LazyDays seemingly has chronic company-wide service quality issues. I have an Airstream Interstate Sprinter touring coach. I have taken it in for servicing both in the Minnesota and Arizona. Too many problems to go into details, but the consistent theme is that they charge me for repairs that don’t fix the problem I took it in for, necessitating repeated trips to the dealership (an hour away), and even then the problem may not be fixed. Most recently, I tried in December to schedule an appointment in Tucson, offering to let them work on it at their convenience and I would pick it up when I returned in January. They said “Nope. We don’t have space to hold onto your rumor for that long”. So, I scheduled a time to bring it back in January, and it sat for a few weeks before anyone even looked at it. They eventually concluded that the batteries I had tested before leaving Minnesota were no good and, even though that made no sense to me, they persuaded me they needed to be replaced. Now, the “new” batteries won’t even take a charge. On top of that, one of the shades I had spent $$$$ on to have repaired in Minnesota and which was working fine when I dropped it off was broken when I picked it up. It was obvious someone had raised and lowered the shades, and they are unwilling to step up for the repair. It is disappointing Airstream has given exclusive franchises to such disreputable dealerships. It would cause me to think twice about purchasing another Airstream.

Let's say it together, the lady in service is very rude and all the reviews are the same and true. They have had my rv for 11 weeks and it hasn't been in the shop for diagnosis. No parts have been ordered. According to their own signs it should been pulled in and parts ordered 9 week's ago. They haven't even started working on it. I've called main headquarters in Florida with no ohone call back from supervisor. I've been to the shop 3 times. The lady will tell you she'll help if you've caught her in a good mood. Overall rude, unresponsive, and main headquarters won't even touch that shop with a 10' pole location Denver Colorado 2023 Coachman Expedition.

Buyer be aware. We purchased a 2023 Cougar Keystone. The camper required warranty work and was dropped off on 11/11/23 for repairs at the Longmont Co location. It has been 5 mths with still no timeline. Corp, general manger and Keystone all are ignoring the issue. Response has been new management, new techs and parts.

The maintenance department at the Lazy Dayz in Murfeesboro, TN is horrible! They had our camper for a year. We took it to them after filing a claim through our insurance company. We were told to bring it in at a scheduled time. We gave them 3-4 months before starting to become concerned... because we understand parts can take a little while to come in. We ended up dealing with 4 different service managers because they can't keep employees. Each time it was like we were starting over because they kept saying they didn't have records of anything being ordered for our camper. They didn't respond to messages we would send, so we would have to drive there to get someone to talk to us. The last service manager ended up having employees tell us he wasn't there (I knew the truck he drove). We had to get our insurance involved in contacting them to get responses, and they ended up asking for an additional $60,000 to fix our camper. The original estimate was $12,000. All the additional damage was from them letting it sit for too long without fixing it. Of course, our insurance company said no. Beyond frustrated! Do not use this company!

I purchased an Rv from the Tucson AZ dealership in September of last year along with an extended warranty which I decided to cancel well within the 30 day required time ,I have been going back and forth with the dealer and the lender, one blames the other for not crediting my account needless to say I am very disappointed with Lazy Days for not handling this in a professional manner . Im in a position now where the only option I have is to consult my States Attorneys office and see if they can make some sense out of this. Who's even thinking of purchasing one of the extended warranty's with Lazy Days of Tucson AZ think twice . Next the will be contacting the AZ BBB maybe they could give me some guidance.

To bad there aren't negative stars. We purchased a 2023 Grand Design Solitude 380FL. We spent over a year researching 5th wheels and decided on this one. We found it at Lazydays in Portland, Oregon. We met the salesman (Connor) and he was awesome. Took us around, gave great advice and rolled out the red carpet. We looked at other units and decided on this one because of the unit and the pre-sale treatment. We came back a week later because of the unit and the great treatment we received spending six figures. We purchased the unit and that is when everything changed. I'm 66 yrs old and have been successful but this was the worst after-sale experience I've ever had. The PDI was horrible, missing parts, broken parts and all I got from the dealer is we are working on it. I've been waiting three months for a spare tire! This place does not deserve to service the public until they learn about basic "customer service", this was way worse than buying a used car!!!

If there was anyway to give them a negative 5 stars I would!! We purchased a new Tiffin Motor Home= Allegro bus at the Lazy Days dealership in Loveland CO, paid cash ( a lot of $$). Went to pick it up and of course it was not ready. We had to come back for it. We finally got it on Nov 6, 2023 - after what the service dept says was a "thorough inspection". Immediately after driving it off the lot we get on the freeway and hear a loud windy noise- the door does not close properly and so it was so noisy we could not talk. The heat in the floor does not work, the on demand hot water at sink does not work, leak around window at dinette, plugs behind couch not working, back up camera not working, light covers broken and now a crack in the fiberglass on the outside! I could go on... long story short, LAZY DAYS service dept sucks. We were told to bring it back= however **** at service dept wont call back. After at least 5 messages we called the Tiffin Mfg in Alabama. They were very helpful and said to bring it to them! We are on our way. Please read all the reviews of " Lazy" Days= I wish i would have! Its all true. Too much to type here!
