer service on how to help a customer having issues out of their control

      I dont recommend. I used this product at the beginning of my pregnancy and ended up in the emergency room back in May of 2023 with kidney stones. I didnt put 2 and 2 together and I ended up not using the bottle for a while and it sat in the back of my cabinet until a few days ago. I pulled it out and started using it again, and I woke up this morning with the EXACT same issues as last May. Im not saying Cirkul is at fault but I am saying use at your own risk. This pain is EXCRUCIATING.

      This company has terrible customer service. I paid for expedited shipping and still two weeks later they have not shipped my order out. Customer service keeps telling me wait a few days and refuses to refund or discuss getting the order out. I do not recommend ordering from the website directly. I only rated it one start because 0 is not an option. 0/5 stars recommend doing business with Cirkul directly.

      I have been using Cirkul for about 2 years now. I have never drank so much more water. The flavors are amazing and sugar free which is even better. I do wish they would offer more things to purchase using your sipster points; I use the 32 ounce bottle and the points are only good for the 22 ounce. bottles. Since the lids are universal, you can get the lids only. I have had no issues at all with dealing with customer service; however in regards to their shipping it does take longer then I think it should, even when I pay extra to have an order expeditated. BUT, all in all... I LOVE MY CIRKUL.

      Let me first say I love my original *****l and my favorite flavors are the strawberry!!So I saw the new cup with the straw.Thought wow I need that we'll I got it back to My business got it all set to use..When I first tried it I thought it myst have dine something wrong.Nope you have to **** so hard to get the water up thru the straw my cheeks hurt...Unless you have great sucking power.i don't recommend this cup!!!Worst money I've spent in a long time so in the trash it went....

      I trying to order the special Mr Blast special. I accidentally only ordered 9 sips instead of 10 and didn’t realize it until I received my package. I sent an email explaining what happened and if there was any way we could correct this and their response was that I needed to order 10 more sips in order to get the special instead of just correcting the problem by letting me go ahead and order the 10th sip to receive the metal bottle. Then they wanted to send me the plastic 22 oz bottle that I already have. Cirkul does not care about their customers at all. They could care less to help you out in any situation. Which is a shame because I really love their product but I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN UNLESS MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
