      I canceled our account through their online chat service. A few days later I received an email saying that an order was processed and was being shipped out. I called in and was told that the account was reactivated the evening of the day that it was canceled. When I told her that we had not reactivated the account and did not want the product she stated that the order was already being shipped out and there was nothing that could be done. When I asked about returning the product I was told that they do not do returns or refunds, even if you did not order the product and that nothing could be done.

      I have tried to cancel my subscription/plan more than once but yet they keep taking my money and I cant seem to get any response from anyone! 0 stars if possible

      Horrible customer service. Called about an issue and pressed 2 to speak to someone. Called back to try again and it hung up again.So I went to the website. A Robot is what you communicate with. I sent my test and explained issue. An auto text pops up saying it will be with me in a moment. What is a moment? 15 minutes later I disconnected. Problem that spured the conversation attemt.. Bought kit. 2 sips. One sip as they call them lasted 1 bottles on setting 4. Will never buy again. If anyone ask for my opinion..Don't buy it. Save yourself time, money and frustration.

      I originally signed up for a water bottle along with one free flavor. While ordering there was a promotion to get more flavors for a discount so I ordered six. The flavors were delivered but the bottle was not. When contacting the company I was told that I didn't purchase enough flavors for a free bottle. I explained to the customer service rep that the promotion I signed up for had a free bottle along with one flavor and an option to purchase more flavors. The rep asked me to send a screen shot. I sent three screen shots and asked if I could return the flavors due to not having the bottle. The rep only replied that the company will not refund any purchases but instead will give a five dollar gift card which is no comparison to the price of the bottle. I will never purchase anything from this company again because it is a scam.

      The product did not worked for me and made me feel bad after drinking it. When I contacted to customer service I only got replied with terms and conditions copy and paste replies. They are not refunding any money and repetitively they are trying to scam you with another discount for your next order! I would not recommend their products as a result of this experience!

      I have been extremely sick since using this product for the first time. It has been the only change in diet and has given me food poisoning like symptoms. It was so bad that I got dehydrated and passed out. Avoid this product at all costs. The only two people in the household that got the poisoning were the only two that drank this poision. I really hope they get investigated and the moment a lawsuit arises I will be joining. Still baffles me garbage like this makes it past *** checks. Someone didn't have due diligence when checking this product out.

      I Received an email for a free bottle which was listed on my order form when I ordered the required items and then apparently it was deleted after I completed purchase without any notice advising of such! Feel I should have been notified prior to placing the order. Or an email after allowing me to cancel remaining items. Feel e-mail was very misleading and attempts to correct were not successful. Would not allow me return the items which are useless without the bottle. I would not recommend their products as a result of this experience!

      Cirkul did email me afterwards to advise they would make an exception and expedite a bottle to me to resolve the issue. I am most appreciative that they honored that offer and I received the item today. Thank you Cirkul for doing the right thing!

      I have the 22 oz cups. The flavors dont last more than 2 refills on level 4. They advertise 6 refills. This seems like a scam to get people to buy the refill cartridges. If the flavor actually lasted 6 refills then I would give this product a 10/10. As it is Id give them a 1/10. I like the stainless steel cups, but very disappointed in the flavor.

      The product tastes like ****, but aside from that, they also enroll you in auto sales, even when you carefully try to not sign up for auto renewals. Then when you contact them, they do nothing to try to rectify it.Alas, **** worked out.

      Ive been using Cirkul for a year now. Im in love with this product. Each sips lasts for about 120oz of water on a dial of 4. I have almost completely stopped pop. I still have one sometimes. Im a diabetic and with Cirkul my A1C has dropped to normal levels! I highly recommend this product!
