I have been unable to communicate with this company and do hope that they might answer my questions here? I entered my claim with American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida in September 2022. I have been cycled through 8 different adjusters. Today, my 8th adjuster called and claimed that they actually worked for this company; the others worked to other entities, such as Southern Claims Solutions etc, and just disappeared. In December 2022 the 6th assigned adjuster stated that they were waiting for a field adjuster report and that took several weeks. In late December the adjuster claimed that an inspection by an engineer would be required, and that inspection occurred on January 5, 2022. Today, the 8th adjuster says it will take a few weeks to receive that report. Since September, I have sent several requests to be contacted by a company employee. These requests have been made through emails, phone messages, and USPS-received certified letters. The requests have been sent to all 8 adjusters, the company corporate offices, the agency that sold the policy, and the registered agents for these entities. If American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida responds to this review please explain: 1. Why haven’t you responded to any of my many letters, emails, and certified letters? 2. There seems to be a common thread connecting the many complaints about American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida; that is the assigning of multiple adjusters mixed in with needed inspections and reports. Why am I now on my 8th adjuster, please explain, as this appears to be a systemic process to delay rather than perform on your contract? I am now getting service and communication from American Integrity Insurance of Florida, after several months, but you have not responded to the questions that myself and many others have asked you? Horrible, never late on a payment. Lied to when I asked for full coverage bumper to bumper. All others affected by *** that are with AI have the same issues. Sent me through 5 different desk adjusters and now saying that the engineer they sent says the hurricane isnt responsible for my roof from previous ****** earth photos. Yet, the first engineer says the complete opposite. To this day I have no clue who the adjuster is. Why send another engineer after the first one said I need a new build. I hired a lawyer, and I wont be screwed over. I am looking for a new company soon as this is resolved or they go bankrupt. No integrity and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of us all.******************American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida

Worst communication ever. A contract adjuster came out to our house to assess all the damage. 10 days later, after not hearing anything, I reached out to the American integrity adjuster. She informed me that she would work on our claim later that day and would have something for us the next day. Two months later, with over thirty messages left to our adjuster, we still have not received a call back or any further information. I have contacted my insurance agents office and they reached out to American Integrity, and they were informed that i would be contacted within 24 hours. It is currently over a month later and I still have not heard a thing. Both my contractor and my neighbor informed me that I should stop wasting my time and hire an attorney. They both informed me that American Integrity denies claims until your attorney gets involved. If anyone at American Integrity wants to look into this, our claim number is CHO-********.American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida

I filled a claim a year ago after I severe wind storm that produced tornadoes in December of 2021 creased the majority of the shingles on my roof. They sent someone out said we didnt have enough damage to meet our deductible and denied our claim. So we got a lawyer they sent another person out this time the lawyer had a roofer there to video them. They acknowledged damage and agreed to 15k for damage. They didnt want to pay for lawyer fees even though they refused to acknowledge damages prior to lawyer involvement. So lawsuit was filed. Fast forward to October 2022 still in litigation and Hurricane *** came and ripped 80% of our shingles off quickly and we had an excessive amount of water enter from the roof. My wife, my 3 year old son and I cannot live in our house due to damages and we have mold growing and they have not sent anyone out after we told them. We have not received a ***** for loss of use that we have in our policy. The whole situation they caused has accumulated so my stress for me that I had heart attack like symptoms and had to go to the ** they could not find anything said it could have been an anxiety attack due to my current situation. Now I have a 6k medical bill. This company should not be allowed to do this to people. This is a criminal organizationAmerican Integrity Insurance Company of Florida

Unfortunately I am waiting for them to settle they people out they checked everything told me all about the damage that was covered Made me feel like i would get a check soon. One of the adjusters asked me if I wanted ************* washed for 300 i got a check in the mail for **** . I need a new roof ,screened in lanai, concrete from roots pulling up my driveway, shed,fence 4 trees and stumps. We are in the same predicament as others with this company regarding the delay in processing and paying claims for hurricane Ian. Our house sustained significant damage from the hurricane Our many attempts to reach them result in no legitimate response or payment from them almost 3 months after the hurricane. They are using the 90 day hurricane payment law to keep the money they owe to insureds in their possession while telling you your claim is in review. They have locked the customer portal, and i am sure we are not alone in that regard as one adjustor told me they are aware that customers cannot access their accounts. Took us over 2 months to get a copy of our policy despite multiple ignored requests. They have told me our claim /damages are so significant that it needs to be escalated to higher mgmt, 4 desk adjustors now. Last adjustor told me only 3 to 5 days from settling our claim and that was over 2 weeks ago.. Curious to see if our adjustors report will be falsified as others have stated, as is common practice in the industry according to news reports now coming to light. Obviously with significant damages, we need significant repairs, and further...the stress of nnecessary damages to our home result from their continued delays and necessity to mitigate further damages out of pocket. They should be investigated by the insurance board for their practices. t is clear that AI does not care about the people or properties they insure. I wonder how the employees of this company can sleep at night acting on behalf of this company's policiles to delay and deceive their policy holders.American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida

We are now on our 3rd adjuster and still no resolution after 75 days. Both my husband and I were insurance adjusters and would have been fired if we handled our claims in this manner. The 2nd adjuster admitted that documentation from their field adjuster stated in his report we needed roof replacement. Yet here we are on our 3rd adjuster and no resolution. I now understand why so many Florida homeowner claims end up in litigation. Claim CHO00148370 in case anyone at American Integrity is interested.Cathleen F.

After the 4th adjuster and 80 days later our claim was denied for roof damage. Current adjuster would only give us a copy of engineer report and refused to provide their own field adjusters report. Previous adjuster indicated that field adjuster report stated roof damage and replacement recommended. That adjuster was going to push for roof replacement and a week later he was replaced with another adjuster. Looks like this is headed to litigation.American Integrity Insurance Company of Florida

1 starForget this company - look elsewhere. Horrible company. Trying to get homeowner claim resolved after hurricane Ian - ended up hiring an attorney. Horrible desk adjuster - actually negligent and unhelpful. This company will gaslight you and figure out ways to stall your claim. They will wear you down until you give up or you conclude you need professional help to deal with them. I will not be renewing my policy with this company and will tell everyone who will listen that they are terrible and to avoid. They are anti-American and have zero integrity. Should've known they had to hide behind these words to get people to buy their policies.
