      They automatically put me on auto ship, then when I got an email saying my order was being processed I immediately canceled it and sent them an email asking them to keep there stuff because I didn't want it. I then found out they already charged me and they said because it's a consumable item they don't do returns, BUT IT HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET. I am upset and I really hope they just keep it and give me my money back, from all the reviews I have read though it looks like they will s**** me like they have everyone else.

      Wow this company is a scam. They state on their website that a flavor pod lasts 6, 20oz refill with a setting of 5. I used 8 flavor pods and not one of them lasted over 3 refills I even used lowest settings and took light baby sips to help it along but the results were the same. The worst part is their customer service is the worst thing in the world and don't wanna help you out. You tell them it's false advertising and they just say "sorry for your inconvenience" what a joke of a company they should be shut down they used the excuse they are a new company NOT TRUE they have been around since 2015. Please do yourself a favor if you are thinking about buying the cirkul bottle, just drink water. The pods are super expensive and do not last anywhere near what they claim no matter what you do. Once my last pod is gone this bottle is going straight into the garbage. What a joke

      When I placed my order, my old address populted into the ship to address, I, within one minute, sent an emial to the customer service team reporting my mistake. I recieved a reply, after the order shipped, instructing me to contact ***** I contacted **** and nothing could be done, the order shipped to my old address. The customer service team offered me 5% off my next order as a result. I do not think the customer servcie team consiered my email reporting an error in the ship to address in good time, the customer service team did not address my email until after the product shipped. It was my error, but the customer service team did not seem to have a caring approach and took a hard line with me. The customer service team gave the perception that they are unwilling to go beyond and help out without regard to fault, it does not seem the company has a customer service team focused on sustainability.

      I have yet to receive the complimentary water bottle promised with my first order, which was supposed to be included with purchases totaling over $35. I have made multiple attempts to address this issue by reaching out via email, utilizing the chat function on their website, and contacting a phone number provided through their Instagram account. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this matter have been unsuccessful as I have not received any responses to my inquiries. As the water bottle is essential for me to use their products, I kindly request assistance in promptly resolving this issue. Thank you.

      I have had my Cirkul water bottle for 2 weeks. I absolutely love it.I average 66 oz of water a day which is a big deal for me... It just helps me drink the water I need plus a little extra. My cartridge has lasted me a couple weeks because I do keep it on one, I just like a hint of flavor. On cirkls website I just ordered a bunch of flavors, bigger selection on their website than you would find in a store. This is the best $20 investment that I have ever made in my life. Living in ******* it is awesome to support of *******-based company. Thank you so much.

      You cancel the product 2 months ago they bill you and they won't refund your money after you've canceled already they suck they're too expensive and I will never recommend it to anybody is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I will ask for if my money back for products I did not receive

      They dont answer the phone and you cant leave a message for a call back. They have a lengthy music to listen to but then it announces the email address to use to contact them. I need a conversation, not email.
