      Sudden cancellation because I did not do the repairs that I didn't know about. There was no notification about the supposed repairs or any warning that my policy may be canceled, just out of the blue cancellation notice.The supposed repairs are extraordinarily simple: fix a valve and improve the wiring in one area. If I had known about them I would have done those repairs asap because they'll be cheap to fix.I am super disappointed at American Integrity for being dishonest. Where's the integrity??

      Thank you for reaching out to American Integrity. Due to the age of your home, we require a Four-Point inspection. The inspection is designed to provide information on the four major systems of your home (roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC).

      Based on the inspection report we received for your home, our Underwriting Team determined there were repairs that needed to be completed. One of our underwriters asked your agent to notify you of the necessary repairs and the deadline by which they had to be completed,otherwise your policy would be canceled. Because we did not receive any updates, our underwriter set the policy to cancel. We encourage you to reach out to your agent for assistance in getting the policy reinstated.

      Leonard D American Integrity is the worst company. I’m on my 4th adjuster and have been in review for 2 months. I’ve noticed when your adjuster starts ignoring your phone calls that’s when another adjuster is assigned. My rebuild is waiting on this company and they just don’t care. I think it’s time for the Attorney General’s office to step in and monitor this company’s business tactics and CEO!!!

      I had a claim on October 11th, 2021 due to dishwasher mishap and flooding occurred. I just found out they closed my claim this week. How could they close it when I am due monies from AI? Try over $28K! I ordered my cabinets and I never received a check for that. My kitchen is still not completed and it's a disaster. I had to put my contractor on hold until we get this figured out. (I owe him over $3K). I was promised new countertops as the company that was brought in to rip everything out put the granite counters against the wall in my family room. Didn't take long for one of the heaviest countertops to fall on me. Communication is extremely one sided - I am always calling, texting and emailing. In fact she did not answer any of my emails in a month. Ironically, I had a claim 4 years ago and they just kept wearing me down (poor communication again). I will be filing a complaint with the Insurance Board of Florida to file an official complaint. I have every piece of documentation that I can supply is needed.I now have 2 emergency credit cards maxed out due to the monies AI owes me.These poor reviews are ridiculous. Why do they treat people/customers like a human being? The amount of stress over these past 14 months has really taken a toll on me. And now the Holidays are almost here, and I have family coming in from out of town. No kitchen sink yet so I have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink.I could go on, but my mission is to get paid for services rendered. I will be

      Thank you for your stated concerns regarding your claim with American Integrity. It should be noted that a certified contractor completed an inspection and estimate for repairs needed after your loss.  Our initial payment for your claim was issued based on this information.  

      Throughout the months of July, August, and September, American Integrity received multiple invoices for various dates of work. We requested a complete estimate for the full repair costs on multiple occasions.  An estimate was submitted to us on 10/26/2022, with the caveat that additional expenses were not included.  The additional expenses were submitted via email on 12/19/2022 for review and approval. 

      Based on all of the information we have received to date, a supplement payment is being processed for you. Should you need anything else,please contact your adjuster.

      I've been getting the run around for 2 months now.They tell me there working on it.Guess everyone is in the same sinking boat.The only reason I used them because previous owners used them.I was quite new to SWFL when I bought so guess I didn't know any better.Several roofers asked me who I had for insurance and when I said American integrity they laughed and said you mean No integrity!

      Do not do business with this company. Denied any payment for damages due to hurricane ***. They use third party adjusters who are incompetent and will not share any of the adjuster's documentation. So, their game is to keep damages below the hurricane deductible, so they don't have to pay out for any damages. I should have researched this company earlier, but I purchased the policy through a State Farm agent which I had confidence in. They deserve zero stars.

      American integrity is absolutely the worst insurance company in the state of Florida! I understand that Hurricane *** was a catastrophic event, however I have contacted my adjuster desk 14 times and no one has yet to come to my house!This company should not be in business!

      Giving them 1 star is a joke. I have done everything above and beyond to try and get a resolution to my claim. *** left numerous voicemails for my adjusters supervisor and no return call nor any resolution. I keep getting told its been escalated and pending management review from reps that I am able to get a hold of. REVIEW IT AND SUBMIT PAYMENT SO I CAN FIX MY HOUSE! Communicate! Give me what I pay a ridiculous amount for!! You expect us to pay you now you hold up your end and pay us!

      The response given was even a bigger joke. I HAVE been in contact with my adjuster and per the field adjuster fixing a lanai cage including screens and support beam repair, new flooring due to water damage, some new ceilings and walls along with soffit and fascia repairs and not to mention some electrical work all equal below my deductible. Imagine that!! So no it's not over, I pay into insurance to be able to live in a house with no damages when damages do occur (hence why it's called insurance). Then have to jump through hoops in order to get paid for repairs that happened due to a hurricane. Why isn't it this difficult for them to get money from me but it's a nightmare the other way around!!

      The hurricane deductible is, by Florida statute, 2% of the Coverage A amount of your policy. It is not a flat fee like we offer for the "all other perils" deductible. This is a standard practice that all insurance companies follow in the state of Florida.

      I have never left a negative review online before; however, I am extremely disappointed with the service regarding our claim. American Integrity will hire their own “independent engineering consultant” to decide the fate of your claim and then not provide the report or company name of this consultant. “American Integrity is unable to provide you with the report, as it is confidential work product”. - Shannan, Claim Manager American Integrity’s “consultant” decided that our leak occurred 30 days prior, when our coverage only covers 14 days prior. How convenient! This timeline conclusion differs from the company we hired to inspect the situation to begin with, doesn’t matter thought because American Integrity hired their own. Jackson and Shannan provided no communication when this claim began and took advantage of a homeowner with a first-time claim. As a young family with a first-time claim, I want you to be aware of how your business is being run. Seems like a complete fraud and I will be looking elsewhere for insurance. Don’t expect much help or assistance from American Integrity Insurance Services!

      Steven H filed a claim on October 5th, I have emailed them several times, always telling me that they're 14 days behind. It is now December 7th still haven't heard anything. The adjuster they sent said I needed a full roof and a front door that's completely shot. Everyone on our street got taken care of by their insurance companies, why is this happening to me and my wife. It is just not fair.

      After months of run around, multiple desk adjusters and lies we still sit in a damaged home from hurricane Ian. Adjuster has been out months ago, but each desk adjuster gives us a story and promise. Then a week later every time we get a call from a new desk adjuster that is NOW submitting our claim. We have watched all our community having repairs done and ours sits untouched because lack of insurance concern. We will be looking for a lawyer starting tomorrow. I am deeply saddened that we all pay this company that does not do the one job they have. If they arent processing and taking care of claims, what are they doing??
