      No.customer service. Spent almost $60 on their website for bottle and catridges. Package never arrived, despite tracking saying it was delivered. Tried to contact them, which had to be done by email. The reponse I recieved was a joke. They said the tracking says it was delivered. I am at my house, so no it wasnt. But if the tracking says it, ut must be true and at the bottomnit stated. " if you need help contact your mail carrier or the usps to see if they can help" keep us posted.. Will never order from them again and I will warn others. May stop using product all together as customer service is very important to me, and I have gotten none. If I had checked the reviews first I never would have ordered from them.

      The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Quick to take your money. Defective bottle/straw and all I get is the royal run around. All communication through email and they keep asking for pictures. Then they blame the consumer, Just fix the problem instead of ignoring the problem. Replace the bottle or refund my money. The company hides behind a computer and refuses to make their problem right. Horrible excuse for a business model and I will be doing a happy dance when they shut down.

      I was billed for my order 7/6 The label was printed for my order 7/10 As of 7/17 the label has been printed and nothing else has happened. I have sent 9 emails with no resolution and attempted to call to get a recorded message that I need to email. So I have paid and am not my product. Very dissatisfied and zero customer service.

      Cirkul disappoints AGAIN! We placed an order ELEVEN days ago, it still hasn't actually shipped. (They lie constantly. Just because they slapped a label on it, does NOT mean it's on it's way, like the text or email indicates.) If you feel like you have to give this horribly run business your money, I'm sorry, first of all. Second, don't get you hopes up. They have no idea how to run their business. Choose another brand. There are many selections to flavor water. These will also trouble your stomach, even if you start as low as a 4, so it's not worth the insane amount of inconvenience this company puts you through. NOT WORTH A CENT, if you don't actually get what you pay for!

      ?????I had a very disappointing experience with Cirkul. The flavors are unpalatable and leave a persistent, unpleasant aftertaste. The use of chemicals labeled as natural flavoring caused a sour taste and stomach discomfort. Additionally, I was disheartened to discover that Cirkul has a zero return policy, citing that their items are consumables. This policy appears to be a method to evade responsibility and avoid returns. I strongly advise against purchasing from a company that does not stand behind its products.

      I ordered the cirkul bottle and refills. one of cartridges was busted and spilled over everything in the bag it is very nasty and gross. I contacted the customer service and the only solution they offered me was a new cartridge for free it I placed another order...I don't want to order anything from them...I so regret ordering from them...stay away they are no good...

      Disgusting, I originally brought myself and my 4 y.o. the water bottle and.catridges, as well as subscribed to flavored cartridges, coming every two weeks to us. I did so because I have a problem with consistently buying water and wanted to lead by example. Several times, I've washed both of our bottles out before immediately refilling me to walk with my son to place in his lunchbag. To be honest we usually didn't dial up our flavors because I didn't want him to drink extremely sugary water and I thought it would be counter productive for us both to become reliant on flavor in order to drink water. Boy, oh boy, one day I spotted black, and I double-checked the cartridge it's Tangerine orange. I then began to notice my sins refusal to drink the water bottle. Shamefully, I continued to pack his and mines daily. By accident, I one day changed my cartridge and noticed MOLD!!!! WTFFFFFFFF THIS PRODUCT IS NOTHING SHORT OF A MONEY GRAB!!!!! now I have all these flavors wasted money wasted on expensive refillable water bottles ( I'm traumatized from the mold I no longer want any water bottle and prior to cirkul I've order many water bottles from Amazon with out this issue) I would love to recieve my money back. I am a registered user please help me in this matter. I developed a horrible cough for two weeks upon discovery of mold my son developed same cough for the same time length. DO NOT BUY CIRKUL. THEY ARE HAZORDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH!!!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

      Absolute horrendous customer service. There wasn't even a number to reach them at. Had to email repeatedly in order to even receive help. I order 5 sips for the bundle/promotion of a free bottle with a purchase and instead I got 5 sips in the mail and no bottle to use. When I asked where my bottle was they stated I needed to buy 10 sips in order to receive a bottle and they can't merge orders, so I can't buy 5 more sips to receive my bottle. No refunds, no returns. Absolutely ridiculous, will never purchase from them again.
