      Flavor on lowest set only last maybe 3-4 filling at most 22oz more expensive than can flavor water

      I have tried to contact them with no success. I ordered some drink cartridges and one is damaged. I have tried to order on their site and the site assumes you want to order a new bottle everytime. Not at those prices!

      These people need to close up shop. Their customer service is nonexistent and they dont give two damns about anyone. Someone else paid for me and using Apple it autofilled and auto paid. No time for any change on transaction. Tried to contact them but its near impossible and when they finally get back to you they just say youre SOL

      I saw a promotion on TikTok with Mr. Beast and Cirkul whereI saw a promotion on TikTok with Mr. Beast and Cirkul where you order $15 worth of flavors and you would get a free bottle, so I did it Couple of days later I got the flavors but never the bottle. Tried to contact them via phone calls and emails and no response. The flavors without the bottle is completely absurd. Now I cannot even send these items back. Never again.

      I order a $35 order and the Canceled it and they say they will refund me but its going to take 2-7 business days I will update this post if I dont get it back I highly recommend you dont order it form the website go to ******* to get it

      New customer bought my bottle with 2 sips at Wallmart. Then went on to cirkul site to order more Sips. My sips last for 2 bottles I have it set on 3 I thought it was supposed to last for 6 or more.

      After being charged twice, 2 months in a row, customer service blamed me for the glitch in the system that caused a ghost subscriptionThen when trying to cancel my subscription after noticing the double charge, magically I was unable to cancel. But as soon as I was charged AGAIN their customer service finally responded. Nothing but incredibly scammy behavior from a billion dollar business. 0/5 stars, do not pass go, do not collect $200.

      I placed order for 4 sips with free white ss tumbler and sip. I only received the sips. They won't respond to messages. I can't use the sips w/out the tumbler. I either want my tumbler or to return the sips.

      I use auto-renewals for many different businesses and am appalled by Cirkuls business model. Instead of sending the customer a warning a few days before to give them the option to cancel or skip a shipment, they automatically charge your card. I immediately asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They refused and offered no solution. The order has not even shipped. I am appalled by their response and lack of problem solving. They do not care about their customers. Also, I am not impressed with their products. The flavors do not last long and most of them are not enjoyable.

      If I could give cirkul a zero I would.... We have been a customer for the last 5 years... Over the last 5 years we have watched their products quality go down.. the flavors are barely there most of the time it's sugar water with zero flavor... Some of the cartridges have zero flavor at all... And most of them are damaged before you get them... I have reached out to customer service and I am told that customer service cannot be reached at this time please use the email... So I've reached out an email over the last 3 months and have not received a response at all... My concern is is that we pay almost $60 for their subscription monthly and we received product that is destroyed or not consumable... With no way to reach out to their customer service or anyone else to get any kind of compensation or refund for the damage product... So in closing we will not be using cirkul anymore and I urge others to discontinue use...
